On the first hand the staff in the billing counter doesn’t know how to answer the customer, she was not even able to communicate for the basic questions. I asked her something and she never replied she was just staring at me and if I ask her again she will look at her co-worker. She never gave me a bill and when I asked her for it she said no bill will be given...! Look at the photo I have attached the topping powder was just thrown on the garlic bread and the quality of the garlic bread was also pathetic. I was travelling and this was my fist visit to the city and I was confused about where to eat and I blindly chose Dominos because I never doubted their quality of food and this time they made me change my mind, never trust dominos for the quality not all stores are working properly... Never visit the store, it’s better to starve then to order from this store...

The new Domino's store in rjy looks super and Ambience is looks impressive and the service and staff are very good & friendly and I think staff to need to be get More training on how the domino's staff should behaved and should interact with customers and quality is very good compared to old store in dhanavaipeta and this new store located at Opp to pantaloons AV Road and But the store sitting is very less like only 10 to 15members only can sit and have the dine in but takeaway and delivery works there well

This place is very horrible and the behavior of the staff is really bad. They are not even accepting cards/ phone pay or google pay. They are only accepting cash which is very uncomfortable to the customers. The LCDs are not working, 0 star for their maintenance of the outlet. Menu cards are torn and dirty. I personally don't recommend this place, last but not the least, the taste of the pizza is also not up to the dominnoss mark. @management please try to solve the above mentioned issues

Domino's Pizza is my favourite all time , located in danavaipeta Rajahmundry. Road side easily accessible location. Spacious with lot of tables. Staff is not active and they are taking orders late and serving late. Pizza taste was good. I ordered margarita pizza it was nice . Overall experience is good . Problem with staff, they are taking orders late and serving late. For all tables only 2 oregano and chiilliflakes bottles are available. Staff is not bothering about that customer table is having all there items or not. We should go to another table and get chilli flakes and oregano. Pizza taste is good but maintained is bad. When they charge more they should provide all these atleast they should guide the. Customers before giving order. My suggestion is make the staff be professional and respect customers and don't just simply ignore.

Have eaten at domino's US pretty standard fare for vegetarians, but domino's India has a lot of good options for vegetarian and they are tasty too. Staff is friendly and welcoming we ordered indie paneer and veg extravaganza. We normally go there a little late so mostly the environment is quiet and calm

payment processing is too worst ..cards dont work and paytm also doesn't work all the time...order taking process is toooo long only one person is taking orders, you have to wait for almost 30-40mins to place the order in the domino's branch, rajahmundry...totally the worst 👎and worst.

I think this could be the worst Domino's Pizza outlet for its service , maintenance, response. No proper dispay system to track the order when dine in,it just like an normal road side tiffin shops. Waited more than 30 min for my order still they replied like it takes some. Note: if u r order not deliver within half n hour we can cancel and get refund the money so that we no need to waste the time where proper service not there.

Worst, the word fits. A famous food brand is in Rajahmundry with bad service. Many of us may not aware the taste food, untill we experience. When I was there for dining I saw an old man with their grand charan, he did not hesitate to put the amount for the food, he knows how much it worth, but it was all about the experience he can give to his kids. The same in home, but I want treat myself and give break to work stress and food is only way for me. How many times I order they always come with bad quality, and very worst delivery experience. The agent rarely respect the food. There were missing items. How manytimes you raise a complaint, it was just these same when you choose this restaurant next time again. I have ordered food again, this time they do not have the beverage I chose, the delivery agent was rude with food, he did let the food fall on ground (on street), he was checking his phone, did not feel anything bad for that,he took the bottle and kept it on the pizza box, I waited till he come to the door to deliver, he just gave the food with the sand and dirt. There were no seasonings for the items. When I asked why are they appearing like that and what is it with the bottle? He did not hesitate to laugh, seriously?. I asked him to exchange the drink and food since they were not in a position to eat, he was like depends on traffic I will come to delivery, even the manager said the same?Don't you guys have shame for your actions. Worst franchise ever in Rajahmundry for a world class food experience.

There is no cleaning inside and outside the store. There was no clean floor and no clean glasses. The health department should inspect this store. I believe rats are present in the kitchen. I'm going to call the health department to take care of the problem. Please do not eat here if you are afraid of getting sick.

Worst manager. Order accepted but did not deliver to train. We followed up from 7pm till 9pm but no information shared. He didn’t even inform that it cannot be deliver. Train is late by 4 hours, We had a small kid who is in hunger and in railway station we cannot get any Veg food. Very very dissatisfied with Dominos. Never expected from such a reputed chain.

One thing I do not like about this place is there is always some problem in the system. Some times they do not have the pan they use to prepare regular size pizza other times their server allows combos-only order. Wondering how the system always works in their favor or is it tuned to so?

The taste of the pizzas - ( chicken dominator and non veg extravaganza) both were very cheesy and tasty. The service was good, but wish they give a few extra tissues when requested. When asked for tissues, they behave as if we are asking for currency notes. 😁 Anyways, lets hope they grow this year.

Always hesitate to accept cards, force us to pay in cash. Will give lame reasons to accept cards. Not even accept scan QR code but they will give you phone number to Gpay or Phone pay. Taste is also not good compared to AV road outlet

Divali festival day I order pizza. But it not delivered even after 5days also. Finaly i went to show room and get it back.

Most of the items are out of stock, even though it's listing as available online. Staff behaviour is not good. They're not even responding to our queries. Card machine is not working. Taking too much time, just to give change itself. The garlic bread sticks and pizza also not baked properly. Overall not the expected Domino's taste and experience. Had a very worst experience. Got stomach upset as well, because of the half baked pizza.

I would say pizza lovers definitely visit this frequently. If you havent tasted a pizza, you should taste it in Dominos only. The authentic taste of pizza in dominos is something amazing that we wont get the same taste anywhere else. Especially the stuffed garlic bread and garlic bread are my favourites.

I am working in Bangalore. I love Domino's there. I had oncebin vijayawada its very bad. I lost my appetite after that. But i had in rajamundry it's simply superb. My experience is very good.

Pizza topping didn't have enough topping and cheese. I ordered Veggie Paradise large and small. I had feeling of just eating a roti . Earlier experience was good.

Ordered a takeout and it was swift. Order was ready in 15 mins. Pickup was quick and found everything alright. Taste was consistent and nothing to complain about. Would definitely visit again
