Waited for 2 hours and this is what I received. The bag smelled of phenyl, the food was all thrown in the bag, the taste was abysmal, the food was so cold, and not fresh at all! If there was an option for no stars, that would be my review. Poor customer service, and really bad experience. Never ever ordering from here again!

Soo happy to have such a trust worthy cloud kitchen. Never have I ever seen any compromise in quality and taste. Best experience of online food ordering in major cities. I highly recommend it based on my personal experience with khaanpin for last couple of years.

Great experience!! Well behaved customer service representatives and delivery riders. Wanted to try out something new, so ordered from here. Was expecting the food to be average. Ordered for butter chicken, pizza and crunchy chicken burger. The food was AMAZING!!! Never had such tasty butter chicken for a long time. Portion was pretty good and was enough for our family of three. Packaging was neat, delivery was on time. Highly recommended.

I am not satisfied with the service that I got today, As I ordered Monster Chicken Burger in the late night, the way I got the burger was really disgusting. The burger was too cold as well as the ingredients were scattered in the box where the burger was packed .. I really have the bad experience today dated 13 Dec 2023. But Before 2 days I ordered pizza and it was hot as well as was good in taste. My suggestion to the entire management department, Please take care of the order of your costumer. Once unsatisfied always unsatisfied. Thank You

Worst customer service ever. They took my order didn’t deliver it even tho i pre paid for the food. When i asked for refund they said it will take 7 day but its already been like 10 days and still haven’t refunded the money.

so basically i’m the oldest customer ig from khanpin or might not be but since lockdown i have ordered from there and in that time i had received the food on time within around 1hour and now in end of 2022-2023 today i have order twice and i mostly order late night like around 12 and they are taking 2hrs for one burger ramen and piece of cake me waiting till 3 in the morning for the food you guys sucksss!!! khaanpin don’t values customers time.

I ordered some ice cream and some brownie on sale and paid by esewa but the unavailability of what I had ordered (though listed online) meant I was supposed to pay an extra 25rs. Instead the brownie arrived, no ice cream and the rider took the total amount. I was very excited about having a late night delivery service but clearly this isn’t the right one.

I was in Kathmandu, Nepal for business purpose and wanted to get something to eat late night around 2am. Checked online and found this site, definitely a catch. Ordered pizza and momo's got to say it was one of the bestest food I ate in Nepal. The taste is still lingering in my mouth. Awesome service too.

I just had the most amazing experience.The food was decent but what really stood out was the genuine and kind-hearted person who took my order over the phone whose name was Ling Tamang. Even though the food delivery was a bit late, his convincing words and sincere apologies over the phone made up for it. They really went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
