Love
the
book
selections
and
I’ve
been
shopping
here
a
while
but
the
store
layout
is
very
inaccessible
for
wheelchair
users
and
i
often
knock
things
over
or
am
unable
to
go
down
the
aisles
because
of
the
lack
of
room.
People
often
can
rarely
get
past
me
or
I
have
to
sit
in
the
middle
of
the
shop
and
make
my
carer
get
books
from
the
aisles
for
me.
I
can
barely
turn
around
in
my
chair
and
I
only
barely
fit
down
the
front
most
aisle
and
cannot
access
the
cashier
to
pay.
I
do
like
that
there
is
a
chair
in
the
corner
you
can
sit
in
or
put
books
on
and
the
bookshelf
cupboards
have
pull
out
desks
to
put
things
on
too.
I
dislike
that
they
still
stock
Harry
Potter
after
what
JK
Rowling
has
done
but
I
understand
that
are
a
company
all
about
profit.
They
also
stock
some
very
culturally
appropriative
books
about
new
age
spirituality.
The
employees
are
very
nice
and
often
offer
to
move
the
fabric
racks
so
I
can
get
to
see
the
tarot
decks,
though
the
aisles
should
be
wide
enough
to
accommodate
a
wheelchair
in
the
first
place.
The
books
are
on
the
slightly
more
expensive
side.
They
did
have
a
small
selection
of
First
Nations
books
for
NAIDOC
which
I
appreciate
and
the
front
of
store
display
is
always
very
pretty.
The
website
is
very
inaccessible
with
its
font,
image
size
and
color
choices
but
is
TTS
accessible
as
far
as
I
can
tell.
It’s
quite
disappointing
as
I
really
wanted
to
like
this
store.
It’s
also
annoying
that
it’s
listed
as
wheelchair
accessible
when
it
is
not
