How about getting back to kids that have applied for jobs at your store? It’s not hard to let them know they haven’t been successful after the effort they put in creating a video application.

cute little shop, not super wide selection of titles though. they're prices are on the more expensive side also. but if your looking for a new release or a popular read and don't mind paying top dollar this is a good option for you. they sell some cute reading accessories eg badges, book lights, bookmarks which I do enjoy having a browse at. friendly and helpful staff, and if they don't have a book in they offer to order it in for you.

Great range including some hard to find manga titles for the kids and adults alike. Super friendly and knowledgable staff, and prices that are sometimes even better than online! Also, the feel of a true bookstore is so wonderful here, beautiful olde worlde design.

I didn't buy anything but it was lovely just to visit and the Man behind the counter was very polite and well mannered 🙂

As a previous customer of the Plenty Valley store, and a current customer of the Greensborough store, I can certainly say that the staff are amazing and the selection is vast. The store offers services to order in books from their suppliers as well, meaning that even if they don’t have what you need in stock, they can order it in for the next delivery within a week or two. Not only does Robinsons have these amazing services, they also have the best sense of decoration and store design i’ve ever seen in a bookstore. I wish all the best for the store and it’s staff, and I definitely recommend their store.

Love this little place! Reasonably priced and stocks a lot for such a little shop.

Chock-a-block full of interesting books and related products, such as games, posters and art materials. The staff said if I had stayed any longer they would have had to start paying me a wage! I finally chose a fantastic Lonely Planet tome about when to go where and a chess book to help me improve my game.

A decent enough of a collection for a small book store. The staff are friendly and eager to help but the store itself probably doesn't stock enough recent books as the books I query about tend to be out of stock more often than not. Still, not a bad bookstore and the occasional gem can be found.

Won’t price match and we’re charging double the price of the book.

Love the book selections and I’ve been shopping here a while but the store layout is very inaccessible for wheelchair users and i often knock things over or am unable to go down the aisles because of the lack of room. People often can rarely get past me or I have to sit in the middle of the shop and make my carer get books from the aisles for me. I can barely turn around in my chair and I only barely fit down the front most aisle and cannot access the cashier to pay. I do like that there is a chair in the corner you can sit in or put books on and the bookshelf cupboards have pull out desks to put things on too. I dislike that they still stock Harry Potter after what JK Rowling has done but I understand that are a company all about profit. They also stock some very culturally appropriative books about new age spirituality. The employees are very nice and often offer to move the fabric racks so I can get to see the tarot decks, though the aisles should be wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair in the first place. The books are on the slightly more expensive side. They did have a small selection of First Nations books for NAIDOC which I appreciate and the front of store display is always very pretty. The website is very inaccessible with its font, image size and color choices but is TTS accessible as far as I can tell. It’s quite disappointing as I really wanted to like this store. It’s also annoying that it’s listed as wheelchair accessible when it is not

Really awesome book store. Went looking for books for a child, and for me all sorts of cool stuff. Also they have a reasonable range of the fantasy stuff I like. The range isn't huge, but it is generally Going to be big enough for most people to find something they will like. Prices can be a bit high on some things.

So disappointed and cross. I phoned he Greensbrough store to make a click & collect purchase, told card only.. I was as more than happy to comply ordered my book, drove there to pick it up, went to pay with my debit card (which I was told would be ok) only to be bitterly disappointed because they didn’t have a mobile eftpos… not having a tap card I had to leave empty handed. Really !! Robinsons in this climate one would think you would be more in tune with the times. How backwards are you. Not a happy customer…

So many options! Great selection of books throughout the store. Displays looks really good, some sections are set up showing beautiful patterns and colour schemes. They also have a selection of games available in store as well. Only went in to browse and had a long look around.

👍 OK Myer has everything, nearly. What does it lack - staff, yes sometimes hard to find someone to serve you but I do love Myer! As a kid I used to love coming in to see the Myer Christmas window display, so iconic and now as a big kid I still love to check them out, so nostalgic. I actually rememb...

😠 Marking down $40 bean bag to $30 and selling with broken zip. ( broken zip is not noted on the label, it just states missing packing) When I asked to return saying yellow tagged items cannot be returned. There is no use of this beanbag unless I need to pay to get the zip fixed.
