Myer
seems
to
be
taking
orders
online,
cancelling
then
not
refunding,
sendout
false
refund
ids
so
they
can
close
the
order
without
paying
back
what
was
taken.
I
ordered
online
via
their
ebay
store
for
a
gift
that
was
time
critical.
They
happily
took
payment
from
me,
claimed
to
have
stated
preparing
the
order
BUT
then
nothing
was
delivered
and
no
communication
occurred.
Followed
up
numerous
times
but
I
keep
getting
random
confused
and
baffling
statements
from
the
store.
They
have
admitted
to
a
breach
of
ebay
terms
and
conditions
by
confirming
they
never
had
stock
of
the
item
in
the
first
place
but
I
cannot
seem
to
get
anyone
to
refund
the
full
order,
plus
as
they
falsely
claimed
to
have
"accepted"
the
settlement
terms
ebay's
case
was
closed
before
checking
the
refund
was
issues.
Worst
still,
someone
at
myer
somehow
sent
me
a
fake
refund
transaction
id
and
claimed
to
have
refunded
the
full
amount
however
my
payment
provider
cannot
find
such
a
refund.
I
have
queries
them
numerous
times
but
they
are
deliberately
avoiding
explaining
how
they
generated
the
fake
refund.
Every
few
weeks
I
get
an
out
of
hours
comment
(sundays)
from
them
causing
frustration
and
anger
as
they
clearly
are
trying
to
harassment
me
until
I
go
away.
I
assume
they
do
it
as
a
strategy
to
make
customers
so
angry
the
option
to
let
it
go
and
let
Myer
keep
the
money.
Anyway
from
an
order
in
June
I
still
have
not
been
able
to
get
my
refund
and
the
stock
was
never
delivered
but
even
today
another
harassing
response
from
yet
another
"agent"
called
Laura.
Why
does
Myer
management
not
step
in
here
and
sort
this
out.
I
understand
myer
is
struggling
under
covid
but
outright
thief
like
this
is
not
the
answer.
Anyway
to
all
reading
this
stay
clear
of
Myer
and
if
management
could
please
contact
me
directly
and
get
my
full
refund
organised
plus
investigate
the
fake
transactions
and
Sunday
harassment
messages
please.
