I went in August. My visit was more about nostalgia than shopping. The old bargain basement is now the sports department - I guess there aren't enough bargains to warrant a permanent display like the old days. Up on the top floor I saw the old ballroom, which was gorgeous. All the stuff for sale in each department was just like any other Myer store - lovely products, usual priced tags, beautifully displayed and very helpful staff. Anyhow, it was kind of nice to walk through, after all these years.

OK Myer has everything, nearly. What does it lack - staff, yes sometimes hard to find someone to serve you but I do love Myer! As a kid I used to love coming in to see the Myer Christmas window display, so iconic and now as a big kid I still love to check them out, so nostalgic. I actually remember what this place was like pre renovations and who didn't love going to their food court and being greeted by the smell of roasted nuts, so delicious I can still smell it. Yes I'm a long time Myer fan, marvellous Myer, so Melbourne! 6.11.23 just browsing because well no reason, I love Myer so much!

Enjoyed my shop at this Myer. It's a spacious store with lots of stock. The Christmas displays attract massive line ups & can get very busy. The store has lots of levels with many entries. Loved browsing the fitness gear & also the cosmetics & great selection of perfumes. Probably one of the best Myers in Australia

This Myer in Brisbane is one of the nicest and biggest I’ve seen. There were escalators for going up or down and the place was very well structured with a couple cafes throughout. I was unable to find the item I was looking for…

If you go to the Myer Christmas windows make sure 1. You go at night (better for photos and way better with light effects) 2. Don’t go during the day on a weekend or within 2 weeksChristmas 3. If you go to opening day, make sure you get their early and stand next to window 1. Take it from someone who has been to every Myer windows season since 2009

Had a shopping weekend in Melbourne with my daughter. My daughter purchased a pair of puma sneakers, the lady who served us was excellent. Then I purchased a polo shirt for my son, and again staff were helpful and polite.

Love their Christmas window displays! The Bluey one this year is awesome! I recommend coming during a weekday/weeknight to avoid the huge crowds. I visited on a Wednesday night and there was no queue at all.

Wide range of things to shop for all ages and nicely renovated. Especially level 6 and 7 for kids, large variety of toys and interactions to keep the kids happy!

I personally love this Myer. The amount of levels for shopping and the history on the top level is something unique that you don’t find in other Myer spots. If you go to the top level, you can see the old pneumatic tubes that took the money up into the offices throughout the day. Not for everyone but for history enthusiasts it’s quite cool. This time I only visited the front while walking past die to the crowds while they enjoyed the Bluey Christmas windows.

Great store because it allows returns of goods with few conditions. You can buy with confidence knowing that you can return or swap sizes easily. Only trouble is lack of staff but this is happening in most retail areas across the state now, due to CV19. So be patient but shop Myers. It is a nice friendly store.

Ordered some Chanel perfume online instead of going into the city. They have made going into the city to shop a nightmare, so I shopped online. Delivery was quick and smooth. Perfume beautifully wrapped!

One of the biggest malls in Melbourne. If you want to enjoy shopping with many varieties of clothes, design, and commodity goods for men and women. The atmosphere is fantastic but crowded, and many visitors go there. Also, if you want to shopping in weekend is a really busy zone as i last visited.

Ordered some items from Myer online and have to say that I am very impressed. Ordered on Saturday night and received it on Tuesday afternoon which is real quick. Items came packaged in a box and everything arrived in tip top condition. All items were wrapped individually and on top of that bubble wrap was utilized. All in all, fantastic and quick service.

Myer seems to be taking orders online, cancelling then not refunding, sendout false refund ids so they can close the order without paying back what was taken. I ordered online via their ebay store for a gift that was time critical. They happily took payment from me, claimed to have stated preparing the order BUT then nothing was delivered and no communication occurred. Followed up numerous times but I keep getting random confused and baffling statements from the store. They have admitted to a breach of ebay terms and conditions by confirming they never had stock of the item in the first place but I cannot seem to get anyone to refund the full order, plus as they falsely claimed to have "accepted" the settlement terms ebay's case was closed before checking the refund was issues. Worst still, someone at myer somehow sent me a fake refund transaction id and claimed to have refunded the full amount however my payment provider cannot find such a refund. I have queries them numerous times but they are deliberately avoiding explaining how they generated the fake refund. Every few weeks I get an out of hours comment (sundays) from them causing frustration and anger as they clearly are trying to harassment me until I go away. I assume they do it as a strategy to make customers so angry the option to let it go and let Myer keep the money. Anyway from an order in June I still have not been able to get my refund and the stock was never delivered but even today another harassing response from yet another "agent" called Laura. Why does Myer management not step in here and sort this out. I understand myer is struggling under covid but outright thief like this is not the answer. Anyway to all reading this stay clear of Myer and if management could please contact me directly and get my full refund organised plus investigate the fake transactions and Sunday harassment messages please.

This Mall is small in very term. It's small in size, attracts small (less) crowd, less food courts, less variety of shops, etc... Actually it's Retail Mall (the first mall in the city for Retailers) claimed as such. Higher class people are generally attracted here. The price of cloths and services provided here is comparatively higher to other even their same brands shop. One thing is very good and that is all at one place completely good and quality experience. If you are feeling Hungry then don't worry there's a Restaurant in the Myer.

The Myer windows this year featured Bluey and friends and the windows were dressed fabulously but the waiting took a bit before we got close up to all the windows but when we got there they were bright and colourful and job was well done throughout every window.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Avril at Myer while shopping for bras, and I cannot express how grateful I am for her outstanding service. Avril's expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. From the moment I walked into the lingerie section, Avril greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. She took the time to understand my preferences and needs, providing valuable insights and recommendations on the latest styles and fits. Avril's knowledge of the product range was truly impressive, and it was evident that she is passionate about ensuring customers find the perfect items. I left Myer feeling confident and satisfied with my purchases, all thanks to Avril's excellent customer service. I highly recommend seeking her assistance when shopping for lingerie. Avril's expertise, friendly approach, and genuine desire to help customers make her an invaluable asset to the Myer team. Thank you, Avril, for going above and beyond to make my shopping experience memorable and enjoyable!

Wonderful staff, fantastic value, and Myer does what does best, offering a quality, friendly, i formative and value for money experience. Great sales across some excellent brands. Super helpful staff, if it's not in stock at their store, they'll help you order it at Myer online, outstanding service.

Being a born and bred Melbournian, this place was always stuffy and compact as a kid. I went in tonight, wow what a difference. It's gorgeous, so much space and the levels and separation of sections is perfect. A pleasure to shop - staff were incredible too

A gem that needs polishing. Not infrastructure wise, rather at a staff and staffing level. You still have to go trekking to find someone (men's shoes as I did) even though it was not busy. The building itself though, is an icon and could be so much more with some heart in the people. The staff level in perfume on the other hand is the exact opposite. Must be better margins.

I really dislike leaving negative feedback, but I've had it with large traditional 'bricks and mortar' stores who have thrown their hat into the ring of e-commerce given the current pandemic and are putting in terrible half baked efforts. It took three business days for Myer process and ship my online order, then I'm yet to see it three weeks later because they sent it via Australia Post - it does not take THREE WEEKS to go from Melbourne to regional Victoria. Business catering to online sales should not be relying on Australia Post in this day and age as your only shipping option for your customers - there are many courier/freight companies which are reasonably priced with national delivery services, who would see customers orders delivered within reasonable time frames. Australia Post has always been useless regardless of pandemics, relying on them and them alone for your e-commerce business is lazy and shows poor initiative on behalf of Myer. Would not recommend purchasing anything from Myer via their online store because of poor freight options.

The best place to buy perfumes, makeup or gift sets. There are loads of offers and discounts. Also there are high quality shoes and handbags in Myer. Highly recommended to anyone who comes to Melbourne city. Below is a picture of Myer's bourke street entrance at night.

Myer’s perfume assistant was condescending to people who live with a disability. I use touch to identify perfume bottles. The assistant made an assumption that I did not have the capacity to hold a bottle? Educate your employee’s Mr Myer’s!

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Kayla as she disagreed to refund my thongs although they were brand new! I had only tried them out once and she consistently kept denying my request to refund my money and insisted that I shouldn't have tried them out if had an intention to return back, but my question is how would you know without putting them on and see hot they fit ? How's one supposed keep the packaging material everything you do a purchase? I'm very disappointed the way she treated me and I'm never going back again!

Much better service than their other stores. Presentation of store is on par with David Jones next door. Renovations a few years back have made the store nice and bright. Pity it shrunk its two stores into one, as a result I feel like you can't walk into the store and see what items they have to offer. Easier to go to another store where you can see it all on display.

It was close to where I stayed during my Melbourne visit. There are many good brands and reasonable prices as well. I went there a few times and got a lot of stuff there. There is also an amazing sale going on. It is easy to get there. The mall was great and we had a great time. I found the overall customer service in Australia to be exceptionally good. You can tell that the staff are well-trained and enjoy what they do. Customers are always treated warmly, welcome, and with a friendly attitude. It does not seem to be forceful. As if you're having a conversation with a friend. In turn, this makes my shopping experience very enjoyable and fun.

Best time to shop on Boxing Day. Grab a bargain maybe two or three or four. six floors of shopping I'm sure there is something for that someone. Best prices only on sale periods though, other times items are a little on the pricey side.

Located very centrally, this flagship store has everything you’d need. Being the flagship store, this place is huge, spanning across 9 storeys. There’s obviously plenty of stock and there are also some cafés inside. It seems to be newly renovated, so it’s nice to be in. Being connected to the Emporium and across the road from David Jones, it’s great for a big shopping day.
