Must say this restaurant by far surpass my expectations. From the booking on the phone to when I’m ready to leave the restaurant . They owners are such nice people and the server she is amazing. The food is nothing but a blast of flavor and the restaurant has the homey vibe, even the people that dine there are nice. I must say I gave you guys a well deserved 5 star review even my 5 year old daughter had a good time. You will see me again..

June 2022 update - Second time here and once again, everything was excellent! Four of us enjoyed five appetizers, four entrees, and three desserts ...all of which were perfectly prepared and wonderfully delicious. Also ate outside this time and the patio just adds to the great meal and stellar service. April 2022 - My only regret in dining at D'Floret was being so distracted by the great food, that I forgot to take photos! First time visiting was this past Friday. We had a 6:00 reservation and were seated promptly upon arrival. (I'd definitely recommend reservations). Our two appetizers were Gnocchi and a Wild Mushroom Lobster tart - both excellent, best gnocchi I've ever had. And being indulgent, we also had a Foie Gras which was equally great. Our mains were a Seared Ahi Tuna, cooked to perfection, and Faro Island Salmon over Creamed Spinach which again, was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Promising ourselves we'd skip dessert proved futile and the Chocolate Royale on a bed of Hazelnut Praline disappeared in what had to be under a minute! Delicious! A new favorite eatery for us, we'll be back ... Soon!

My wife and I had a truly memorable experience last night at D’Floret. We have been wanting to dine here for quite some time and were lucky to get a reservation as this is a very limited seating restaurant! Well it was well worth the wait. The ambiance and service were fantastic. The food was quite possibly one of the top meals I’ve had at a restaurant in New Jersey. My wife had the rouget barbet and I had the wild boar. Both were impeccably cooked, seasoned masterfully, and creatively prepared. The gnocchi were rolled to order and cooked with perfection, topped with fresh shaved black truffles really took it over the top. If I could give this place six stars I would!

My husband took me for my birthday, at the suggestion of his friend who took his wife for her birthday. It was incredibly delicious. We had the tuna tartar and mushroom puff pastry appetizers, they were both outstanding and completely different. The puff pastry was rich and savory while the tartar was chilled and refreshing with a lemon sorbet on top. The entrees where the show stoppers though, wild board and rack of lamb. We both wanted to lick our plates. Eat here, you won't regret it.

Best meal we ever ate! Everything was perfect - the owner Estella is married to the chef. She is extremely personable and makes your expertise special. Her own artwork adorns the intimate space and she recommended the best dishes on the menu. Go here for a special occasion, you won’t regret it

OK food from starters to dessert. Lovely outdoor area and nice staff but the food is just not that great. Starters Pea Soup, the ginger was overdosed creating an an imbalance and hiding the flavor of the peas, the ginger was not fresh and zesty but stale and slightly moldy tasting. Bad start, but another guest had the Gnocchi which was better although over salted. The Cod and Salmon were very good quality but the potatoes where under cooked and hard, the sauces were delicious but again just a little too salty for our palette but overall very nice. The desserts seem to have come from outside, didn't taste homemade and felt industrial. Some quite amazing reviews maybe raised our expectations a little too much but we are determined to find great food outside of NYC, unfortunately the search continues for our party.

Our dining experience was stellar. The food was perfectly done (best branzino we ever had -- and we've had plenty); the service was attentive without at all being cloying; the small, homey room was most welcomng; and the pricing was very reasonable. I heartily recommend the restaurant and very much look forward to returning.

Our meal at D'floret was absolutely delicious! We started with a puff pastry and mushroom appetizer that was perfectly balanced. I had tortellini for my entree, and it was the best cooked tortellini I've had. My husband got the rack of lamb special, and it totally blew his mind. We shared two desserts that were decedent, yet light. We also dined on their patio which was a pleasant surprise!
