Service is very poor. If you arrive at the time of recess, nothing will work for you. Please go to Prakash motor or Ratna motors for better service.

Disappointing service No responsibility at all If you are going there for any major issues then don't go there, it won't be solved, rest all will be done like service,oil change etc but if you are going there for any problem it won't be solved. Ridiculous communication and no one knows what's going on!!

repairing staff members are not good. and lagacy auto is junk ward space in automobile industry.because parts are not avaliable at time of service.using dublicate parts instead of original.At last in reparing section all members are like crew of robbers and speaking bad word to customer after service. By calling.

Received call from service center for the booking and booked done for date 23 and I have said I will come after 2 pm or 2:30 pm and I am reached at 3 pm and I have received answer you need to stay your bike here and you will get your bike tomorrow. I am not happy 😒 I am also joyride customer and I think it is waste of money.

It had been 2 hrs waiting in customer lounge for my bike service but the Air Conditioning service isn't on or they hadn't asked yet in these sizzling summer season. Too disappointed!!!!

Very bad service. I have given my passion pro bike for service . They said it will be ready tomorrow. Then next day they call me saying that spair part is not available so it will take 2 days. After 2 days they call me to take my bike saying it is ready .when I reached there the main problem which I told them to solve was not even touched and they changed other accessories and parts and billed me for which I didn't told them to repair.very poor service don't go here . They are not trained for such type of work .just open show room and collect money .nothing else. Don't go here friends . Use other service centers.
