This is a big store and we were looking for garden furniture, my German is not great and a very helpful man spoke good English. The furniture we picked was showing in stock but unfortunately the only set they had was damaged so he ordered it on line to be delivered to my home address and cancelled the delivery charge to apologise. I was very pleased with the customer service and help. Will definitely go back again. Thank you 😊

A very small DIY shop. Often doesn't have the needed product. One is then directed to another shop of theirs that's much, much better and has better varieties!

The air tools are of the poorest quality and yet the prices may relate to better quality tools. Poor selection cheaply wrapped. Also it is not customers that need to explore the world it is you that needs to explore who is sourcing the goods at the wholesale level.

Great place with a broad variety. You can get all the supplies you need machines and work clothes, flowers and much more. The staff has a lot of knowledge and is very friendly. Fair prices

I normally don’t need to leave reviews but this bauhaus is the worst in Germany! No one want to help and when you can finally get someone away from doing nothing they are simply rude to you. Disgusting customer service. It sucks because it is the nearest to where I live and it means driving further to find good service.

Too big and too few staff for a mid morning rush

Very clean and lovely workers that help inexperienced young people to figure out what they need to fix a light bulb these days! (little hint it's a bit more than one or two Germans... Depending on where you live hehehe)
