I booked an appointment with Banks Lyon with a view to purchasing my very first luxury watch. The one that I chose was on the website, however I was informed that it had been discontinued. However, Myles searched for the model that I wanted, and found one a couple of days later from the brand themselves. I went back to the shop and paid the very same day (With a little discount for cash). I collected it a few days later. I will use them again as they will move heaven and earth to meet their customers needs.

I recently purchased a watch from banks Lyon jewellers, Jessica the salesperson helped me so much from initially ordering the watch with herself to making sure it was delivered in time for Christmas as it is a present for my son. I Carnt praise Jessica enough, she was so helpful, efficient and friendly and is a credit to banks Lyon. Thanks again Jess for all your help, I really appreciate everything you did to get it delivered on time.

A wonderful experience, I came in, for what was to me, an emotional purchase. I was served by Samantha, who was just wonderful, kind, and extremely helpful. She made me a lovely coffee, offered me a tissue, gave me a hug........oh, and helped me choose two beautiful rings. Thank you Samantha, you made what was a difficult situation an absolute pleasure!

Absolutely brilliant service from Banks Lyon. I was looking to purchase a Breitling watch and had narrowed it down to 2 different models. I sent Banks Lyon a message via their website to ask if they had the models in stock. They replied in under an hour and a couple of hours later I was in the Lancaster store. When I got there I was presented with a variety of models (Navitimer and Superocean variants). Myles who served me was very knowledgeable, friendly and there was no pressure to buy. In the end I chose a 44mm Superocean which was sized to perfection for my wrist. Myles fully explained the automatic movement, insurance options and other questions I had were answered clearly. They gave a free gift of Prosecco and chocolates which was a nice touch. Their customer service was faultless and I feel confident if I had any issues they’d help. Ironically I tried to buy my watch from a well known national competitor only to find their website didn’t work and I couldn’t order it online. Having said that this is what led me to picking Banks Lyon and going in store (do yourself a favour….don’t buy something this big without seeing it first - Lesson learnt for me!). Highly recommend them and wish them the success they deserve as a business.

Been into this shop today and delt with the lovely jess, the choices of watches is superb. Jess was extremely knowledgeable and very polite a matter of fact all the staff are absolutely fantastic and helpful. DOG FRIENDLY which is a A++++

Went to get a ring resized and was told there would be a 3 week wait and they'd call me when ready. I asked how much and all I was told was £75 per piece of gold. I had no idea how much gold was needed for resizing and I felt like she didn't either. Felt a little bit like I had to just let her take details to resize the ring and see how much it would be when I go back. Still waiting.

Fantastic shop. Was redirected to here from there Kendal store by Jay who was fantastic. Sam spent hours chating about watches and it was a pleasure spend a long time in the shop. Nothing was to much trouble. Will travel. again for this AD who could teach a thing other AD’s a thing or two. Walked in like a scruff and was still treated fantastic. Resulted in 11k in sales.

Recently purchased an Omega Seamaster 300m. Yellow gold bezel on steel case. Blue rubber strap. I'm thrilled. Banks-Lyon were quick and communicative in sourcing and sending my watch to me by RoyalMail Special Delivery (21 hrs!) so very good. Superb service and would highly recommended them.
