So I haven’t been to this theater in about a year and things have drastically changed! I took my family here to watch Fast X and felt unsafe as we parked our car. There were kids loitering around in large groups and cursing at each other, acting violently. This was the first red flag that made me feel uncomfortable. Thankfully it was a better encounter when I walked up to the counter. I showed them my military ID and they gave me my discount. We walked in and as we waited for our snacks there were woman arguing with someone with management. Next we walk up to the counter thankfully he was very sweet took my order and I thought maybe the outside is what was bad. As SOON as we walk into the theater there was trash everywhere!? There were spilled pickles on the floor drinks in the drink holders, popcorn spilled everywhere, the seats were sticky!? It was absolutely disgusting. I understand this location is in a much lower income area but Cinemark please do better. You have officially lost 7 members that have been coming here for years and multiple members of my community. Thankfully I was able to tell a manager (Lashanda) and she was able to get someone in to try to clean before more people came in but apparently they stop cleaning after 10& the shift beforehand had failed to do their job which I have heard has been happening more and more often. I appreciate her professionalism and disappointment in the scene she witnessed with me. Overall the one star is for the three people I came across and were kind enough to either hear me out or fix the problem. As far as the theater I give it no stars.

Place needs a major renovation, bathrooms, halls, walls..... this is the cheapest movie theater I ever been so thats good, but its old and floors are sticky. If you don’t mind that... this is the place to watch a movie for few dollars. Just sad

I go to the movies often and I usually always avoid this movie theater because it’s SUPER ghetto and trashier than others. They’ve re-modeled the inside yet the seats don’t recline, they don’t have foot rests, their pizza tastes like frozen school pizza and I’ve never had a pizza like that at any cinemark or any movie theater period. Flies fly past the movie screen. I can’t make this up. I can’t with this place and I won’t be back.

Too many kids after dark and Unsheparoned. Seats need to be replaced with more comfortable ones if you plan on watching a long movie. They never seem to have on hand the movie souvenirs cups, buckets, etc.

I walked up and purchased a ticket at 8 pm for an 8pm showing. Instead they gave me a ticket for a 7:40 showing and I missed 20 minutes of the concert movie. I tried to bring it to the attention of one of the employees and he basically attempted to gaslight me and even called over a police officer and got him involved. So, they essentially blamed me for giving me the wrong ticket. I will never go back. Instead of trying to understand it from the customers perspective, it seemed like they were trying to gang up and force their illogical perspective on me. I wasn't even asking for or expecting a refund. They weren't listening or acted like they could care less. Horrible customer service skills. Like I said, I won't be returning...ever.

Loved this cute little theater. My friend and I were a little late to our show but we were able to get tickets exchanged for the next showing with no issue. Went to see Barbie on opening night and we were one of maybe 7 people in the theater so we had our pick of seats. Popcorn was hot and tasty, everything was priced very well especially when compared to in the city. Retro vibes, friendly staff, clean restrooms and lobby. I will definitely be back.

Went to go see the Nun 2, and it was good. The only thing I hated was when there was a big guy who was playing his phone out loud while we're trying to watch the movie. I spoke with the manager Axel and he is very generous he handled the situation for me. He's great at his job, and he deserves a raise. Thank you again.

Very unorganized, dirty and smelly. Update: I called customer care per the response only to be told to alter my review because as a one time courtesy my purchase was refunded.
