Big thank you to the baker Britney. She made a cake that my daughter seen on Instagram a heart shaped cake and it came out perfect She made two beautiful cakes for my daughters for their birthdays and she did an awesome job. She’s very nice and very friendly. I will be using her again.

Walmart you need to make sure your prices are matching up. I went to Walmart to purchase a pair casual jeans for work. The jeans I decided to purchase had a sale sign showing $24.98. The ticket price on the jeans showed $22.98 and when I checked out the jeans scanned in as $40.00. I went to the customer service dept to bring to their attention the discrepancy in the prices so that I could get the difference I paid. Initially, the store manager/associate did not want to honor the ticket price on the jeans, stating she has to abide by the price that was scanned, although the ticket price showed $22.98. I explained to her that it wasn't my fault the prices didn't match up and if she could not honor the ticket price on the jeans or the sale sign that I wanted a refund. I was in this store for 15 minutes while 2 different managers figure out the problem that had nothing to do with me. I eventually got the difference I paid, however I felt the situation could have been handled better.

Always a one-stop store. They are now re organizing and upgrading the decor. It is a little challenging to find some items, as some shelves have been relocated. But it's a good look. More fancy ✨️.

They have a lot of self checkout stations but not all of them are open it's ridiculous and in effective for the fact in having self check out is so that they don't have to have the workers to check out customers but want the customers to check ourselves out. Why have two check out stations open when there is a li.e of over 20 people waiting to leave.

Kudos to the workers at Walmart I went there this morning looking for spray foam, couldn’t find it because they are remodeling Team lead Jonathan did try but couldn’t find it, he left to get another workers help- Daniel, looks like they were out of the foam. Off to another store I thought Then I heard someone say Ma’am It was Daniel He found the foam, it hadn’t been stocked yet I also got some spray paint that Jonathon helped me with Since it was a project for outside I wanted to be sure to get the right one Above and beyond in customer service this a.m. guys Now off to making spiders I go!!!🕷️🕷️☠️☠️🎃🎃💯

We brought a Roku TV and it’s not working; wasn’t showing a picture did everything step by step still no picture. So we took it back to Walmart today within us taking the TV back the first causes we couldn’t see the picture. I didn’t know the the information we taking off(cause we going into the trash) were supposed to be on the box. when we get to customers service return the item with that being said the lady really seems like she didn’t want to help us. guess but I’m not having they didn’t have the barcode but it was purchased on my card they wanna make it seem like we were still I do not appreciate it. I would not accept it from no one Because the lady seem like she didn’t want to wait on us. After we got back home with the same tv I located what they was asking for . Therefore I called up and spoke to the gentleman that came up to the customer service. Again like I just called back up there and I told the gentleman the barcodes did come off with the tape. Don’t tell me won’t come off with the tape. And I didn’t appreciate them trying make us look like thieves; we work too hard plus we both are in law enforcement. Ms. Jasmine in electronics department needs to be in customers service.please excuse my texting I was definitely upset with these individuals within customer service and management. Will be going to Red Oak

The ppl at the Lancaster Walmart are really friendly. The lines at the checkout move fast, considering I was there on a Saturday mid-day during the holiday season. There were employees directing folks to shorter lines and telling them which registers took cards only, etc. Very efficient. Haven't seen this before at a Walmart. There were also 2 employees checking receipts at the door instead of one employee holding up the line. It helps when folks like me have items that can't be bagged.
