I
was
very
impressed
with
the
standards
of
this
site.
This
site
is
at
the
upper
end
of
our
budget
for
short
stays
but
was
well
worth
it.
The
site
is
dry,
clean
and
well
maintained.
You
can
easily
see
that
the
owner
has
invested
significantly
in
the
site
facilities.
The
touring
pitch
we
stayed
on
was
full
service
(which
i
believe
they
all
are)
which
made
the
price
surprisingly
low
compared
to
other
sites.
The
site
is
immediately
on
the
coast
with
a
short
walk
through
the
site,
though
a
pedestrian
access
gate
and
you
are
there
on
the
beach.
When
the
tide
is
in
the
beach
is
a
pebble/stone
affair
but
when
the
tide
is
out
there
is
flat
dry
sand
(a
little
muddy
but
that
is
Morecambe
bay
for
you).
A
short
walk
south
along
the
coast
brings
you
to
Hestbank
where
there
is
a
cafe
on
the
beach
car-park,
some
take-aways
on
the
main
road
and
up
the
hill
a
little
way
is
a
very
good
pub
on
the
canal
(which
is
also
very
pleasant).
For
cyclists
there
is
a
national
cycle
route
on
the
nearby
canal
and
a
regional
route
on
the
main
road
into
Morecambe
that
is
on
the
road
until
the
Morecambe
seafront.
The
seafront
at
Morecambe
is
great
for
cycling
and
strolling
along
with
plenty
of
attractions
as
you
would
expect
for
a
seaside
resort.
The
owner
is
extremely
helpful
for
his
guests.
To
the
point
he
took
30minutes
out
of
his
schedule
to
dig
up
a
set
of
electrical
testers
for
me
when
i
had
an
issue
on
my
van.
For
this
i
thank
him
emphatically.
In
Summary
I
doubt
you
will
be
disappointed
visiting
this
park.
