This is how they treat their customers. Make them wait 7.5 minutes at the drive thru speaker without acknowledging them there and when you express how displeased you are they sabotage your food with copious amount of Salt and pepper and make it unable to be consumed! Never ever again will I ever go there again!! I could look past the cold fries but this double cheese burger was purposely made this way to retaliate my displeasure with the horrible service. I emailed corporate and yea I’m being a Karen right now. After working 12 hours in a very busy ER and driving home 2 hours hungry only to not be able to eat my food was absolutely unacceptable!

As expected you pay way to much for food that is probably not real food . They will mess the order up almost everytime . Forget a straw for drinks like all the time I just don't waste money here anymore. The food definitely can not be good for you

No complaints. Location was clean and the interactive tables were awesome for the toddlers! Staff was nice and quick to assist. Food was fresh and well put together, fries had the perfect amount of salt, and pop station wasn’t sticky. Conveniently located off main road.

Worst McDonald's around. Saw a manager berate a person cause they got his food wrong and when he asked for it corrected she screamed at him. Then proceeded to be rude to me because I placed an order through the mobile app. What a horrible woman. Will never come back and suggest you avoid this place. The McDonald's on 41 more towards Tampa is way better. Amazing service good hot food, and they don't give outdated happy meal toys. My kids were so upset when I bought them their happy meals thinking they'd get super Mario toys and end up with a labron James from space jam 2. Talk about ripping kids off while giving bad service and cold food. Awful just awful. Picture below and that ain't a Mario toy!!

For those of you who actually read the reviews, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT waste your money nor your time at this McDonald’s! I’ve been ordering from this location for over 2 years and in that time they have never gotten my order right once, I’ve tolerated it due to understanding that they deal with hundreds of people a day and not wanting to cause any issues but tonight was the last straw. NO MORE! I am allergic to onions, most of my family is, I’m thankfully not as severe as my family but I ALWAYS request only ketchup. I’ve dealt with the single loose onions stuck to the outside of my burger but this is not that. THIS FEELS LIKE A PERSONAL ATTACK! There were no pickles on it, nor mustard, thankfully they listened there but under every surface of my sandwiches, under every piece of cheese, there are onions. YOU CANT ACCIDENTALLY COVER A BURGER IN ONIONS.That is intentional, it wasn’t just on the one burger either, oh no, it was on both of them. They are obviously not practicing food safety at this location and should be shut down before they don’t just make people sick, but end up killing someone because of the lack of food safety. Save yourselves, DO NOT give this location your business.

This has got to be one of the worst McDonalds I've ever went to. I had my order taken by a very nice young lady when the manager started yelling at her. When I was waiting for my meal, I just heard constant yelling by the manager. The atmosphere was so hostile and the manager was making everyone uncomfortable. I cannot believe such a rude and hateful person still has that position. I can't imagine what those poor workers are going through.

This lace seems to be going downhill. It's a shamw really. Burgers are now made fresh but the fries are cold and the drive thru takes quite a bit longer ,😔

This store gets orders right, food hot and quick. They have a stationed approach and are getting new technology to help. Stop by this one if you are within 15 miles. Worth the trip. Supervision there is direct and short to employees but in a way that shows they want people to improve and they care. By the way please bring back the chocolate chip mocha frappe

I enjoy this location a lot. The employees (all of them) are always helping and making sure they meet the level of high hospitality for being in their store. Its amazing from how I feel when I get there to the time I leave

The food here is usually hot, and right how you ask for it to Be. The staff here are nice and accepting. Even at night, which is usually when people have problems ordering at McDonald's, I have never once had a problem ordering food or with staff in this McDonald's. Sometimes there may be plenty of trash around the building, or dirty floors, but other than that this McDonald's is great. Don't expect it to be a 5 Star deluxe restaurant though. This is a McDonald's, a fast food restaurant. It's obviously not going to be luxurious or anything like that.

The last two times they have messed up my order and I have been skipped by multiple cars in the drive through. The food is inconsistent. The drinks are alway overflowing and getting the cup holders in my car sticky and gross. And to top it all off the staff are never friendly and act like it’s the end of the world when we ask for napkins or sauces. This place use to be much better.

Every Saturday Morning, we order 2 stake, egg, cheese bagels. Not always we get the perfect one. Today 12/16/23 @ 9 am, whoever made our breakfast, is the best bagel we had tried. We know for a fact that, she/he doesn't work every Saturday because our breakfast is not as good, exept when this person makes it. We've been trying to find out what her/his name is, to make sure we order our bagels when she/he is working. I thank you (?) for keeping the same quality.

This review is for the overnight manager, that worked night shift on 1/22/24. They should give you a raise. I have never had a good thing happen at McDonald's, until today. I know you are just a food service worker. But you did your job with excellence and I truly appreciate it. You should be teaching other fast food workers On making customers feel valued. Thank you.

Friendly service, always has my order ready without having to park and wait like most McDonald’s.

I rarely go to McDonald’s but today it’s Friday and I just had to take a break from work and stop at the McDonald’s here at Lando Lakes. It is a very welcoming atmosphere. The managers are good. The service is very prompt very friendly. I like this McDonald’s in Land O Lakes.

Placed an order using the McDonald’s app for curbside pick up. Parked in spot one and indicated on the app that I had arrived. The app said my meal would be out shortly. I sat waiting for a little over 20 minutes before going inside to ask where my order was. The store manager wouldn’t even speak to me. No sorry for your inconvenience nothing. He simply looked for my order. Then when he couldn’t find my order, he simply grabbed one off the counter and brought it to me. I handed it back to him and told him “that’s not my order.” A young man standing at the counter, came over and spoke to me and said give me a second sir, I will help you. The young man pulled my order, using my phone with the order number on the app. The store manager here was so inept that a teenager had to do his job for him. Then when I finally got my order and went to the car. They had still made my order wrong. The only items on my order that were correct were the two soft drinks that I ordered and I had to make them myself. With the exception of the young man who finally took charge when his store manager, couldn’t do anything right. This is absolutely one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen.

Ive had a consistent positive experience when visiting this location. The staff here are very friendly and the food & fries are hot and freshly prepared. I usually get the filet o' fish meal from this location. Great job! Thank you

I recently had the displeasure of trying the cold Quarter Pounder with five pounds of ketchup on it, and I have to say, it was one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. First of all, the burger was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The meat was dry and unappetizing, and the bun was stale and hard. But the real issue was the excessive amount of ketchup. Five pounds of ketchup is just ridiculous, and it completely overwhelmed the taste of the burger. It was as if I was eating a burger-shaped ketchup sandwich, and I couldn't taste anything else. The ketchup was also applied haphazardly, with huge globs of it spilling out of the sides of the bun. Overall, I would not recommend the cold Quarter Pounder with five pounds of ketchup on it. It was a terrible, unappetizing mess that left me feeling sick and unsatisfied. If you value your taste buds and your health, stay away from this monstrosity of a burger. PS lay off putting so much Ketchup on

As we pulled in to the drive thru, there was an employee in uniform sleeping on the sidewalk against the building like a homeless person. Then before we reached the menu, there was another employee sleeping in uniform. The cashier taking order was very rude when we ordered using a code for a free happymeal. When we got to the register window, my husband paid, and I was doing the math in my head. We only ordered a free happy meal and a #7 combo meal small. It should not have been $14..she had to get a manager and he gave us the money back for the happymeal. When we got our food, the order wasn't right. And we asked for it to be corrected and attitude was thrown at us. This is not a pleasant place to patronage.

I went to this location at 10:30 am today Monday April 10. I ordered an egg McMuffin sandwich and an ice water. I'm hearing impaired and couldn't understand the cashier taking my order and I said I would drive around. I was greeted at the window with a lecture that she couldn't take my order at the window. I had to give it at the menu sign. I told her to have a nice day and drove away with no order, no sandwich.

For the second time in a row, my order was messed up and took far too long to get to me This time, I got my food fairly quickly but the order was completely wrong (despite being correct on screen). Last time, I ordered in the app and watched and waited as 5 other cars who all arrived after me ordered, paid for and received their food while I was left waiting.

Went well with the manager Don he helped me with my issue on the food iv been ordering. He listened well and I was happy to see he was in tune with the customer I thanked him when I left. He made my ride home better in the sweltering heat!
