Unfortunately I had a really bad experience. We’ve bought online tickets to get in the pool, after the payment confirmation and received the email with the receipt, the administration from the place simply didn’t accept our tickets and denied us from get in the pool. Even after we showed all the documents confirming what we have paid for. They called their “boss” and he was simply useless. Not a single help was given, and he just said that we would need to come in another day to ask for the refund in a different building that’s not in the same place of the pool. I really felt very disappointed and harmed by the very bad treatment of the very incompetent staff that hey have here. I’m not responsible for such a bad system that they have and also the incompetent staff who manage this place. They must solve the problems that they cause to the customers. It would help a lot if they just FIRE the current staff and very incompetent boss and replace with competent people that are able to solve the problems that they caused to the customers. The only employee that was kind and tried to help was the SECURITY guard. Only him. The rest was just a shame.

Nice city water park with up to 10 slides for different levels of difficulty. A couple of indoor swimming pools, 1 outside pool. Outside area is too small, not enough shadow available, people just leave their towels on the sun beds and go to enjoy the park, somehow reserving their places outside. Apparently, not enough place for everyone. So it’s better to stay inside when it’s a very hot weather and you’ll definitely find a place there. Good parking garage nearby for 3.5 eur/day. First come first serve. Don’t forget to pay for parking when you enter Europabad. Lots of changing cabins. Separated men/women showers, but showers are open for 4-8 people at once, no separated cabins, so not that very intimate. Hairdryers..not powerful at all. Better to bring your own if you have long hair or need to dry it quickly. Slides are fun for kids up to 14-15 years old. Otherwise, it’s getting boring after one ride. Separated area for babies and toddlers, pirate ship for elder kids. No-swimmers and kids need to wear swimming armbands to be able to be in the same pools with adults that do not correspond to kid’s area. Up to 1m height kid’s fee is 3 EUR/day. Dining area as a buffet, mainly fast food and sodas. You get your chip credit (50eur adult, 18 eur kid) to be able to spend it at the bistro, so no money needs to be carried. The complex itself is nice, it’s worth visiting at least once. However, it’s an active place with lots of noise especially during the day, summer and holidays.

I've never before been to a pool with that many distinctly different water slides before. The rest of the pool is decent, but not much to talk about - the slides are a distinct experience, though (and I didn't even do them all, but the kids did). I've also never swallowed so much water on slides before, there are some brutal and unexpected twists and turns in them. But really, if you're close to Karlsruhe and like water slides, this is an absolute must see.

My friends and I enjoyed the time here. We tried all the slides. No spoilers for the red slide 😂. I couldn’t to it 😅. We had fun but didn’t expect to pay 15 euros for 2 hours.

A thrilling experience to try various rides and pools. The water is warm and nice flow. Very crowded.

Monday Happy Hour only 22€ for 4h!!! M, 25 Years: only use it for the sauna area! 4 Saunas and 2 water pools with medium heat! The sauna programm is really nice with music and action! 😍 price 25€ for 4h (2023) Sadly no hot water tube…..

Amazing water slides and great pools for laps, I love going down the waterfall waterslide because it has sooo many turns! I highly recommend going there after the infection rate goes down.

Nice place to hangout with your friends and family. We took 4hr ticket which cost 18 Eur per person. Few rides offer fun experience. Cafeteria was also good and it's comparatively cheap.

i really love the experience. the 4 slides are all very exciting and not dull at all. outdoor poor is fun and temperature is warm enough in winter. Steam room is also included. The pools are all huge. and it's only 14E for 4 hours. can't find bargain like this in the US, trust me.

Me and family tried to come in, but we could not because europabad was full, then we tried to drive home, but we could not because you had to buy a ticket to europabad, or else you could not come out again. Very very bad experience 😡

We really enjoyed (family+3yr old daughter). Great sauna place - especially their "Wenik" aufguss is a badass activity. Really unique watr slide that drops you down by removing the floor from beneath your feet. I recommend.

Me and my 2 young kids really enjoyed our time, the kids pool is great. The water is warm but the eating area felt very chill to me. It would be nice if the lady at the cash register explained a bit about the water park itself and how things work inside, I still am unsure if the spa was included in the entry price or not, as I haven’t visited it.

The slides are very fun but a lot of lockers didn't work and you have to pay for a parking

You can buy the tickets online it’s easy, had a great time. Parking is very cheap €4 and I was there almost all day. Very clean and friendly staff

The sauna was an interesting experience with many different types. We enjoyed also the slides of the swimming pool. Very nice afternoon even if the price is a bit high.

Somehow I don’t like the sauna here anymore. Dirty, and not cozy. Do not have the feeling of relaxation but rather chaos Too many people, some selfish people also use their stuff to reserve the water bed or seats even on the door it says no. It just common sense that this is not your home and you share it with others.

Very friendly man at the entrance. Inside, by far too crowded and loud for me. Many slides, some pointless, others good.

Europabad is a great adventure pool park with nice and fun slides. Perfect for children with dedicated area for the little ones. Nice and relaxing experience for the whole day or just for a few hours. Indoor and outdoor pool which can be enjoyed the whole year around. We visit at least once a month.

Loved this. It was clean and reasonably priced. Had a good selection of slides and an awesome spa area. Talking about the spa area, there are several saunas, each with a different theme and aroma. Truly well thought out. And, after the sauna, the cherry on top for me was definitely the ice lounge. I'll be back for sure!

Great place to go with kids. Tons of water slides, warm outdoor pool, friendly staff. Only downside is that you have to wait quite some time in the indoor restaurant, but you are anyway not going there if you are in a hurry.

Fun water theme park. We enjoyed for the most part. The aqua-rocket was terrifying yet awesome. Our elbows and knees were badly bruised in a couple of slides - yellow and green colored rides. The sky-surfer didn't work well for us. I recommend going on a week day when it is not crowded.

The place is huge which is awesome. You can find a good suitable location if you're with kids or as a couple or with friends. There are saunas, hammam, open pools and chaise-longues plus two places to eat. Everything looks quite new and modern. This bad is a very popular place - be prepared to wait in a queue at the entrance

The aquapark is ok, but not for 5 stars. There are only 4 slides, from which only 1 or 2 are sutable for smaller children. There are too less sunbads in the outdoor area and the wather is too hot for summer season when it's 35 degrees outside. So for the managament, please consider to lower the wather temperature in summer, maybe for winter this is ok but for summer not. Another thing is not good air ventilation in the slides, so man can feel lack of fresh air inside. Unfortunatelly, today one woman collapsed and the personal was not so good at first aid, so they just waited for the emergensy to deal with her. They did not turn her on the left and just measured her blood preassure. So to resume, not solid 3 star for our expiriance.

Great place to bring your children. Small but nice area dedicated for toddlers. Only 4 stars because if you are an adult without any children and you don't use sauna, there are probably better places to spent your time...

Very nice and exciting waterslides! There's an outside pool, inside pool to swim laps, wild-water with flow acceleration, nice play area for little children and undeep warm water for the smallest. You can eat and drink there also. Very nice to keep you busy for the whole afternoon!

Amazing bad with heated water! Great family changing rooms. Very well organized and very clean. There is a big pirate ship for kids. We saw a lit of swimming pool in Germany but this has one of the best parts for kids. Also there are 5 amazing slides!!! Also there is lazy river as well as heated outside pool! All in all amazing place.
