Everywhere in the world the client must be happy and satisfied but at Cowboys Burger Saloon this is not the case. We sat outside because it was full inside and got our food after 45 minutes. After 15 minutes it rained heavily in like 3 seconds therefore we had to leave our food on the table and get inside. So our food was totally destroyed and wet. Then I started talking with the waiters asking them for other burgers they said "you have to wait 1 hour before you get your order and you have to pay for it again". Furthermore they said "it's not our fault that it was raining" so I said neither mine. The waiter didn't even went outside to open the umbrellas because she was afraid of the rain. Moreover, the umbrellas are very small and won't be covering all the used area. The waiters were really the worst we ever saw because of their way of speaking. They were not friendly and kept saying that it's not their fault. In our order we paid €60 but a restaurant like this making thousands euros during the weekend couldn't give us two free burgers or at least give us burgers in shorter time to compensate the bad situation. SO STINGY!!!

They make customers wait for long time and most of the employees do not maintain safety measures as they don't cover their nose with masks. They take long time to deliver the food and guests need to wait in hunger 😨😨. The employees are not so friendly as well they provide answers in unfriendly manner.

Worst burger I have ever had. Was so salty. The service though was super nice and the sauces and sweet potato fries were good. Would not recommend cheese burger

Nice burgers. Veggie, vegan and a halloumi burger were nice. And loaded fries in different varietiets. Nice staff, little waiting time.

The fries were good, but the chicken patty was honestly suspicious... (I got distracted by all the cartilages and withish flesh with weird texture inside...)

Great food, great prices and friendly staff. The restaurant was very accommodating for Americans.

Not the best burgers or cleaning. The bread quality is not the greatest, the meat is rather average (too rare as well), the floors are sticky and the bathrooms disgusting. However, they still have decent burgers, the sauces are good and the sweet french fries are to die for. Staff was very pleasant and fast as well, although the waiting period after placing the order was rather long. Prices were a little higher than I would expect to pay for a menu of this average quality.

Burgers were good but the loaded fries were soggy and tasted like they were cold and just reheated. Service was good, atmosphere was in keeping with brand name Cowboy theme. Overall pretty good.

Tasty burgers . Loved their Gemüse patty. Very friend staff and light on your pocket. The menu is limited but i guess it's appropriate for a small burger salon. I would definitely go again 🙂
