Amazing menu with lot of vegetarian and vegan options. Good location with wheelchair accessibility. Nice place to eat with lots of room for big parties.

What a surprise. It’s a German brewery. So it’s got some real typical local German meals that are well presented and tasty… with the correct beers. Really enjoyed the meals.

Excellent Beer. My favourite beers were the Barfüßer blonde and the IPA. They do have a beer tasting palette. Great ambience and superb service. Reservations are a must specially on weekends. The brewery is located right in the heart of Ulm. One can park at the Rathaus Parkhaus and walk to this brewery.

Great atmosphere. One of the best Pork Knuckles I ever had. Some great fresh bier too - very good selection. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our requests. No reservation was needed but we came in around 9 and was still busy so may want to consider a reservation. Also, we only speak English and staff was able to communicate with us no problem. Hopefully can visit again and definitely recommend.

Quick and friendly service! Good prices for excellent typical Swabisch Food and very Tasty Beers from the tap from the House Brewery. The Germans are known for good beers and good accompanying food, so you can't go wrong here. Very recommendable. Kitchen closes at 23hr...but ordering 1min before closing was no problem....very cool!

One of my favourites in Ulm. I've been several times and the food does not disappoint. It's a very cosy, traditional German place with own brewery and a fireplace. The food is German with some modern twists here and there, e.g. the pulled pork bowl. I had the Rindsroulade with cabbage and Knödel. It was good, the Knödel was a bit dry though. But the chips, Flammkuchen and Schnitzel are very tasty too. It can get pretty busy and sometimes a bit too packed and loud.

Nice beers and Bavarian foods. Originally visited the last place before they moved to here. The last restaurant was “traditional” look, now it has “modern” look.

A solid but a bit disappointing expierence. Similar to many German younger style breweries. Modern design and wanna be modern menu. Hefeweizen was good, other beers were ok. Beer tasting recommended before ordering regular glasses. Food so-so. Service ok and dealt with some complicated (very drunk, vomiting customers) professionally. There are nicer places in Ulm.

This is one of the dishes that was recommended by the server. I got a hamburger with glazed onion and Spätzle. It was my first time to try the Spätzle and that was amazing. I really love the chewy texture. It tasted like the Mac and cheese but in the German style🤣 I would like to visit again and try their Schnitzel 😻

Very nice place for beer and food in Ulm. After a long car trip, to have a tasty and hearty meal was all we needed. The beer was delicious and varied, definitely go for the sampler too. The staff was polite, helpful and provided us with English menus promptly, when they noticed we were translating the German ones. Excellent place!

The Weizen brew by Barfüsser is great! Also like the Margarita pizza but the portion size is too big for a single person.

Located in Ulm's city center, you can even see the Ulm Munster's bell tower's top. The restaurant have a very nice, modern, fresh design (is even beer brewing alembic inside exposed), well maintained, friendly staff. They have their own brewed beer. The dishes are tasty and a mix of local and international cusine. A lot of inside and outside tables. Worth trying!

Liked the location of the restaurant, because it's in the center if the city, but not very noisy. They're offer a wide range of really great local dishes and even more delicious 🥗 salad variations. Staff could have been a tiny bit more attentive.. other than that: very nice! ☺

Very nice food and good draft beer. Schweinhaxe and schweinbraten was very soft and juicy. The beer sauce was also very tasty. I liked their sauerkraut not to be too fermented or sour but more freshly made, going very nicely with pork dishes.

Great Beer, good food and friendly service. I don't quite like their new style. It tries too hard to be hip. I preferred the down to earth atmosphere of the old locations. Other than that, you will always have a good time here.

Lovely schnitzel n noodles. Even better was the strong dark beer - soz I can't remember the name but it is about 6.5%proof , slightly sweet and absolutely lovely. Service was excellent. Thoroughly recommend

Tasty food, quick service, reasonable prices and good beer. Interior looks also comfy with combination of wood and metal surfaces. All in all good place for lunch, dinner or beer with friends.

If you are looking for a german comfort food, you won't go wrong here. One issue is, it's often crowded, specially on weekend. So do take the time to reserve a place here.

Modern brewery with nice local food & good service. Having a family dinner of six - no doubts to visit it one more time

It’s a modern brewery with a good variety of German food. The vegetarian options are limited. Käsespätzle was quite good. You can ask for a beer tasting menu where you choose 3 beers to try. They also provide a description of the beer. The ambience is also pretty cool. Service is a bit slow, though, so expect to wait some time. We went without a reservation on Saturday afternoon and easily found a table for 4. It’s right at the centre and a nice place to grab a few beers with friends.

This restaurant is good, especially if you want to try some German food and drinks. Portions are really big, although it is true that the prices are pretty high too. All in all worth a visit.

The food and attention was very good! We drank a bier and maracujaschörle. We had as lunch Schnitzel mit Käsespätzle and a burger with fries! 😍
