Drinks are not bad and they really put efforts to present the drinks decently. Well, But the service was really bad. Not welcoming… at all! Was surprised to see such high rating, and claimed to be the best in Mannheim ?! There are a lot to offer in MA.

Great service personnel with positive vibes. Longer waiting time due to full location. Limited menu selection but therefore very tasty. Recommendation: scrambled eggs with ham and cheese 👌

Food: 4.5/5 Good food and coffee! I tried their breakfast of bread with chorizo and fried whole egg (scottish style?). It was really nice! And the coffee was also nice. Service: 5/5 Really nice people, super friendly, and accommodating.

Very nice cafe with lots of interesting things to eat for breakfast/lunch and dinner. The drinks are also really good. The place has a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating and the staff is very friendly. Good location too. 9/10 ✌️

Great place for brunch, especially if you’re looking for a place/cafe a little outside the Quadrate but not too far, you can definitely go there. They have a nice atmosphere and a great service. What i particularly liked is their decor.

I visited Snocks coffee and was pleasantly surprised to find a place to work. Easy to have meetings with great coffee. Better than most places I find in NYC and a great setting just a short walk from the Wasserturm!

The salty pancakes were soft and fluffy. Felt like they could melt in my mouth for every bite. Staff is friendly and decorations are cosy and close to nature vibe. 🙌🙌

If you are not placing "enough" orders, they make you feel as like you are not welcome. I had never encountered such kind of behavior at a cafe before. The supervisor told us when we initially arrived that he was supposed to move us to another table if we didn't want to eat. We all agreed and acknowledged that. That is not problematic at all. The issue is that the same policy didn't applied to the table next to us. Additionally, two tables were already unoccupied in case anyone arrived for eat. And after a few minutes, waiters repeatedly asked us if we wanted to place any orders. It was very uncomfortable. Although the coffee was good, there are many other locations with similar level of coffee quality without experiencing this kind of discomfort. As a response of my review: This is not an anger campaign. We are not only one who faced this kind of behavior. You can see the other reviews with similar discomfort. This is not a way for restaurants survive. If it is the only way, you would be the only one keep running and we are fine to drink our coffees at our home. There is nothing "disrespectful" in my review.

The staff is so friendly! Making one feel welcomed and comfortable as soon as one arrives. The ambience was warm and pretty. Even if the whole place was full it didn't feel crowded and one could have a nice time with their acquaintances. The banana bread paired deliciously with the vanilla ice cream! Recommended ^^

Unfortunately, I felt like employees were trying to kick us out. We were there as three friends and we ordered three filter coffees. But they chased our last sips and came twice to ask if we wanted to order more. They put us in hurry and I felt like they wanted us to leave as soon as possible. At least they did in a nice way LOL! But it does not worth the price. So they can keep continue selling only socks and underwear. Because, it is obvious that they don’t know how to service. Edit after the answer of the cafe: It is disappointing to see the place can not take any criticism and claiming that there is a campaign and blaming being disrespectful even if I wrote they did everything in a nice way. But this answer shows the attitude of this business.

Amazing food to good prices! Definitely try the pancakes or the tomato soup. The coffee is great as well and the staff is super friendly. I also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere.

I visited Snocks Coffee very randomly on my birthday and it was really good! the food was tasty, the person taking our order very kindly suggested as some new food and we really liked it. The drinks were amazing as well. It was a very cold winter day but this cafe was appropriately the best.

We loved it. Excellent service and an interesting menu. We'll worth the short walk from the centre of Mannheim for a relaxed and gently different experience.

Amazing coffee and snacks

I ordered matcha latte here and felt a little bit disappointing. It looks like green tea milk rather than matcha latte. Better to put more green tea. However, the staff is super mice. I went there when it was crowded so took around 5 mins to order the drinks. I really love the atmosphere and decorations of this cafe.

Great food and drink and TOYS FOR CHILDREN! Our kids love coming here and keep themselves busy while mum and dad can chat and relax.

2nd bad service experience at SNOCKS yesterday due to uninterested waiters, they have no attention and are not willing to make great service. Coffee, Food and atmosphere are excellent!!

The place is awesome, the coffee is awesome and the guy making coffe is super sweet but the waiter is super rude..he was talking and waiting all other tables but he did not even come to us.. we had to go order at the bar and pay by ourselves..

Overall atmosphere is good, except one of our order is forgotten and when we reminded to waiter as did you forget only answer was "yes" no sorry or some apology. 😕

Everything was perfect but the croissant was so tiny 🙁Atleast could have given two for a serving?
