Good place you get range of clothing options. Especially for children and women. But the option for sportsware is less and it is not well marked either. And fancy decorative items are also limited. Otherwise the place is not so crowded.

Quality of merchandise has changed. In order to keep prices down they have made clothing not as good as before. In addition C&A does not offer interesting styles like in the past . At present I buy their underwear because they still have 100% cotton and not poly/viscose like in other stores. Salespeople are mostly helpful and friendly.

This place was really nice for an average shopper. Very good prices. But unfortunately it is closed now and the building is on sale. Not good for a Mannheimer. There is no other C&A nearby.

I really like the store, but the saleswomen are terrible, my products cost 20.24 €, I gave her 50 and I reached out to her with change for a total of 4-5 €, so that she could choose and give me a fixed 30. She took all the money from my hand and gave me the same balance from the receipt, basically 29.76. I mean, I paid 4-5 Euros more, so that they wouldn't recognize it and say that it's fine that way. God forbid! As a visitor it's terrible, not even 2 words in English. If it was on the edge of the city, I understood, someone would have to draw them. And bad behavior and bad talk behind your back. They thought I didn't understand :)) TERRIBLE
