The room was on the fourth floor, no elevator, with winding stairs...add a heavy suitcase=miserable. The room wasn't bad. I'm not sure when it had been cleaned/used last. There was quite a bit of dust. The twin beds were nice and it was quite quaint even though it's obvious it's older. However the front desk was kind, and free breakfast in the morning was a plus. It was fresh! Which it isn't always...so I would say overall not bad! They speak both English and German. It's close to transportation, but is about a 10-15 min walk with bags...

We only stayed for one night. The room was simple and small buy comfortable and clean. The staff was very welcoming and nice and the breakfast buffet had some variety of choices. The only downside is that we couldn't find an elevator 😅. Since we only stayed for one night, didn't have much luggage and needed the exercise, we gladly used the stairs. However, this small aspect may become inconvenient. If there was an elevator and we just missed it, I guess it wasn't signalized obviously for us foreigners. All and all, it was a good experience and I definitely recommend!

The hotel has an excellent price-quality ratio. Check-in was smooth, cool guy who showed us where to go. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Wide variety and good coffee machine.

A quick ride on the metro, the hotel provided an excellent set of directions, and it is easy to find. The receptionist was kind, and the room was spotless. The breakfast was continental and well presented.

I don't give 5 stars because there's no lift and because the rooms have got carpet. It's SUPER clean, the beds are comfy and the staff is fantastic. Vielen Dank für alles !!!!!! ❤️

The rooms were good and also the service The only thing I did not like were stair Lots and lots of stair to walk after tiring hike or walk through the city There is no elevator so beware ! We did not look over these details as we thought there would be one! Also their is a casino nearby and loads of cars honking or racing at night. Only way was to close the windows The manager was super sweet but make sure to ask them the room on first or second floor

Our stay in the attic included a pleasant, cozy room. The reception gave a warm welcome upon arrival. Walking would take us to the center, where the room was warm and cute. The narrow stairs were manageable. There's a shopping center adjacent to the hotel where all your needs can be met. The breakfast at the hotel was satisfying and we were pleased.

Had a terrible experience with the shower, which randomly switches between lukewarm and boiling hot, and there is nothing you could do.

Had a great stay here, and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is that the front desk was only open from 6:30am to 12:00 noon most days of the week, and they claimed it was because of Covid. Not a big deal, but it created many small hassles. Maybe they have a good reason, but I don't understand why Covid prevents them from having staff at the front desk 24 hours. There was also no breakfast because of Covid. Seems like all other hotels in Europe are providing these services right now despite Covid.

Excellent value and super breakfast. Good location near some bars and restaurants. Also near red light district which is fun and safe to walk around. No safe in the room and make sure to contact them if you need parking.

The rooms were clean and had the basics. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location, close to town and transport.

Good basic hotel close to the center of Stuttgart. Warm and comfortable rooms, good service. OK breakfast. The coffee could be a little stronger. If you want a good low cost hotel you can't go wrong here.

I have booked a room for one night but didn't know that I would need a negative coronavirus test to check-in. 15 min after my booking i had to cancel obviously, but the pension didn't refund me because this is their policy! They would make no exception! Their way of doing is absolutely disgusting, they took advantage of coronavirus situation to make a small profit. After I complained, they offered me 15% discount for my next booking, but they still didn't get it: there's no way I would book a room anytime soon in their pension! I don't get it how you can be so awful at dealing with customers, we're people, we're not robots!!

Good location - easily reachable from city centre on foot. Clean room and bathroom of a good size with plenty of hot water for a good shower. Bed reasonably comfortable and fresh smelling. Breakfast was a normal standard though there was a very good selection of bread and bread rolls and a good coffee machine. The old decoration was not a problem for me, but there is no lift which may affect people on the 3rd and 4th floors.

It is a lovely hotel for the price. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. In fact, all the staff are great! The continental style breakfast is perfect! Coffee, cappuccino etc, juice, fruit, meats, cheese and bread. The only thing that I would say is a negative is if you are a light sleeper because you can hear people walking up the stairs and housekeeping starts around 8:30 am.
