I was just here on the 3rd floor with my girlfriend and she was trying some clothes on. At 4 minutes to 7pm the first assistant came to us saying they are closing shortly so my girlfriend went to change into her normal clothes. Not even 2 minutes later annother shop assistant came and was so angry and extremly unpleasant as to why we were still here. I said she is just changing and would like to buy the clothes. She then said it is not possible to buy clothes anymore, shouted and us to leave and kicked us out. It was not even 7pm yet! Very impolite and rude I will not shop here again.

I went to buy a suit to Engelhorn. I asked for help/assistance several times but nobody helped. After a while someone came, however the overall experience was just unpleasant and rude. They will only really help you if they realise that you are actually going to buy something. Seemed to be some form of prejudice which sadly is happening even today.

Like a shopping heaven with all the cool brands. Do not miss going to top floor restaurant... Great views of the city

If ever you needed an example of how a luxury retail lets itself down, Engelhorn is your case study. It is very nice shopping mall in town with the utmost incompetent and unfriendly staff who seem to suffer from an extreme sense of self worth! It is perhaps necessary to remind them that without customers, the source of income dwindles... The flower shop is manned by the absolute worst kinds and the cake store is usually manned by ladies who pick up cakes and biscuits with their bare hands and when I complained, she said that I should check how it’s done in my country. The manager, absolutely useless! Thank you for your terrible service.

Beautiful clothes. High prices but still affordable. Excellent selection of designer items. Great selection of beautiful shoes and handbags. Helpful service. Shopping at this store since 1991. One of the best stores in Mannheim. Bathroom is clean but my biggest complaint is their women's neglected bathrooms. BROKEN AUTOMATIC FAUCETS !!!!! and messed up mirrors. Not fixed since many years before pandemic. TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE FOR SUCH A NICE STORE.

I was super impressed. Their consultants have a brilliant taste for fashion and great people skills. Any questions to your style? Just ask them and you’ll get a friendly recommendation for a missing piece you’ll fall in love with 😍 A good old expensive suit was totally reinvented with a tie for 19,99€ which I didn’t consider but Bekim Topanica recommended to try and it was a lucky strike 🪧 Worn Italian shoes got their day one glance and color thanks to Miss Jung who taught me the practical shoes care 👞 I was actually excited to shop in the store and will take my wife with me for a next business trip to Mannheim. Engelhorn has reinvented what a high end department store should be. Codos to the master minds behind this development. Business travelers and internet buyers would be back in your store, if they only knew what they were missing.

You can expect a wide variety of clothes and brands under this Multi-Floor Outlet. Always make sure that you know exactly what you need to buy because they have wide variety of Brands for Clothes, Shoes, Accessories for Men,Women ,Kids and also homecare that you'll otherwise end up buying more than required 😉 They do have some unique brands that can't be found in any other shops of Mannheim. You can expect good Staff and workers to help you as well. Also if you feel like Bored or Hungry ,you can always visit their Cafés(First Floor) or Restaurants(5th Floor) for quick snack or Full Course Meals.😋

Nice shopping windows made us go in > Huge fashion shop with small , big and expensive brands. All the way on the top is a nice restaurant. Also spotted a champaign bar.

I would say the best department store in Germany, specially in terms of service. You don’t have to be a vip customer to receive good service. Faces bar is great for coffee, and Rebert has the best pastries I’ve ever had. Also very suitable for families.

There are a lot of options, brands and good quality. Not cheap but if you are looking for quality this is the place.

Over priced, bad sales selection. Very nice high end brands that never go on sale.

The only place in the area to buy luxury brands clothing. There are also sales!!!

That's the place to go for all your sport requirements and related fashion items. The place is in the middle of Mannheim and friendly personnel is always ready to assist.

For your high fashion needs without having to go all the way to Frankfurt this is definitely a good stop
