This rooftop bar in Hotel One would be a real enrichment for the bar scene in Ulm. Super stylishly furnished but unfortunately the service really doesn't deserve a star. The wine is ok but much too warm and at these prices (8 euros 0.2l) the quality should be better. The only thing worth mentioning is the large selection of gin. What a shame for such a great location!

Stylish! including a fantastic ambience. Went for a few drinks on the roof terrace and were really surprised. Very well planned and thought out.

View great. Service a smooth 6. No drinks come at first. Then a waitress comes and asks what we would like to drink - then we say we have just ordered - then a new drink comes one at a time - then nothing comes for a while - if we ask, we can order again, etc.

Beim 3x dort etwas Drinken wollen....mindestens 30min. gewartet ....dann endlich kam es zur Bestellung....unglaublich lieblos bekommen....ein schlechter Drink in einem unabettitlichem Glas, Glasstrohalm viel zu kurz... Die Hygiene auf der Toilette lässt zu wünschen übrig....Die schöne Terrasse war leider auch nicht mehr einladend ,da voller Aschenbecher auf dem Tisch mit durchdrägten Zigaretten . Die Kissen waren komplett nass. Schade fing so gut an.

Visited on a Tuesday night after a concert nearby. Rooftop section of One Hotel, with attention to corporate and executive crowd. Preference given to hotel guests as mentioned in other reviews, but this is to be expected. Right now with the view and the trendiness a reservation is recommended. Staff is overtaxed but still tries for flair in creating and serving. A wall full of gin faces the windows with a view over the city. Cosmopolitan customer base. You come here for the experience not just the drinks.

Air upward! Our first visit was just OK. The location is very cool and stylish, but the service still has a lot to learn. We almost had to beg to be allowed to order again. The wine was warm, the first gin and tonic was nicely decorated, the second was bland and without any decoration. The table was very dirty and was only timidly wiped down at our request. The only toilet was not clean. All in all rather disappointing. We'll just try again soon...

We were there in the early afternoon, the service was satisfactory. After a long wait we had to draw attention to ourselves so we could order. A drink was initially refused by the waitress because there was no bartender. After we explained to her how to mix the drink together, it worked. The ambience is nice, but that certain something is missing.

I think the bar is great. Great view and a nice atmosphere. Definitely something different. The drink selection is also very good. One star deducted because the prices are a bit overpriced. Otherwise I can highly recommend it.

After having had bad experiences with the bar twice now, I have to share my experiences here. First: Top location with a beautiful view over Ulm and very stylishly furnished. Map is good too. BUT: The service is an absolute disaster. We had lunch today and were served by a gentleman with a beard. After 4 of 6 drinks came, we waited about 15 minutes without the missing drinks coming. We then politely asked whether these had perhaps been forgotten. Whereupon we received a rather mushy message that if you order cocktails you have to expect a waiting time. The waiter then went straight to the bar and prepared the missing drinks, came back to our table and slammed the two drinks on the table without saying a word and with a grim expression on his face. In addition, the two Negroni were really not good and were prepared incorrectly. So it was shaken (you only stir Negronie) and had a jellied cherry in it instead of orange. Accordingly, it tasted watery. It's a real shame, the bar has great potential, but not with this kind of staff.

The interior is fantastically beautiful, plus the top location with a view of the Ulm Minster. But the service is really very time consuming. You wait between 20 minutes and half an hour per drink.

Ambiente und Ausblick super. Leider haben wir bei normaler Auslastung 15 Minuten auf unsere Getränke gewartet. Die Cocktails waren leider unterdurchschnittlich Nicht empfehlenswert

Geräumig und schöne Aussicht. Service sehr verbesserungswürdig. Haben über 20 Minuten auf einen Tee und einen Latte gewartet um dann zu erfahren dass es den Tee nicht gibt. Dazu hinaus war der Latte nur lauwarm. Preislich, Service und Ambiente gibt es bessere Alternativen in der Gegend.

Beim ersten Besuch ist man sehr von der Lage und dem Design beeindruckt. Da wir jetzt öfters da waren kommen leider jetzt auch die Negativen Seiten zum Vorschein. Es gibt nur eine Toilette für die lounge. Der Service ist bemüht aber es hakt an allen Ecken und Kanten. Beim letzten Besuch war ein großer Teil der Lounge für Hotelgäste reserviert und der Teil war aber leer. Viele Besucher sind dann wieder gegangenen da im anderen Teil kein Platz war , so etwas zerstört das Concept dieser Location. Leider.

Leider war unser Besuch nicht so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Die drinks sind zu teuer und man bekommt teilweise nicht das was man sich darunter vorstellt. Die Bedingungen scheinen sehr nett und nicht überfordert, aber es dauert trotzdem 20 bis 30 Minuten bis das Getränk am Platz ist. Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind unterrer Durchschnitt. Ich werde wieder hingehen um zu schauen ob sich etwas bessert, da diese Bar noch ziemlich neu ist. Bisher kann ich es leider nicht empfehlen. Gibt genug bessere Alternativen.

Am Wochenende abgewiesen worden, obwohl Plätze frei war. Wurde gesagt, dass das für Hotelgäste ständig reserviert wäre. Ob die kommen oder nicht. Okay, auch keine gute Geschäftsidee. Das Personal war unfreundlich und unhöflich.

Preise für die Lage und Aussicht ok. Schlechter Service (Trotz Reservierung lange Wartezeit im Eingangsbereich) Was dann aber den Absturz brachte waren die hygienischen Verhältnisse auf der Toilette. Raststättenniveau wäre noch geschmeichelt.

If you like waiting a long time, this is the right place for you. The staff takes forever to get going. Stood around overwhelmed most of the time. This should be trained again. And on one On Friday evening at Full House there is just one bartender too few. There is definitely a need for action here. The prices are definitely too expensive for the long waiting time and the constant begging for a waitress to finally be able to order a drink. It's a shame, it had such potential
