    Money will be retained despite confirmed cancellation. Shipping time for “immediately deliverable” (package) goods is 12 days. PayPal Buyer Protection then sped it up. Then it's better to spend one or two euros more elsewhere and buy quality service instead of empty words.

    Bought three items and paid with Paypal. No goods or email received within two weeks. Two emails were sent regarding a shipping date request - no response. Called after three weeks. Then it was found there that the item was not available, money was returned.
