Review from April 20, 2023 When I see a doctor, I expect him to listen to me. This is how I build trust. Trust in well-intentioned willingness to help is lost if another person sits in front of you at every doctor's appointment ... and looks at the patient with prejudice. (not all...) A sensitive, committed doctor is no longer there after about 1 year... Why? The fact that after an accident only emergency treatment was carried out and not emergency treatment was the reason for the verbal rift. Why am I writing this review? Because I took the liberty of requesting confirmation of the service performed. This comes with a fee that I didn't pay. The 4-eye conversation ended with this statement “We would rather not have patients like her in our practice!”

I was a patient in this practice for years, but after the practice moved, things went downhill bit by bit. Recently I had to wait 20 minutes at the practice to pick up a pre-ordered prescription. The receptionists are mostly very unfriendly, which wasn't the case before. But the last straw has been this new voice assistant. On the one hand, you don't know exactly what you have to say and when, and once you've done it, you wait forever for a call back, or you don't get one at all.

I've been in this practice for some time and have seen almost every doctor. Everyone is friendly, takes their time and takes the matter seriously. I am 100% satisfied and have often recommended the practice to others.

I have been a patient in the group practice for years and the interest in the patient has continuously decreased among some doctors (not all). Or if you have certain symptoms, you will be referred to a specialist straight away, where you will only get an appointment weeks or months later. And the inaccessibility by telephone is also a negative point.

I have been a patient of this practice for about 2 years and have always been treated very nicely. The doctors always took enough time for the examinations and answered my questions. I usually send my appointment requests etc. by email, which are also processed very quickly. Unfortunately, I personally don't get along very well with the voice assistant and I also believe that it is not necessarily suitable for older people.

More than satisfied. The whole team is simply wonderful, doctors take their time and care very intensively. Even an appointment on the same day if necessary is never a problem. A doctor's practice the way you want it.

Absolutely great doctors, as well as the whole team, you are taken seriously, you take time for the patients, and the commitment to the patient is particularly evident in this practice. Very, very good doctors, I'm happy to be there as a patient, because it's not easy, especially for me, to find a doctor who is willing to work with my alternative medications. But here they are very familiar with it and are on the ball, and this is also unusual, especially in Bavaria, to find a doctor for such cases who doesn't just want to bill privately for the same service. At this point, a big compliment again and many thanks to the entire practice, keep being who you are, especially in these hard times when it comes to medical care in Germany....
