Julie is an absolute Gem! We met through a POP-UP event when I purchased a beautiful pair of stud earrings. I mentioned to her that I usually loose one of them and she assured me I could always reach out and she would get me replacement. Well its just happened and I was so sad, so emailed her and couple of days later I received them and now I am happy again. Bought some lovely earrings. When I got home I found the catch was very loose on one. A quick email and I returned the problem one which was replaced with a new pair. Great product and excellent service.
