Waiting 1 h for pizza. Terrible. Pizza nothing special, they save on ingrediants as you can see on the photo and its very thin like 2 mm included ingrediants.

Regarding the food, the mezzalune were really good and one could really taste the truffle inside. The sauce though and the mint were barely present in the dish. I would also have expected a slightly bigger portion, even if that would mean it should be more expensive. We were also quite surprised when we got the Pizza Pane that we ordered. We were expecting something completely different, but it is actually a big round pizza. We had imagined something like bruschetta-size with pizza bread. I guess we should have imagined it given the name... The desserts were pretty decent. I think the acoustics of the restaurant should be improved. It is really difficult to hold a conversation while seating inside without having to shout. That's quite annoying. The service was quite fast and efficient considering the amount of people they have to serve.

very delicious pizza with rich flavors and fresh ingredients. However, I must address the issue of the service timing!! It tooks almost one hour to bring our order. It's important for a restaurant to strike a balance between delivering food promptly and ensuring its quality.

Service is very good; the waitress that served me was kind. I ordered a Lasagna: it was also tasty. The restaurant is located inside the Old City: few minutes from the Cathedral (Dom) and few minutes from the Danube river. I would have preferred if they had fresh lemonade! The atmosphere was okay though not the best.

One of the worst services I ever had! Visited this place with my wife and daughter. Initially they managed to forget about our order. We were waiting for drinks for around 20 minutes, and food arrived after 50 minutes of waiting (small salami pizza and lasagna). The place is overcrowded and overpriced. Probably they have too many tourists to care about quality of their services. Never again. P.S. After I leave the review the waiter came up to me, showed me my review and began to ask if I had left it (naturally, he did not apologize). and all evening he tried to show me that he was angry with me. interesting approach

The first thing I've got to mention is that their pizza is godly. The pizza portions are massive, though the dough is on the thinner side, so they're good. Another thing to note is you can request half+half pizzas, so if 2 people can't eat one on their own, they can share halves. This place gets super busy, so when maps says "as busy as it gets" they mean it. Reserving a table is a good idea, especially for 3+ people. The service is good, the staff are friendly and helpful, sometimes getting to the table a bit slowly, but that's because of the huge amounts of guests even past lunchtime. Every hour feels like peak hour here. The pasta options and lasagna are wonderful as well, and the desserts, especially the tiramisu is godly.

We were in Regensburg for a short time and were touring the old city as part of a River Cruise. We were given some free time and decided to have lunch at this establishment. For us, it was a great choice. The staff was bilingual and spoke English, the service was great the prices reasonable and the food tasted great. We decided to get a spicy pepperoni pizza for the three (3) of us. This was the right amount of food with no leftovers. The pizzas are all thin and crispy and are approximately 16-18 inches in size. They have water closets (bathrooms) available, too. We hope your experience is as nice as ours.

I love L’Osteria and I have been to probably 20 outlets around the Europe. But here at this place it took them around an hour to serve a simple Pizza margarita. Not acceptable service. Also, I had ordered three separate items, they served all items at different times, which is not a great dining experience. This place is either understaffed or poorly managed.

You have got to try this restaurant! They cook right beside you, which is not abnormal, yet so exciting. :) I should probably warn you about the size of their enormous Pizzas!!! They are huge :)) i could barely finish a quarter of mine. And it was quite delicious too. The whole pizza almost weights over 1,2 kg!! It was really busy when we got there, as a result it took them some time to get our order and make it. And when we got our coffee, it was almost cold... Which was understandable. We didn't make a deal out of it! ;)

Busy Italian restaurant in a prime location, I was told to stop here from colleagues. Friendly staff and a nice menu. Pizza was delicious!

As always the menu selection and food itself is very good. Plenty of vegetarian options. This particular restaurant was very cramped. Many tiny tables stuffed into a smallish space. Couldn't get to the bathroom with people getting up to push their chairs in. For some reason the staff filled up all the tables in one spot and left 3/4s of the restaurant empty (I think to make it look busier from outside). The staff weren't great. Slow to take our orders. Left loads of stuff on the table that we had to move ourselves. Basically ignored us.

I understand it's a crowded place but it's not my fault, so the staff give me a look like i did something to him. Then i had to wait for 5 minutes just to order for takeaway, after that I did have to wait for 45 minutes for a pizza which was burned and i only ate half of it.

Was my first time here. Went in by myself and was pretty much ignored the entire time for larger tables. Ordered a spicy pepperoni pizza and a drink and was never asked if I wanted a refill. Cup sat empty for about 45 minutes. Tried to get a couple other waiters attention and they all walked past. The waitress only came by when she initially took my drink and food order and only one more time well after I was done. The pizza was good but it would of been nice to have more than one drink.

The food was amazing. One of the best pizzas I ever had. But it took so long for a pizza, we waited for 50 minutes for our order. The staff were friendly enough and offered us free drinks that's why I gave 3 stars. Otherwise, it would have been lower. I would still recommend this place just because of the pizza, but be sure that you have enough time.

Incredibly large pizzas! Recommend splitting one between two people, they were larger than the plate! 😋 Short waiting time despite full restaurant, friendly staff, only minus is that they *didn’t pre-cut pizzas*.

Food was good ! I ordered Pasta and it was tasty! Ambience was cosy and cute as well! Staff members are friendly!

Excellent location if you are exploring the Altstadt part of the city. Inside you will find plenty of friendly faces to greet and seat you. The menu has a lot of good Italian dishes including about 15 pizzas. Beware the pizzas are big so you should split with another person or be prepared to carry some home with you. It is not a fast food service pace so be prepared give some time for things to happen. Overall it is a good time with nice food. Price is $$

Great customer service and delicious food. Restaurant was very busy but host acknowledge us fast, offer seats at the bar while we were waiting for the table, showed us safe place to leave baby stroller. Our waitress was very friendly and we loved food and drinks!

Beautiful restaurant and very nice staff. Probably the best pizza I've ever had. Definitely be back to try some pastas
