This is undoubtedly the most unsafe hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The lack of privacy and the audacity of the staff has been unlike anything I have ever experienced. I have stayed in places all over the world and am quite literally appalled. There is no way to lock the room from the inside, there is also no way to see who is knocking at the door. The management staff will break into your room after a few knocks over minor concerns(especially the dumb fake platinum blonde woman), even if the reason you aren’t answering is because you are using the restroom. Housekeeping has let themselves in despite the shower running (and me in it unable to hear the knocks) and loud music playing. There was obviously someone in the room at that time and she proceeded anyway. The service at check in is unimaginably slow. This place is horrid, I would especially not stay here if you have children. The lack of privacy and complete freedom of control of staff would have me terrified to take my eyes of my child for a second. The location is great but I wanted to give this place the least amount of stars possible. It’s not worth a penny for how horrid and audacious the staff is. I’m still in shock, I have never experienced anything this awful. Please do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere

It's my first time staying in this Spanish 4 Star Hotel, in Munich, and I can confirm it won't be the last, I simply loved it… In my personal opinion, it is one of the very best hotels I stayed in while in Munich .. Stayed there for 4 Nits & I was there during the Oktoberfest, Lucky me, the fest was passing daily in front of the hotel GATE! Amazing location. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Munich's main railway station and a 10-minute walk maximum to downtown and the shopping area, so don’t worry about it, trust me you are in the middle of everything. The rooms are spacious, modern style, and well decorated, I loved it. The hotel has one restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner ( buffet breakfast is excellent ) plus a small lobby bar with a very convenient service.. Staff in all areas, Front Office, HK, Food & Beverage, etc ..are very helpful and always smiling & willing to support. Excellent Hotel and for sure will book it again once in Munich... Thank you Eurostars

Despite the location being close to Oktoberfest and the rooms being clean, this is the most violated I have ever felt staying at a hotel. Late on Saturday night (Sunday morning), a man attempted to enter our room at 12:30am (00:30) announcing himself as “housekeeping.” Even if this hotel did have turn down service, it is never done so late. As 3 girls staying in a hotel room, we felt very violated and unsafe. I’m sure whoever was actually trying to enter, assumed we would be out, not in the room and in bed. When telling this to the front desk upon check out, another guest overheard me and said a man entered their room in the early hours of the morning as well, and her husband had to yell at him to leave, and was also in shock about the situation. The receptionist didn’t seem too concerned and said they’d have their technician check their cameras. I have yet to hear back from the hotel management about this incident. If there were two of us, there were definitely more. If you stayed here, double check your belongings. And if you’re considering staying here, don’t.

The dirtiest hotel in Europe? It's definitely a strong contender! Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and blocked drains! Wasps in the rooms, dead wasps on the floor, dirt, grime and dust on everything. Staff not interested at all, Not even a goodbye on check out. Don't even have a "do not disturb sign for the door"...cleaner came in room twice when we were in....not that they would have done anything. Toiletries in bathroom were half used on arrival! Halls and passageways filthy. Only thing that was decent was the shower. Don't stay here, it's awful. Surrounding area is rough at nighttime with lots of beggers and drunks

Friendly professional Staff. No issues checking in or out. Hotel is clean and decor is modern throughout. Room was a good size, clean and tidy. TV remote presented in sanitised bag...made me smile as I don't like touching those germ catchers at the best of times...Only the most basic channels available though, so if you don't speak German leave the remote in the bag :) The bed was comfortable and big enough to completely stretch out on being 6'4. Hotel is located on the corner of the main road so some noise is to be expected but not enough to affect your sleep. Good shower room with 2 x Showers available and in working order. Air-conditioned, hair dryer and mini bar, however mini bars are currently not available due to Covid 19 restrictions. Mini bar items are available at reception though. The breakfast menu is a bit sparse and I did not like any of the breakfast options I had so will give that a miss the next time. All in all a pretty decent hotel for a short visit to town.

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit RoomBuIIy. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! Excellent accommodation near the city center. Perfect if you're travelling for business. Rooms are large and perfectly clean and the breakfast responds to all needs (sweet and salty).

The hotel staff was friendly. We arrived way before check in time at 9:30 am and they proceeded to let us have our room. We got a slightly bigger room that can fit 3 adults and it was quite a good size. Breakfast was not too bad. They have daily housekeeping. Location is around 5 minutes walk to Munich main station. The street where it's located at is a quiet street with quite a bit of immigrant crowd, though it doesn't seem to be much of a big problem.

The rooms are well maintained and clean. They stock up the mini bar in the room which is helpful for a quick midnight snack. The prices are reasonable. However, the biggest advantage is the location as this hotel is situated very close to Central station - malls, movie theatres are all very close by.

The hotel room is fairly clean and simple. The power receptacles/plugs need to be relocated from under the desk to the desktop or desk side. We are on the 4th floor and heard people on the street talked loudly in late hours (2AM) last night. In the morning, we heard lots of door slamming. Both incidents indicate that sound proofing needs to improve. In addition, the vanity county space is limited.

Honestly, I cannot find fault in this hotel as we were well looked after. Our spacious room was clean everyday and even got mopped out during the week, our room had all the needed amenities as well as a power shower. Breakfast was continental Europe buffet with lots of choice wherever you come from & also a Gluten Free / Nut Free selection. The breakfast hostess was very friendly and helpful. Other food and drink, Slightly small menu but enough to find what you're looking for while there was a lot of drinks options (some of which are slightly pricey) The reception staff were very helpful and also greeted me at the entrance.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, fantastic breakfast, clean room with loads of storage, lovely friendly and efficient staff. Quiet location only about 15-20mins walk to main attractions. Only minor issues for us was that the room was way too hot and other quests banging their room doors late at night.

It is 5 minutes from the railway station. It has all commodities. The staff is uniquely superb. I love the Eurostars Hotels. This one is with flair as well. Breakfast top. Concierge fine. Room lovely. Prices where they should be. Only - I do not like electrically circular roating doors at the entrance. But you know ... 🤣

Awesome hotel 5 mins walking from the Central Station in Munich. Excellent staff and REALLY comfortable beds. Best hotel I've had in this city.

Nicely located and clean. The sound isolation isn't great as I could hear strong water running sounds from my neighbors.

The room was ok and the breakfast was very good. The location was less than ideal. There was nothing nearby except the train station and the area wasn’t super great. Everything was closed by 5pm, with no decent food nearby. It did not felt like a safe area. The restaurant in the hotel was ok but overpriced for dinner. I’ve stayed in hostels in München before and it was a beautiful city, but a travel agent booked this hotel and we would not recommend it for anyone.

Average hotel and service, on day one the team gave us the key to another guest room. To our luck it was a funny rather than a crazy scene

We had our accommodation cancelled 2 days before arrival due to "economic conditions" said we could rebook at his new price that was three times the cost Yeah right! but anyways managed to get this hotel booked instead. service was great, nice clean rooms, nice bar and a comfy bed. The only negative I have is that the rooms were so hot, the aircon temp only went down to 18c which did nothing to cool the room so had to sleep with the window open and being a busy road had disturbed nights sleep while there.

Very uncomfortable. Small rooms, very uncomfortable bed. Staff were quite rude. Loud air conditioning in the room. Only positive is that it is clean and close to the train station for people travelling by train. We would not stay again.

Literally 15 minutes from Oktoberfest grounds. In Arabic neighborhood which was awesome. Soooo much good food. Train station is within walking distance.. Double beds are super close and the beds are twin size. Not a lot of space. But will do if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in your room

We stayed here last week during a visit to Munich for our 25th wedding anniversary. We chose this hotel based off the location to the train station, and it’s previous reviews. We were not disappointed. We received a complementary drink upon arrival. The room itself was more than adequate, with good access to power plugs, and good storage for our luggage. There is only a single sink in the bathroom, however, the toilet is in a separate room with a door. Water pressure for the shower was very good, and the water temperature was very hot! We purchased a room that included the morning breakfast buffet. Our expectations for the buffet were far exceeded! It was a full breakfast with eggs, sausage, fruits, vegetables, breads, hot coffee. All very tasty and much better than we were expecting (or typically receive in America). The location did not disappoint, and it was a five minute walk to the train station and approximately 15 minute walk to Marienplatz. Highly recommended!

I booked this hotel via Hotel.com for a room fit for 2 adults and one child, but when arriving in the hotel, they said my booking was for 2 adults and one baby, then unfortunately they had no bigger room for upgrade at that moment. It might be the mistake from Hotel.com, but the staffs in Eurostars Hotel were very kind to work out some solution for us, I have to give them a thumb-up for their good service attitude and patience to help us in a very cold night.

It was a great holiday, the place is perfect for families specially with kids. I will try to explain my experience: the hotel is very clean and tidy. Our room is was cleaned twice a day. Food is something to remember, very nice, tasty and great variety. Three restaurants with excellent trained stuff. Definitely I can recommend this place that value each cent you can spend there.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and trustworthy. However, I wouldn't recommend the location - especially in the evening or at night. There are not the most pleasant people (many Beggars) around the hotel.

  • 5/5 SandPlayz R. 4 years ago on Google
One of the best hotel & enjoy my stay. The room is beautiful & has a plenty space as we booked one bed room with sofa bed. The room is new & clean with walking distance to city center. The most impressive on my stay was I forgot my overcoat at the hotel and they try to manage send it back to me in Thailand. Definitely will stay in this hotel again in next time!

  • 2/5 R I. 2 years ago on Google
Quite disappointing experience- air condition did not work in our room- had to change to another one which was not properly cleaned- met 2 more guests with the same issue. Breakfast buffet is a joke with long waiting times and difficult to communicate in German as most employees are from Spain… no offense but that should not happen.. Very close to central train station but surrounding area is not nice. Take an extra effort and take a hotel somewhere else in Munich!

Pros: clean hotel, spacious to put clothes and bags, bathroom was huge, close to train station, 15 minute walk to city center (Christmas markets) Cons: this brought it down to two stars. Day of checkout they came by at 8 am. Then 10 am. Check out was at noon. They will keep pestering you to check out. I value good customer service and this made me feel rushed. So two stars it is all for the customer service. Also internet was slow.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. This site will compare countless booking web sites and normally will have rates much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be disappointed. Extremely helpful staff. Phenomenal shower. Very clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing, fresh, and plentiful. Would definitely recommend. Just minutes from the Central Station train station. Extremely convenient yet quiet.

The hotel’s location is good, however the parkings were the worst parking ever I’ve ever seen with a unbelievable prices. the rooms do not have ring bells, so they knock the door and enter immediately which is terrifying. room services is really bad, they keep the cup unclean and they do not renew the messing needed items like sugar. it is also a noisy hotel, where you can hear everyone in the corridor passing by the room. they have 3 elevators, but only one is working as you have to wait 1 hour to go downstairs. overall the experience was really really bad.

  • 1/5 chris 2 years ago on Google
The toilet is designed by people that have never seen what a toilet in a hotel should look like. Instead they closed their eyes when when designing the blueprints and just went off of someone else describing to them what it should look like, but in a completely foreign language. In short it’s terrible.

I musy say that to compare with other european it is really nice place to stay. The room is quite high standard, breakfast are really ok. The only thing for which O can complain is the timw whoch I meed to spend to take a lift… so the summary is still positive 😉

Hotel filled with employee theft!!! I stayed in this hotel over the weekend for business meetings, and have left my coat and suit in the closet of the room I was in. I was staying in room 510. I am 100% sure and confident I have left my items in the room and after leaving Munich, it was almost impossible to get a hold of the hotel, and once I finally had the chance to they responded that the room was cleaned and did not see anything. I am sure my clothes were there and housekeeping have stole my clothes! I am happy to remove this comment once this issue has been resolved and my clothes returned to me.

My boyfriend booked us three nights into this hotel from the 13th of October until the 16th cause it looked nice on the pictures and had decent reviews. Unfortunately they handled things quite unprofessional: Upon my arrival I told the receptionist that my boyfriend will arrive in a few hours and if I can go to the room (he emailed them a few days before). I gave him a copy of his passport and he told me there is no booking under this name. I knew that there was, so I insisted that he checked again. He was telling me he can't find it, nor any email and that I have to wait for him. After arguing further with him he finally found the booking. I also asked him where I can park the car. He told me just on the right side of the street. Which I did, only to find out the next day from another receptionist that I will get fined by the police when I park my car there. Luckily nothing happened. He told me to put it in the parking garage (nobody told me before). Only to find out when we checked out that they charged 25(!) euros per night for parking, which is ridiculous and just money ripping. Very disappointing, especially because we were not informed! Another issue was with the A.C in the rooms. Wasn't working our entire stay so it was way too warm in the rooms. So they had to get someone to open the windows completely. Breakfast was good, but for this price you can expect that.

Room are good, but the wall are thin and you can hear almost everything. The check in was smooth, and Sabestan was a great help. The house keeping is avarge, but they will clean your room daily. The food at breakfast is good, but cleaning the tables and preparing them is below avarge.

Eurostars hotel, Munich, 4 stars! Crack in sink, flooring moved as ill fitted, toilet didn't half flush unless you did a full flush. Nescafe coffee! Buffet breakfast! Not served to table, this is not 4 star. The only upside is the location to the station if you need an overnight, but there are probably better.
