I can totally understand why the reviews are so poor! I was there at 9.30am, clearly the first customer of the day, but was not greeted, worse, my presence was not even acknowledged! I was there to check out their golden earrings, asked for their attention, got it but rather unwillingly. I asked to try them on, tried a second pair, no comments, no suggestions, not interested to ask me what I was looking for. I thanked them for their lack of attention and left.

(Rude) & when told what, said very loudly in front of other customers, in an annoyed tone, no, we need an hour. No apologies for waiting & wasting my time or offering an appointment in the future. Clearly she & the company do not want my money, her priority was to go home on time rather then business. (Still had 35 minutes before closing). Completely rude & unprofessional staff. Absolutely disgusting with the lack of basic customer service skills.
