I was refused service based on my disabilities. According to the bartender, "[I] shouldn't have been served un the first place." I have aspergers and a speech impediment, which I had tried to explain to the bartender. She insisted that I was drunk and should not be served more than she was willing. After my frist drink, i tried to order a 22 oz beer, aftet which she said she would not serve me. She offered me a 16 oz beer as a consolation, and insisted that she was doing me a favor by providing that. I tried to wxplain my disabilities, but was ignored. The server at this bar, around 5:00 pm on 27/06/22, needs to be better trained on disabilities. I felt insulted and disgusted.

We decided to grab breakfast before boarding our flight and the Willamette Bar & Grill was right outside our gate. They have a decent selection of breakfast options. We opted for two breakfast burritos which came with a side of salsa that was actually pretty good! The service was fairly prompt and our server was polite. I had the Willamette Burrito. It was a decent burrito, but the salsa made it a good burrito! Two breakfast burritos and a coffee was just under $30. So, not cheap, but it was a pretty good breakfast for airport food. I recommend this eatery.

The other posts are accurate. The bartender is VERY rude. How she can maintain her employment is beyond me. I am an employer and would definitely dismiss someone hurting my biz in this way

We arrive thinking that we will get dinner at the airport (checked website for hours-indicated they were open) only to see a closed sign-really? Is this post Covid attitude, we just shut down when we want to…. Very disappointed to say the least!!!

Nice restaurant to kill some time. OK food quality and "normal" prices. Better off eating here than buying outrageously priced snacks at the airport store! Clean and good service.

Everytime we have come here traveling the service has been decent even when short staffed and limited hours. Food is fine for an airport as well.

This little place is fantastic, Tailwind Concessions inside the terminal, past TSA. Coffee. Excellent. Went with a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Made with REAL egg, quality bacon strips (large portion). Everyone happy behind the counter - what else could you ask for @ 4:27 AM !!?? I like that they are actually open to catch early morning travelers, so many airports don't open till 5 or 6 AM.

Food was acceptable quality, but to be seated and get our food was almost as long as the flight to get here. It wasn't that busy. And after that, they got the hungry kid's order wrong. Grumpy hungry travelers. Should have grabbed food by the gate.

Very eggscellent breakfast!! Best breakfast sandwich I have had in a very long time. Outstanding service as well.

Beth went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience. We loved the lavender white chocolate mocha... Iced and frozen. The barista who made our drinks was spectacular! We got a side of bacon (we needed some protein!). It was actually really really good.

Bloody Mary, Buscuits and Gravy, and a Vodka Orange 🍊 Juice. Excellent service and food, totally love this restaurant inside the Eugene, Oregon Airport after you get through security to the left. The upper seating area has big tables and places to charge your electronics and sitting at the bar is a nice option too. Thank you ✨️🥞🍳

In Eugene for work for a week and best meal I had the whole time during my stay. Service was amazing also.

Food is ok. But they only had 2 servers working the entire restaurant. So, the service was minimal at best.

Y'all. This server (Rikki) has no less than 15 tables at this moment and she's SLAYING it. Beer is cold. Plenty of TVs to catch all the football games. BLTA came on rye... That was a weird experience but my mistake for not catching it. Otherwise just fine!

Very friendly staff. Convenient airport location with pre and post security access. Unfortunately, the food isn't great. My burger wasn't cooked all the way through, so I just ate the outside borders. The tots were a bit freezer burned or stale tasting. The iced tea was not good.

Awesome experience waiting for our delayed flight. The bartender Haley knows her stuff and ran the place. Very professional and friendly. Great job.

Pretty decent airport food and very reasonable prices! We really liked the onion rings and beer cheese.
