Surprisingly for a dorpie town, we got good service and shop was clean unlike some of the KFC we visit in Cape Town. Food was also good and lasted the next day. @KFC why are you guys stingy with tomato sauce and serviettes 🥺.

The food is good. The staff is friendly. The service time is average (depends on when you order, how crowded it is, etc). I've been there two or three times and it was pleasant. All in all it's a standard KFC.

Montagu KFC is as good as it can be. Chicken is always nicely prepared. There twisters and burgers are on point with good sauce. Not like other kfc franchises where you need to look for the sauce on the burger or twister. Keep up the good work Montagu KFC

Please don't order anything online. When you get there they never have stock. Always have to settle for something else. Tonight no burgers in stock.

Service is sometimes good but not during loadshedding times. Compared to all the other Kfc this one is always a problem.

Went there yesterday just for a 6 piece. It was about 18h00. The staff who worked that shift did a great job with the meat prep. We never order dry pieces because it usually gets over cooked, but yesterday's dry pieces were nicely prepared. Soft and tender. The thighs were really nice too. Good job Montagu KFC.

I have an issue with the staff always shouting to the back of the kitchen when you ask for a special request. This has happened on more than one occasion that I have requested a certain piece of chicken and when I get home it is not what I asked for. It also never shows on the slip like with other outlets.
