The classes are very good and the location is beautiful, but now, after the Covid restrictions have been lifted, it is overfull in classes. That makes me now go to other studios unfortunately. Would be good if they would find a system to solve this (maybe something with a max amount of people??)

Very pleasant. Poorly instructed yoga. So far the yoga teachers have been very attentive and have provided good instructions. I got into the flow very well. It is a very nice yoga studio in Hamburg. It is located in Rotherbaum in an old gymnasium. Booking is easy to make via Eversports. Important tip to everyone: always register in advance so you can secure your place.

Here, yogis will find a quietly located and beautifully designed studio that is practically overcrowded for every class. The somewhat militant flows invite you to turn up the heat, but there are also less inclusive alternatives for those who can't already do everything. So you can do it if you want. The people here are always nice.

Really nice studio, great teacher, walking around and correcting your postures. I also really liked the music during the yoga lesson. Pity I'm just visiting Hamburg, otherwise I'm sure I'd be a Stammkunde :-)

Went to many studios in Hamburg, but this one is still my favourite. Beautiful space and amazing teachers. Also i think it’s the only one studio in Hamburg where you can practice Jivamukti. Love ❤️

An incredibly beautiful atmosphere, very well equipped and the yoga teachers are great too. Unfortunately, the courses are so overcrowded that you can no longer perform many exercises properly without getting a foot or arm from your neighbors. The teachers can hardly get through the sea of ​​yoga mats anymore. I used the studio as part of the Urban Sports membership and have now decided to seek out smaller yoga groups for the time being. I would be happy if the maximum group size was reduced, then I could imagine coming by again. Because like I said, the rest is great!

Jivamukti Yoga und andere Yogaklassen werden hier angeboten. Ich bin schon lange Mitglied und fast seit Anfang an dabei. Wenn ich unterwegs und auf reisen bin, kann ich als Roots Mitglied über die Eversports App Videos anschauen, das finde ich super. Es gibt mittlerweile eine große Auswahl an LehrerInnen, es kommen auch neue dazu. Der Stundenplan ist mittlerweile sehr umfangreich und es werden auch regelmäßig gute Workshops und Retreats angeboten.
