Elena gave me very comprehensive and warm advice on my first visit! I've been coming to Coolzone every week for 2 months and I'm still really impressed. The studio is very clean and well equipped. Breathing exercises can be customized and fresh tea awaits you after your time in the cryo chamber. The application helps me with tension, sore muscles and increases my mood and motivation. I always enjoy coming to Elena! 😊

Excellent place! I enjoyed my sessions there. Everything is great. The owner is very caring. The equipment is excellent and it does what it is supposed to. The booking system for the sessions is state of the art. Simply great. There are no flaws I could report as I experienced none. Update: Unfortunately, I have to deduct a star as I was not content with the treatment towards the end of my contract. I bought a pass that was good for a month and included 24 sessions. I was not able to consume all of them within the month and quite frankly I did book 2 sessions on days 1 and 2 after the month was over. I was counting my sessions in the app and I overlooked that the month was over. The owner refused to allow me to consume the 2 sessions and basically asked me to pay for them. Needless to say I refused to do so. I even did not attend 2 before the month was over. My enthusiasm was over. I would expect some flexibility considering there were slots available and I did not consume all sessions. Owing to that the next time I am in town I will go to some other shop.

Hello, It's a little cold at the beginning then it gets even colder. After these 3-4-5 minutes you will feel like a new person. My right foot is very stressed due to my playing soccer. If I manage to go to Coolzone, I have almost no problems with my foot. It's simply fascinating and the staff is also very competent. To your health❣️❣️❣️

Great store! It was my first time ever in a cold chamber because I had heard a lot of positive things about exercise and regeneration. Elena explained everything very well. With music and video, the time went by really quickly. You feel really amazing afterwards! I will definitely come back :-).

I have tested out several cryo studios. Most people use capsules where the head and feet are not part of the therapy. CoolZone uses a real cold chamber. The team is extremely competent and accommodating! Highly recommended.

The team is super nice and takes the time during your first visit to explain everything in detail and answer questions. I've been going there once a week for a few months because of a torn cruciate ligament and back pain. The pain has become less overall after the cold treatment. The prices are also fair. I can only recommend trying it out once.

At the beginning, me and my mother really liked it there. Unfortunately, this faded in the end because the use of appointments via the app was not transparent. Appointments that were canceled in a timely manner were sometimes counted. The use of cold in general has helped me with my rheumatic complaints while taking medication.
