I've bought a few things from here in the past, staff have alway been friendly

What lovely staff in this store especially Emma went in to find my wife a jacket with large sleeves as my wife sometimes has to wear a splint on her arm this young lady made us feel welcome and went out of her way to find the right coat which Emma did and she assured us that if it did not fit she would refund us under her company policy but she was right and the coat fit’s lovely. Sharon was amazing. She helped me out massively in deciding which clothes I wanted. Made me feel very welcome and comfortable in store!

Visited the store on Sunday 17th November, couldn't fault the service the girls gave, they advised us on the best things we needed , they were super efficient and really friendly . The items we bought are great as well they'll keep us super warm and dry on our trip to Iceland.

Nice shop, specilised on outdoor items and equipment. Good size, covering the majority of outdoor nececities. Friendly, knowlegeable and helpful personel. Exceptional prices during sales

Staff could be friendlier and less shocked when you ask about an issue with previous items that weren't worth the money for quality. Selling a product that keeps an items waterproof is not the same as losing its padding in various areas.

Sunderland Girls fantastic very helpful only prob got to order online what I wanted will do this even though that's wasn't my plan to do get it click n collect just have to wait bit longer for it

Called in here after seeing the massive discounts advertised in windows. What a con! Clothing prices greatly inflated then apparatly massively discounted to show a price I still wouldn’t pay. After years of hiking I still don’t think their clothing is up to the job.
