I had the smoked meat sandwich today. It was very good. I didn't want fries so she put together a quick salad for me. Great service with a huge smile. I'll go back again for sure.

This is an amazing little cafe, tucked away in Nanaimo's small industrial area. I sampled their Donair, burgers and smoked meat sandwiches. They are all pretty amazing. I'm from Montreal and am pleased with the quality of their Donair and Smoked meat. It's well worth the trip.

Fantastic service, immaculately clean, simple and delicious menu. Our food was a great price and was prepared with love. Full soup and sandwich for $10! The perfect lunch stop.

I just had the club house sandwich from here, and I don't know what they do with the chicken but that was hands down the best club house I've ever had! The staff were very polite and the inside was immaculate! Will be going back for sure! - Stephen T

Enjoyed tea and hash browns and bacon. Their food was delicious and cooked perfect. No cheap tasting ingredients, the bacon is thick and perfect, not sure what they did to the hashbrowns but it was better than any other breakfast place.

I had a wonderful experience at Amore. The donair was one of the best I have had. The place was clean, and nice to spend a lunch break. I will be making this a usual stop.

second time here. first time i got the smoked meat samwidch 10/10 this time I got the pizza sub 10/10. my only issue now, is wich one to get for next time!! will be back Many more times!! excellent service and food!!

Tried for the first time and ordered a breakfast pita. Impossible to eat with your hands and impossible to cut . Order something else. Husband loved his eggs and sausages.

Guys, you need to come here. Super high attention to quality and detail. Ordered classic breakfast - potatoes were done perfectly. Toast was buttered evenly. Not greasy, not dry, perfect. Everything is spotless. Whoever runs this place is a perfectionist and it shows. Food is served right to the table with coffee topped off frequently.

We selected this restaurant based on a family member's recommendation. In a nutshell, this restaurant is amazing! We LOVED the donairs (best we've ever had and over the years, and we have tried quite a few from other places), and our son said the chicken burger was the best chicken burger that he has ever had. We found out that this place is family owned and operated. Staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. We're staying up island so we plan to visit again in a few days before our ferry takes off for the mainland. We're excited to try their breakfast options!

Amazing food! The donair was spot on and the best I’ve had on the Island. The owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming and make you feel right at home. My wife has a gluten allergy and they went above and beyond to make sure there were items for her to eat even though not listed on the menu. We will be back and highly recommend it!

Been here twice. Ordered the club sandwich and breakfast pita. Food is not greasy and you can tell everything is made fresh and to order. Service is friendly and welcoming, place is clean, open atmosphere and fairly priced. Hats off to the chef!

The chicken club sandwich had amazing tasting chicken which was one of my favourites parts about the whole meal. Their gravy and their beef donair was really good. Overall, I really liked everything my family got. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to have breakfast or lunch.
