I visited Mayfair Facial Bar on 2023-05-10 as I had received a gift certificate from a family member, and I was so thrilled at the facial service I received! The customer service was amazing, I had received a call prior to flag that I also wanted an Eye Brow Wax and that it might not be the best for my skin, but we would review when I arrived. I received a nice warm tea to go after the service -- every little added detail made the experience phenomenal. The facial itself was amazing, top quality products, extremely knowledgeable staff -- who took the time to explain the products used, how to protect my skin from the upcoming sun and where some problem areas were and how to treat them. I would highly recommend Mayfair Facial Bar, I will 150% be going back for another facial as soon as I can! I have already received compliments that my skin looks amazing, and it's only been a couple hours since the service! Thank you Mayfair Facial Bar for a great experience!!

After receiving a birthday voucher for Mayfair spa, I was reluctant to use it (I’m not a huge facial / spa kinda person), anyway I booked the European Eminence Facial and had a lovely lady for this facial (I never caught her name 😬). She was so lovely and welcoming from the moment I opened the door, she explained the whole process and what she would be doing as it was my first time ever getting a facial in my life. Lovely experience & I just loved the hot towels on the face. This is the first time I’ve woken up in the morning and the skin on my face has not felt dry.

My 8 yr old daughter had her first real haircut with Sheetal and couldn’t have been happier. Sheetal took her time and really made my little one feel special! And her haircut looked amazing!

I won a hair cut certificate at Christmas time from a work raffle, and finally was able to find time to get my hair cut! It was such a great experience, very personable, knowledgeable and kind. Loving my new hair cut! Can't wait to go again!

I really enjoyed my experience getting a Hydra facial and jelly mask. The space is clean and staff are friendly. Sheetal is lovely; she explained the whole process and what to expect. You can tell she loves what she does. Can't wait to go back!
