Finally I can eat good quality sushi in Fort Langley. I love this place. Best quality ingredients and friendly staff. Don’t have to drive all the way to downtown. Seriously, incomparable with those cheap quality franchised sushi places. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tried this place for lunch yesterday and did not disappointed. The place is bright and clean with AC running which is a must in this hot weather. Service is attentive as Rina our waitress takes care of the orders efficiently. and keeps our tea top up all the time. The food is surprisingly good and tasty, kudos to the chef. Will definitely come back next time we visit Langley .

Can't believe I didn't some here sooner. Really enjoyed our dinner tonight. Had the squid karaage which was well seasoned, light and crispy. The sushi was fresh and the Nigiri pieces were nice and long, the Tuna was especially soft and delicious. I'll definitely be back, everything we had tonight was great, looking forward to trying the other menu items. Also, staff is very attentive and working with big smiles. Cozy atmosphere with nice big windows.

We had a great meal at Sushi Hinode. When in Fort Langley, this is where we would recommend you go for modern Japanese food in a relaxed environment. Service was attentive and friendly. We were seated in the middle of this relatively small restaurant and took advantage of the opportunity to people watch. Our waiter answered our questions and our order arrived quickly. The restaurant is modern, maintained, and clean. Active cleaning and sanitizing was taking place between seatings, which is nice to see. There is a honey pine and warm white colour palette at play here, which is relaxing and modern. The food was delicious and well presented. The fish was fresh without any indication of sitting too long. The sushi rice had an exceptionally nice balance of sweet and tart, which caught our attention as something we enjoyed. Portions were generous; but not cut into pieces that are more than a mouthful (a problematic habit at other sushi establishments). I recommend Sushi Hinode. I can't criticize anything about our experience and we will be returning customers. It is worth both your time and money.

Came to Fort Langley and stopped by here for lunch. Food tasted great at a decent price, the server (Yoon) was attentive and friendly, and it was a chill environment all around. Very clean restaurant as well. Would come back again :)

I don't know if there is a different standard for eat-in and take-out, but I ordered take out, and even left a 20% tip, and this is what I got. Seriously... I've had better sushi at a gas station. The sockeye salmon nigiri was paper thin, and the tuna in the roll was grey and slimy as if it had been sitting on a counter for 2 days. What a disappointment.

Wow! It's always great to find a wonderful eatery. This place is a gem for those in love with Japanese cuisine. Thick pieces of sashimi that melt in your mouth is just that start of a pleasurable dining experience. High kudos! We will be back real soon...
