    I would like to thank Norman for going above and beyond for handling my situation regarding a discrepancy from the app. When he made the sandwiches and when he communicated with customers was one of the best I've seen at any Tim Hortons across 5 provinces. Thanks again Norman for your excellent customer service!!!!

    Great place for the proverbial and unmistakable throughout the day meal options along with their excellent coffee - all at a very affordable price even in theses inflationary troubled times. Polite and courteous service! Service was pretty quick. I paid here and picked up my meal there in a jiffy! People are very guest-friendly! Will come again!

    Ordered 2 Jalapeño Savoury Pastries and only got one. The other one is a different option. All this, when I specifically asked before ordering at the drive through if they had 2 ready, the associate (female) checked and confirmed that they did. What’s more disappointing is that this is not even surprising anymore that Tim Horton’s will do something like this. The number of times orders get mixed up or made wrong or missing items is just astonishing. Poor service. Please check your orders thoroughly before leaving the drive-thru. Lesson learnt. If the manager’s are reading, you might want to check with the associate answering the drive thru between 6:15 - 6:30 PM on Aug 12.

    Ordered Timbits and when I got home they were the wrong ones. I didn't think to check because it seemed easy. Their shelf talkers for the bits were not placed in the correct spot, so that's how I ended up getting the wrong ones. Please greet, say hello and most importantly, say thanks, it's one of my biggest complaints when I go to Tim's, no customer service. Speak a common language when you are around customers, I don't speak your language and when you speak a different one and laugh when I'm there, I assume you are laughing and talking about me. Let the customer know when your order is ready and direct them to where to pick up.

    There was no option for 0 stars otherwise I would have given 0 stars. It was the worst ice cap we ever had till date, which they returned and gave me a refund and offered complimentary coffee/tea which was good. But then we ordered steep tea double double and there was no sugar at all and had a weird taste, it feels like m drinking hot water lol …… I won’t recommend anyone to buy any drink from this place.

    I ordered iced coffee with cream this morning but cream was all separating and it tasted awful . It was so sour , felt like expired and smelled disgusting too .

    Ice cap tasted like water and chemicals. Went back to get it changed and got an angry look from the cashier and she replaced it for me. Second one tasted worse.

    Would prefer to give no stars, but this is not an option. It's been awhile since I have eaten at a Tim Hortons establishment, and today's experience has further reinforced my decision to avoid this chain. After ordering our meals via a customer service reminiscent of an automated computer system- I was hoping to use either of the washrooms intended for customers only. I was told no key was required despite what the sign on both doors stated. So I tried both doors. Locked. I waited. No one exited. I tried again. Then I was told they are out of service by another Tim Hortons employee. She stated they were not clean but could let me in if necessary. I politely declined. We sat down on a dirty counter to eat our food. And maybe this is really just a state of the world we live in now, but thank goodness there was coffee to wash down the flavorless wraps and stale, dry donuts. During our 25 minute stay, at no point did any customer service employee tidy any tables or attend to the locked washrooms. But then I guess we still need to figure out how to get that process automated. Truly a souless experience.
