William is an absolutely amazing RMT. He talks with you to figure out your pains and he effectively addresses any problems you may have. For me, I tend to have pain and tension in my back and shoulders. After a session with William, the tension disappears and I feel completely relaxed. I've had several experiences with other RMTs in the Vancouver area, but none can compare to Nuflex Wellness Care. Highly recommended!

I’ve been getting massage from Esther, and she’s really professional. She listens to my symptoms carefully and tries to release my pain by communicating with me while doing the massage. And also, she taught me how to stretch my shoulder blade while I work after the massage session. She really cares about patients’ concerns. Also the facilities are all new and clean.

Best massage I’ve ever had and I’m not exaggerating. William’s technique is very unique and effective. He incorporates some stretching as well and you can really feel the difference immediately both during and after the massage. He also shared some helpful tips on how to release the tension and pain in my back and shoulders. I can’t wait for my next appointment. I highly recommend this place!

Both Esther and William do an outstanding job at making you feel comfortable and totally relaxed!! They are very professional and do use techniques that I haven’t had before. You leave their beautiful office feeling so much more relaxed and mobile! :) You need to go to them if you want to feel better!!

I recently discovered this hidden gem and couldn't be happier with the top-notch service and clinic environment. The range of wellness services is impressive, but the hot-stone RMT, especially with Esther, is an absolute standout. Esther goes above and beyond, even sharing helpful in-home exercises. She really cares about you! The only hiccup is finding the clinic due to the lack of signage from the building's landlord. Once you spot it, though, it's worth the search. Highly recommended, and the added convenience of Costco nearby is a bonus!

My experience with Nuflex Wellness Care was wonderful. William Kim is a very friendly, skilled, and knowledgable RMT. He worked diligently to address my physical aches and pains, offered insight to probable causes and how I could treat them, and also ensured that I was feeling comfortable throughout the entire appointment. William utilizes a mixture of massage and stretching techniques that can really target areas of concern. He is able to identify his patient’s specific ailments and customize his approach to meet their individual needs. By the end of my first appointment, I was already able to experience an improved range of motion and a major release of tension in my back. The Nuflex clinic is bright, clean, and welcoming and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be returning for more sessions in the future and I would highly recommend others to visit Nuflex Wellness Care for all their functional rehabilitative needs.
