I loved the crispy freshly baked croissants. It’s yummy. Loved the Iced Coffee Latte, too. The price is reasonable. It’s a self-serve place. Staffs are helpful and friendly. The patio is a nice place to enjoy the food in a refreshing atmosphere. Will definitely be back next time I visit Langley.

Finally got to check out this bakery and definitely lives up to the hype. That butter croissant is huge and so so delicious. Tomato artichoke danish was also good. Lots of scones, cakes, brunch menu and other pastries available. Didn’t get to try any coffee in this visit but definitely coming back to try other items. There’s seating inside and a cute patio outside. Street parking available but it’s definitely busy on weekends.

Very delicious pastries and nice hot beverages. Staff are super friendly and nice. I tried pastries and smell pizzas. Their pizza looks and smells awesome and I'll try it for sure next time. If you are around you should try this place.

Great croissants, not so great hot chocolate. Would've been four stars for the hot chocolate but having respectful and inclusive bathrooms bumped it up to five stars. Some restaurants think it's appropriate to change the men's bathroom into a gender neutral bathroom and leave a women's bathroom - that's not inclusive in the slightest, definitely neanderthal thinking there. Blacksmith got it right, bravo.

Love! Although the line can look intimidating on a weekend, it goes by fairly quick. My favourite thing here is the flaky pastries. From croissant to danish, you really can’t go wrong no matter what you pick! And the display is so pretty; hard to pick just one item. The espresso is well-extracted and has tasted good each time we’ve gone so far. (Not burnt or sour!!!) Although it can br a bit slower when busy (backed up by orders), I appreciate that the quality does not get compromised. The service is friendly and I love the ambiance here! Lots of seating as well.

Nearly at the end of the main tourist strip. Upscale, bakery. Don’t worry if there’s not a seat when you walk in. The tables have very high turnover. Ordered myself a sandwich. It was a pretty basic straightforward sandwich as you can see from the photos. Would have been nice if it came with a pickle or something. Maybe I’m just being picky. But I really like the place and the vibe was cool.

Coffee is good, pastries are light and delicious. This place’s atmosphere is so alive and refreshing . It can be annoying if you’re looking for a quiet place! Especially in weekends it’s super busy but as I said for me was pleasant.

Love visiting here every time we come to the antique mall. Had the double chocolate cherry amaretto croissant with an Americano. Both were good. Parking is basically street parking. Basically, it's all free. They have sandwiches and 12inch pizzas here, too, for those wanting more sustenance and cakes for those with more of a sweet tooth. Unfortunately, I haven't had the pleasurof any of these this time. Pizzas sound expensive ($30-$33), but look worth it. It's basically counter service only as it seems to be mainly a bakery/coffee shop. There's a second room around the back for more seating, which is more noisy when full compared to the main room.

Amazing pastries and really good coffees. Budget your time well. They usually have a really long lineup. They have a full menu also with brunch and pizza that you can order. I wish they would separate the line for people that just want to pick up a pastry and a coffee and be on their way instead of waiting for everybody that wants to order food as that takes a lot longer.

Very nice bakery in Fort Langley. Visited here after a weekend bike trip for Coffee and Pastry. Several options for breakfast, Pizza, Pastry and coffee. Great service with good food. Reasonable prices with variety of Sandwiches, pastries and coffee options. Patio dining is also available. Road side parking option. Will go back surely to try other pastry options.

My favourite coffee shop in fort Langley! I feel so grateful to have this business in my home town. Their croissants are amazing and I love the friendly atmosphere. Super nice and efficient staff. So happy there’s more than 1 location to visit now!

I started off as a huge fan of the bacon croissants but you got to go early to get them they're that good. I went on to try some of their quinoa bowls and they were absolutely delicious. So then I went to the next level of finding the back room where they're seating and it's a comfortable environment I had a cappuccino and I had one of their pizzas, absolutely next level. Blacksmith Bakery has earned my business for life. I really enjoyed everything about them. Their staff are very nice and informed, there's seating in the back, the bathrooms are clean, and there's always a good variety of product to purchase. The prices are a little high but this is what you get when you pay for it.

Even though it was a weekday morning, there were quite a lot of customers. However, the food came out quickly and tasted great.

Fell in love with the Carbonara Pizza at the very first bite. I’m not kidding. Literally the first bite. That cream sauce topping was amazing. It’s like a saucy cheese sauce. Sooo good. Would highly recommend trying it. The 12” pizza was just the perfect size to share with my wife. Will definitely be back to try their other menu items.

Impressive croissants, they're flaky and crisp like a good croissant should be with a luscious buttery flavour. The butter croissant rivals top patisserie in Vancouver. Add in decent coffee and breakfast, as well as friendly and helpful staff; Blacksmith Bakery is a real gem. Can't wait to go back!

Coffee tasted good and was high quality but it was lukewarm. Other than that, the ambiance and the coffee cake tasted really good.

I'm a huge fan of their croissants. They light and flaky with an amazing buttery taste. My favorite kind has to be the bacon cheddar croissant. Three amazing things put together so you know it's incredibly good. Even though it looked really good, I wasn't a fan of the fruit & nut sticky bun and only ate half of it (and I never waste food). The iced mocha was good. I like them on the sweeter side and this hit the spot.

I'm not sure how this place receives anything less than 5 stars to be honest. Perhaps the only downfall I've found is that they do not have wifi available to their customers making it a less desirable location to study. Customer service: incredible. The staff are lovely, kind, and accommodating even during busier times. Latte: this is a proper latte. None of that weak starbucks business. You'll feel and taste the espresso immediately which is a welcomed component as an avid latte drinker. You really do not need any sugar or sweetener to enjoy it, and in fact I'd recommend against it so you can properly appreciate the taste of the espresso. Breakfast sandwich: really tasty, great portion, and they even supported me getting half salad half potatoes as a side because I was too keen to try both! The salad was light and a refreshing palate cleaner. The potatoes were well seasoned and not greasy which was appreciated. The sandwich itself had great flavors, it was decadent and did not feel weighed down or greasy which was impressive considering it has aoili, cheese, and sausage. Very well done!! The aroma of fresh croissant well grip you like a loving hug if you come here first thing in the morning, and with that said, their ham and cheese croissants are likely the best I've ever had. The ambiance is wonderful. A lovely place to come for brunch with a friend, read a late night book and enjoy a fresh pastry (they're open until 9p!) or to simply sip espresso and escape the rain. Highly recommend!

Nice bakery, busy spot for people to grab a bite and hang out with indoor and outdoor seating. Had their baked good and tasted great. Their matcha drink tasted more like water, but theit chai tea latte was great. Busy place- waited ~10 min to get in, was worth the wait.

What was ordered:⁣ ⁣ • Blackened Chicken Salad $16⁣ • Butter Croissant $4.50⁣ • Chocolate Croissant $5⁣ ⁣ By far the best bakery in Fort Langley with a wide range of options. The croissants were divine! So flaky and buttery. The blackened chicken salad was nice and filling. Also, staff were friendly. Although, it was busy; the line did move fairly quick. ⁣

They have amazing butter bread pudding and carrot cake. We liked both of them. It was crowded and busy. The only issue was with bathroom which they weren't enough for the crowd. They have three but one was locked. However, I always recommend it to friends for brunch.

Great croissants! The place is busy at weekends, so expect to have a lineup.

Just tried their hot chocolate which was really good, the barista took her time to ensure it was done right and did not rush it. I will return to try out the food. It’s a bit small with just a few tables but was quite busy. They also have tables outdoors with heat lamps. Every time we walk by this place there is always a line up.

My favourite go to in Langley. Amazing baking and brunch options. Coffee is top notch also.

  • 5/5 Dh B. 1 year ago on Google
The atmosphere and decor, when you enter the bakery, is warm and inviting. Both the staff member who took the order, and barista, provided outstanding service. The Americano was excellent and very reminiscent of the coffee we enjoyed in Italy. The baked good was outstanding. I definitely recommend visiting this bakery while in Ft. Langley.

We ended up at Blacksmith Bakery on a whim. What a lovely cafe, slightly packed with people waiting for orders to-go. But the smell of the baked goods was amazing. The coffee was slightly burnt, but the food made up for it. If you don't find a table inside, there's tables outside under heaters. Definitely coming back to try all their baked goods and Pastries!

Consistently astounding pastries and specialties available. Enjoyed the Fort Trail Bar made in house. Full of oats, nuts, peanut butter and cranberries. Ordered an oat milk dirty chai and it was delicious! The cafe is always clean and has a good energy.

Came here for brunch and also brought home a bunch of their pastries and cake. For brunch, we ordered the prosciutto eggs benedict and chorizo hash. Both were tasty. The chorizo hash is more on a savoury side and the sauce could make really good pasta.
