Manager was very rude. They made a mistake in their order, and wanted us to pay for something which we never wanted, when we questioned. He left without answering it, He further sent one of our employee, don’t know her name, but she is black, and was very rude, and left the receipt at my table. After questioning, she said you have to pay. Never had such customer experience ever in before. We felt so embarrassed, not wanted to stay there for even 1 more min. we pack the food and decided to leave right away. Never ever going there again. I have had friends and my family going there, shared that experience with them. Never ever going there.

The food is delicious, the place is cheerful, the menu options are fresh and rich. It is a delicious, nice and clean place. Good vibes there

Ok, this place is awesome! We come here from time to time. The service here is super friendly and they even check on you to see how the food is! Especially RJ! He was really nice to make sure we had all the condiments we need and to bring us take out boxes and bags! The food here is really good. Very flavorful and seasoned well. We love trying different sides and everything so far has been fantastic! If you like this place, I recommend getting the all and earning points. We usually get $15 off every several months or so! The seating and atmosphere are also fantastic. And we love the music they play here!

Good and prompt service by the team RJ and Benny. We were seated in seconds, food came within 15mins. I had the 1/4 leg with lime and mango sauce, with 2 sides: cauliflower and spicy rice. Food was excellent, we inhaled the food. The sauces available were awesome, Peri-Peri with garlic is the cat’s meow. I wish we had Nando’s in Winnipeg. The aesthetic is fantastic and is relatively clean. Washrooms are nice and clean.

Excellent food! Not your average fast food, have to get up to pay, but they bring the food to your table and it was delicious! I ordered the half chicken with garlic potatoes and grilled corn, yum! Free refills on drinks as well! You won't be disappointed!

Food was great as expected from Nandos. A young Asian guy took the time to go over the different platters which recently changed, rung me up and got me out by the time promised for my pick up order. Great service and food as it’s been a while for our visit here since we’ve moved out of the neighborhood.

We ordered a Half chicken Peri Peri with 2 sides ( Peri peri fries and spiced rice) . The chicken was delicious, juicy and hot (we asked for hot). Fries were crispy yet soft with a decent peri peri flavour. Spiced rice was okay, it had a strong turmeric flavour. Overall it was a good spend ( 25$ including tips and a drink) If you have a small apetite like us, this was a good meal for two.

We had a great time. The servings were big and reasonably priced. Highly recommend picking up a dessert. We were taken care of by RJ today and were impressed by the excellent service we received. It’s about the best service we’ve gotten just anywhere in the area (speaking as a BC local).

Consistent good customer service. Food is fresh. Lemon and herb (mild) sauce seems to be on the spicier side for the kids. This is usually our favorite Nando's compared to other locations because of the food and service - especially after renovations. Patio seating available after taking your food out.

Went in late last minute for dine in but the employees were very welcoming. We ordered a full pack first and the lady who took our order was very friendly and later on we changed it to trimming platter and the second lady made the changes to our order super quick and politely. Overall one of the best experiences and the food is just the best.

My family and I had an outstanding dining experience tonight Oct 5 between 7-8pm. The service we received was above and beyond from all the kind, hard working staff members on shift during this time. Special shout-out to Merry who was exceptional and had her first shift tonight! The service was better than any 5 star restaurant I’ve been to in downtown Vancouver. Not to mention, the food was made to perfection. Looking forward to returning again soon!

We ordered chicken breast n fries. Amazing. Very good portion size. Very quick service. Vast variety of soft drinks available, better to go for FREESTYLE i.e. take Mug from them and self serve rather than to go for packed pop.

Normally people post food on plate but I am so happy with the new renovations and the ambience of new wide open dine in place with the great selection of music 🎶 loved it and will come back again

Haven’t had Nando’s since the UK so had to get some. Overall the chicken, fries, and peri-peri sauce are still delicious. Just disappointed by the rice and small portion size. Good for some fast chicken. I was visiting Surrey for the day and got hungry after visiting Guildford Mall. This one was close by and still open somewhat late, so I decided to check it out. Parking is easy as it has its own parking out front. Inside the restaurant, plenty of seating, booths and tables, and has a fast food restaurant family vibe. The tables and seats are a little old and we sat ourselves. We ordered the Full Pack for 6 people and chose PERI-fries and spiced rice as our large sides. It also came with a side of garlic bread. This was about right for 6 people who were moderately hungry but could’ve used a little more food. You go up to the counter to order. The garlic bread was crispy and good for sharing. We got Lemon & Herb for the chicken, which tasted fantastic and well marinated. It basically was soft enough that it came off the bone too. The peri-peri sauce makes a good choice if you want the flavor spicier. The PERI-fries were also crispy and delicious, and a generous size for sharing. We were only disappointed by the spiced rice as it was essentially one serving of rice in a small bowl. For a large side this is pretty disappointing and hard to share. It also tasted very bland. I couldn’t taste any seasoning and it tasted like microwaved rice. There was only one waiter and there’s a 10-15 minute wait as the food cooks, but overall service is solid. The restaurant wasn’t too loud and had a chill vibe. Overall value was good for the amount you can get to feed 6 people. Recommend trying this place out for the peri-peri chicken and fries for a quick bite.

A great place for family... We went in this location, covid protocols in place and we felt safe by checking if we were vacinated. Warm greetings upon entry.. I can say that food quality and quantity matches with the price specially combo meals, we were happy because staff checked us everytime.. Dining lights a little bit dim.. Overall awesome place , food and staff.. Highly recomended

I always order by phone for my lunch appointments with physicians. Pick up time is given as 15 minutes. In reality it is never less than 30 minutes. You can’t plan correctly for your appointments. I will not order from this location again. Looking for other options in Guildford.

This location is always busy, i always call here for take out and they are so quick. Their chicken is so tasty, i always love the lemon and herb flavor. Their famous portuguese egg tart is a little bit sweet for me.We came here to dine in also and the servers were friendly and very helpful. You need to pay first to order and they will serve you. Inside is spacious. Washroom is clean.

Great food but customer service could use some training. My parents who’s in their late 60’s came in thinking they could dine it but they forgot their vaxx passport so they took it to go, staff told them that they should have called before ordering because they’re short staff…..like hello, they were going to dine in. Not pick up to go. And being short staff is not the customers problem. The world is short staff right now. So I’m not sure why that was mentioned. They also made them feel like they were being judged that my mom said something along the line of “why do you look so doubtful, we’re just ordinary customers.” My parents are not mad but they felt very disrespected and judged.

Another great Nando’s location in the lower Mainland. This relatively new interior creates a great atmosphere. With Nando’s the key is working your way up the peri peri ladder. So start at the bottom and then make sure you visit enough to increase the flavour!!

We made the decision to eat dinner as a family at Nando's, and will most likely return. The employees were not only incredibly kind and friendly, but they also always made sure we had everything we needed. The cuisine was excellent at this location. The chicken had outstanding sides and was cooked to perfection. Additionally, very prompt service! Strongly recommended!

Probably the best food we’ve had in 9 months! The flavor was spot on and service was really great! Mika took a great care of us and provided a superb service! Kudos to Guildford Nandos!
