Raj was unacceptably rude and showed a lack of understanding of customer service. I had a coupon for a spicy chicken burger combo for $8.99. Raj overcharged me for $9.49 and I asked for clarification about it. Raj explained it very unclearly without proper attention even when there was no one in the line. So I was re-asking about it respectfully, it was just a second try of asking and Raj goes "OH, MY, GOD!!" with more than a loud enough voice for other customers and employees to hear. It is such an embarrassing experience and poorly trained customer service. I am sure that not only Raj remembers how awful she did it but also the other employees who were working at the moment would remember how disgraceful Raj was and how the customer, me, remained calm. I was with my friend's child at that time, so chose to stay calm as a good role model but it definitely needs to be known to A&W management team and you should guide and train her properly. I highly doubt Raj's qualifications/ability as a manager who is supposed to lead the store. I strongly recommend you do mystery shoppers and you will see how she ruins the reputation of the company.

There is nothing not to love about this A & W. The food just gets better. A&W root beer is the best. We love taking our Hot Rod for a drive and meeting others on a Friday night here for a delicious, fun and safe Alcohol free evening!

My wife and I stopped by around noon on a weekday lunch. We ate in and ordered double teen burgers with regular and yam fries. The staff member who took our order was very friendly and efficient. Our food order was ready fairly quickly even with the steady stream of customers through the front door as well as the drive through. The burgers were fresh and tasted great. Unlike most other fast food businesses, it actually looked like the photos of the burger on the menu! A very nice lunch and would definitely return and recommend.

This has to be one of the biggest, most spacious A&W restaurants I have ever been! Food was fast and service was great when I visited. Social distancing measures are in place. I only got take out but would like to dine in here next time! Drive-thru also available at this location.

Don't get me wrong I love the food at A&W but maybe it's just this particular night (10/12) that it was missed.. I decided to go inside than drive thru and ordered 2 Teen Burgers and noticed that the person making the burger had no gloves on and was just using their bare hands handling the patty, veggies, etc. Maybe it is like this in fast food restaurants but it's different seeing it first hand and its a big NO for me. Due to this experience I won't be going to this location.

Came here on The Great Onion Ring Adventure with my bf. We travelled to 5 different fast food restaurants to compare the onion rings and crown a champion. (Thanks to GMM and their onion ring comparison making us hungry) A&W onion rings came in 1st and I almost forgot to take a photo because we dug in and they were so good we were devouring them. Perfect amount of crunch, great sized onions and the seasoning was perfect. Truly a 5 star onion ring.

This place has the nerve to charge $18.35 for a mozza burger, onion rings and a shake then can't get your order right and gives you cold fries instead of onion rings. Every single time I come here the fries are cold! Spend and extra 7 bucks and get a 3 course steak dinner at the keg!!!

I was so tired and hungry so i choose to go this A&w instead of MC’D but service was so poor. I ordered combo with onion rings but they gave me fries. I didn’t argue about it. I will never go to this A&W for sure.

We ordered one beyond meet burger and BLT Chicken burger online with Uber eats from this A&w restaurant just a few minutes ago. we ordered Beyond meet burger including Cheddar Cheese • Mayo • Lettuce • Tomato • Pickles • Red Onions • Ketchup • Mustard • A&W Seasoning • 7 Grain Bun . What we got was a beyond burger without any of the items above. only burger and cheese!!!! I asked not to include any bacon for my BLT chicken but the bacon was right in my burger. I had two bites and saw the bacon there. Unlike my order, there was No tomato in my burger. They didn't even read the order. I used to buy burgers from A&w stores, but now, I Completely dissatisfied with them. I attached the picture of my order and what we received!!!. Second picture is the bacon that i refused to eat!!! Super unimpressed

Love their chicken BLT but wished they offered a grilled version. Onion rings are great but you have to get them at the right time of day, sometimes have been sitting around under the heater for too long.

Management....please install an awning over your drive thru window so the inside of my car doesn't get soaked. Food is good though.

There is really only one place that I go if I have a hankering for onion rings. Yeah, that's right, I said "hankering'. A&W puts some actual magical fairy dust on their onion rings ... SO GOOD. The location on 200th has someone working the drivethru that makes me smile when I go through. They just go the extra mile to make the quick stop enjoyable.

I don’t eat out often but every once in a while I’ll treat myself to a Classic Breakfast at A&W on my way to work. The staff there is always pleasant, my breakfast is quick & I leave there with a smile. Great food, great value & great service!!! And the Whistle Dog is back!!!

A&W foods are great i love the mama burger with an extra onion and on a Friday evening you will get custom cars to walk around a digest your food

I ordered a pretty customized burger with fries and drink. Everything was fresh and just the way it was supposed to be. The manager at the till was amazing with great people skills.

Do not under any circumstances order the frozen rootbeer. It loons nothing like the pictures and it is so watered down that you cant even taste the root beer. It tastes like cold water that you put rootbeer ice cubes in it.

I get breakfast a couple times a week from the Langley 200th street location and my review is based on every one of my experiences there as not once have I had a bad experience. I have never had such a friendly, happy and professional interaction with any place I been. Thank you.

Was very impressed with the cleaning of the tables. It sounds funny. But not only are many fast food places disgusting and dirty but the children's high chairs are very nasty and seldom cleaned. Seems like the manager here cares about a clean environment. Which is good.. they had a staff member constantly cleaning the tables, high chairs and the dining area.

The food here is consistently good! They have the best onion rings, even over the A&W inside Willowbrook Mall next door, theirs are far too salty. Always correct orders, fresh and quick through the drive thru.

Ordered breakfast the English muffin was so soaked in oil the hashbrown was so saturated in fat and oil the coffee was subpar in flavor and lukewarm....is that how you serve breakfast??? Many years in bussiness and still don't know how to beat the competition?? Breakfast was so unhealthy skimpy just disgusting!! don't eat here 😝👎👎👎

Awesome service! The person (Jayme) who took our order at the drive thru was so nice! They were patient while we made up our minds and seemed to really enjoy their job. We paid our food and it was ready immediately and was piping hot. Such a nice experience. I sure hope everyone who worked that day is getting paid well!

Probably by far one of the best trained staff to all the A&W chain that we've been to. The management is definitely doing something right by hiring friendly staff. It makes you feel like you are eating at a restaurant and not a fast food chain store. I feel like the service is better than a lot of restaurants I've been to.

Good place to have a coffee and some snacks while focusing on your work at office. There are some special seating where you can charge your electronics as well. Most of the senior citizens come here to have a coffee and chat with their oldies.

I have to add their awesome breakfast. Very affordable and fresh. As well as their onion rings, mozza burgers, and chubby chicken. Makes this a go to place. When your rushed for time..for yummy fast food.

I order breakfast for delivery at least a couple times a month. I basically order the same thing everytime. Canadian plate, no bacon, extra sausage. But I seem to have a 50/50 chance of getting all bacon. I don't eat bacon, and I'm sick of receiving it. Somebody there obviously has literacy problems, doesn't care, or has the IQ of a barn yard animal. Dear Manager. Please find out which problem is theirs, and help them resolve it. Otherwise. 5 stars.

Went through drive through and was greeted by Dakota. They were incredible and so easy to understand. Straight on point, well put together and overall a super nice individual! I hope Dakota and the cooks who made our meal do well in life and stay jolly as ever!❤️

I hadn’t eaten all day (my fault) and it was like 12:15am. I get to the drive thru, order, and then at the window they said I can’t insert my card because they only accept tap. Since when does a restaurant only accept tap? How do they forget to tell me beforehand? Why would they only have one machine? My card doesn’t allow tap. Grave disappointment.

This is by far the best A&W anywhere in the lower mainland. I love having breakfast here. The morning staff is always so friendly and they remember you. Food is always fresh, bathrooms are always clean, the Tim Hortons across the street to learn something from these guys about cleanliness. Thank you very much A&W Langley for doing such an amazing job!!

It’s clean and convenient location but it not a true drive trough. I only ordered burger and yam fries with Cooke. There was no one ahead of me or behind me. They asked me to wait at the end of drive through which was strange , instead a parking space and then I think about 5 cars cane after me. Some just left as they didn’t want to wait and few line up behind me. I don’t understand what is the point of drive through when everyone need to wait ? It’s wants just me but every car that came after me.

Coffee was nice and hot. Wasn't the bottom of the pot either. Great deal right now $1 for any size. Did end up behind someone early in the morning who ordered food and waited atleast 5 minutes for my coffee. Will be back again before work in the morning.

They have really good burgers, onion rings, fries and root beer here.

One of the better A&W around Ice cold mug of Root Beer, fresh crispy onion rings , and the same tasting burger I tried 40 years ago. Who's to complain?

Fresh fast food. Just like most A&W drive thru. I don't like the paper straws they make the root beer taste odd and they fall apart after 15-20 mins, making it hard to enjoy the pop. Otherwise it is good and this A&W makes really good onion rings. Fresh hot and just the right amount of seasoning that doesn't always happen at other A&W's.

Hey Everybody, In case you haven't had the opportunity to visit this wonderful place, I am here to tell you that you just need to because you will be treated in a very kind and friendly way here. Especially with their Amazing staff members that work here. And their very multi talented in getting your orders right, the very first time. You just have to eat here. The staff here are Incredible and Super Amazing people too. The Staff members for the day shift are: Leslie, Annabelle, Raj, and Kyle, and Marshal comes in during the weekdays as well. It's my favorite place to eat at in Langley, B.C. Canada., and their coffee here is Simply Delicious. I always order my food and coffee here by asking them to make it a Fresh order, which means it will always be Hot. If it's not, they will happy to make a fresh order for you and they will also put on a Fresh pot of coffee for you as well. I really do like the wonderful staff here, that's why I keep coming back, because they're Genuine and Real. Leslie, is Amazing, and so is, Marshal, Raj, and Annabelle, and the cleaning staff is always quick to clear a table and to wipe it down quickly for other customers to sit at there as well. The young girl at the window was not only rude, but she tried to pass off some old, cold, soggy fries to me. Asking her for more ketchup and fresh fries seemed to really put her out. Also, when I inquired about the '59 burgers, whomever spoke to me through the intercom, couldn't speak English. Not enough napkins for big, sloppy burgers.

Raj is a new manager that starter about a year ago a I like her a lot more than the last manager (the last manager was fine but Raj is just super sweet) I came in today at 7am Jan.23.2021. I'm that guy that gets no tomatoes, onions, picked and also no cheese because I'm lactose intolerant. But she doesn't let you feel that she's getting frustrated at all or anything. They follow all covid-19 protocols. I have been coming here for 9 years+. Thanks A&W Canada for having great managers like Raj that make my order correctly with a big smile. Update: recently I met Lean and she is a great employee 👍
