I decided to celebrate my birthday at Cave after checking them out on Instagram and reading about the mineral bath birthday package on their booking page. As new parents my partner and I have had less time for us the past few months and the idea of someone else doing the prep work sounded wonderful. On their page it says that the experience comes with a decorated room and "Happy Birthday" written on the plate. I saw on Instagram videos of the big "Happy Birthday" balloons people got, as well as a box of goodies as a gift. Unfortunately for me my treatment was not what I saw advertised. I received no decorations or a cupcakes on a plate that said "Happy Birthday". They also say the experience comes with "bubbles". I'm not sure if they're meant to be alcoholic bubbles but I'm fairly certain I got apple juice. When I emailed to let them know how my experience was lacking I was told the reason I didn't get the decorated plate was because their stencil broke, but you'd think they could have made it up in another way. They didn't know why I didn't get decorations. They said they hoped I would return and give them another chance. It's very unlikely I'll be spending more money at this place when I didn't receive what was paid for in the first place. You'd think if you failed to provide what your customer paid for you would at least offer a discount for a follow up to make it up to them. Attached is a photo of what I did receive. You can compare it to a previous poster who had cupcakes and balloons.

Literally the best mineral bath experience. The staff was super friendly and excited when I went in. They give you gowns to change into. The mineral bath was great, complimentary strawberries covered in chocolate and drinks. It makes the whole experience so exquisite. Moreover, the relaxation room had a whole bunch of little treats as we booked the birthday addition. It was a nice little way to start our morning.

We went here for our anniversary, the staff were so nice, the place is really clean and aesthetically pleasing. Overall experience is very pleasing! Would 100% recommend

Tucked away paradise! Nothing but an amazing experience. I was treated to a birthday package by my partner and if you are looking for something to allow an important person in your life have a moment to stop, relax, and reset I highly recommend. I was greeted wonderfully by the friendly staff with tea. Mineral bath was incredible with refreshing drinks and a little sweet treat. The staff did everything to assure me that there was no rush and that this was my time to enjoy. I felt very special and I am so grateful for this experience and I can't wait to go back!

Cave is a wonderful location to choose for rmt massage along side other relaxation services. Kara is my usual and she does a spectacular job to the point where you can understand it's a merging of art, science and skill. I've had times I've been so relaxed that I've forgotten where my arms are and imagined/felt them floating in front of me (they were beside me). She is so good at getting into the locations that hurt and treating them carefully in a way that doesn't aggravate it further. If you have a chance to try the hot rock massage it's one of the more blissful experiences in life and very worth the upgrade. The mineral spa is also a great experience, warm water, nice smells and a dark cave environment really make the experience special! All in all come here!!!

If your ever looking to spend a relaxing day with your wife or girlfriend, I found this little hidden gem in Langley. Beautiful layout, high end spa. Staff was super personable, and very attentive. Thank you to Sheena and Taylor for making the experience memorable. And had an amazing massage by Shunya. You can tell that the owner has put there heart and soul into this place and will Definitely be going back. Highly recommend

My boyfriend and I love to come here for a date night. The staff is always amazing and I wish I remembered who I booked a massage with, she's also an esthetician but she was great. I fell asleep! I always feel so relaxed here and the girls at the front are always so sweet!!

Took my sister for a Couples Reconnect hydrotherapy in the Mineral Spa room. We had a lovely experience. Staff is friendly, establishment clean and beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend if you are looking for something relaxing in Langley to do! I will be returning with my husband.

Absolutely amazing place. I came with my girlfriend for the birthday epsom salt soak, it was an intimate and deeply relaxing experience. She was thrilled with the extra details: cupcake treat plate and tea, balloon, and gift box! Front desk staff was also very welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend.

30 min Mineral bath + 60 min couples massage was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Their little touches like the fresh fruit snacks, infused water, and the professional demeanor of our excellent practitioners. Thank you so much for a luxurious evening. Well worth it!

Wow, what a beautiful space, there's a very positive calming happy vibe in this place. I was offered a tea/coffee as I entered, taken to a very cool room with a large mandala mural on the wall, calm lighting, very high level of service from Camelia. Camelia was great, nurturing caring and had strong pressure, which I love in a massage! I had a second service with Karen which took me to a very deep place. I was exhausted when I came in and feel much lighter since my services a few weeks ago! See you all again soon :)

I booked a treatment for my husband and I for his birthday. Unfortunately he developed a cough the night before so I had to cancel due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. (We got tested after and luckily both came out negative). Cave still charged us the whole price of the treatment even though we had no choice but to cancel. Cave requires people who have symptoms to cancel their appointments but will still charge you the full price if cancel because of said symptoms. They suggested us to find friends to fill in our place but on a Saturday in the summer time, we couldn’t find anyone. Quite upset with the service here. Wouldn’t recommend

Just had the pleasure of experiencing the cave cure and it was a pleasure the staff was super friendly and inviting it was beautiful and every room was done with greenery all over the walls and the lighting and music were so soothing . I had a full hour back massage and let me tell you it was so great l felt like jello when she was done and next l had a facial one hour the works the product they use is all natural and it left my skin glowing l can't wait to go again

Just had a "body talk" session with Tammy. It was incredible! So intuitive and insightful. I've pursued personal growth for decades and this is something I had never tried. It was incredibly validating and liberating. I will definitely be booking another session and would highly recommend it!

Took my girlfriend here on a romantic date (“couples reconnect”) for her birthday. We were impressed! The lighting, bath and music was very relaxing. The chocolate covered strawberries and wine were amazing. Very accommodating to us as we are both gluten free (the treats were DELICIOUS). The staff were all informative and friendly. I’ve already recommended it to multiple people. Will be back again soon!

My mineral bath treatment was incredible. Plush robes, towels and slippers are provided. My friend & I spent about 20 minutes in the mineral bath treatment room. It's very relaxing in the hot bath where we enjoyed soothing music, nature sounds, twinkling-star lights overhead, and chromotherapy. After our treatment we were served a custom-blend Chakra tea with delicious treats while allowing our bodies to reap the benefits of the 100+ vitamins & minerals that were part of our treatment. We were very well taken care of. Everything and every space is very clean. Owners/hosts Melissa and Jordan are the most wonderful and gracious people. I can't wait to go back. I definitely recommend Cave Cure & Therapies - an oasis in the city. This is a one-stop-wellness-shop where you can book different types of therapies, treatments and counselling. The Cave is Langleys newest and unique gem.. First time I walked in I was blown away with the decor, cleanliness, with a bright and welcoming atmosphere...plenty of products and unique services to offer everyone from massages, spa services , to counseling.. Love the wooden ceiling!! The ample choices of fresh food/juices and coffee was a great addition to the friendly owners also.. I highly recommend you take a peek at the Cave.. 5 stars.

THE BEST! Espresso I have ever had! Cave Exlir Cafe in the Cave is fun, welcoming and a great place just to chill. So many yummy goodies too really cool vibe Langley needed this! Congrats :)

I think this is the future of wellness. I’ve now had two treatments with two different practitioners and both are at the highest level. And I like the vibe of the space, you walk in and you just feel the healing energies. I can’t wait to try out the mineral bath next.

A truly Phenomenal experience for my husband & I. We indulged in the Mineral Bath today & hours after, we are still feeling amazing. Greeted by the lovely Diane, Jordan & Melissa (they are all so inviting & kind), The bath was incredibly soothing, relaxing & peaceful. I loved being able to shut-out the stresses of the outside world, staring up at the twinkly stars above us & surrounded by candlelight. Afterwards, we dressed in comfy robes & slippers. We were given a private room, complete with calming & tranquil lighting, seating & music. Upon entering our couples room, we were pleasantly surprised with a pot of delicious Chakra tea & delightful, sumptuous treats. The atmosphere & amazing people here have confirmed that we are now, “Cave Lifers ♥️” We plan to book the mineral bath again, followed by massage. There are also a plethora of treatments we cannot wait to have, including their workshops which ALL look amazing! Thank-you for such a wonderful 1st experience!

Amazing massage from Camilia in a beautiful room. Great atmosphere in the clinic with an awesome living wall, cafe bar (authentic Americano), and comfortable sitting area. Friendly and helpful staff - five stars!!

I work next door at the escape room and I went in a couple days ago for the first time. The people working there are so sweet and so wonderful. I went in not knowing what it was and the girl offered to show me around. She also made me a delicious tea latte, when I went in today the man working there made me the same thing and it was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere makes you feel happy and the staff are great. Wonderful for some nice treats and coffees.

I booked a mineral bath with a couple massages afterward for my girlfriend and myself. The whole experience was more relaxing than I could have expected and we were both very impressed. The massage therapists were very professional and went above and beyond with giving tips on different things we can do to help problem areas on our back. I had no idea that there was such a unique little spot that had this kind of treatment that is as close as Langley. We didn't just leave feeling relaxed but rejuvenated.

Booked in Valentines Day package with my husband. The overall experience was “meh” given the nearly $400 bill. Husband liked his aromatherapy massage. My massage was more like an RMT massage and I’m sore now today. I’d never been in the mineral bath before but probably won’t return. The baths were very clean and ambiance was nice. Staff were lovely and kind. However, for me personally the temperature was far too hot for a 1 hour soak. If I had known it was basically a hot tub experience I wouldn’t have booked because sitting in 33 degree water for 1 hour is too long. Usually I would go into a hot tub for 10 minutes max. My husband had to sit up on the side several times to cool off because he felt sick. I would recommend to Cave to offer to reduce temperature, and build in somewhere guests can sit on the edge that’s comfortable. Also no simple way to get into the tub as there are no stairs in or a ledge to step into so I was worried about slipping in so had to get down on my butt on the edge and slide in. In the dark a little unnerving. Music was nice. Drinks and treats and gift at the end was lovely. Got a beautiful rose at the end. The package was a nice touch but I’d just recommend those changes for the tub and speak to the massage technicians about ensuring they give a relaxation massage

Me and my husband went in for the Couples Reconnect Mineral Spa Experience. and we absolutely LOVED it! Super clean, the bath was so hot and felt really nice and relaxing. Quite and private space, would highly recommend it!

The location is nice but they don’t have enough therapists working and the first occasion they canceled which I understood because their had been a family crisis but I was told they’d make up with it which to be honest they failed at. Booked the second chance on our anniversary for both my wife and I to get treatments and they only booked in one Maseus, I had to go to elsewhere while my wife had her massage. We had the mineral bath afterwards and it was luke warm, which they said was normal, if that’s the case they should say something about that ahead of time because I’d have opted out. I think they need to hire more therapists and less front staff because they were pretty laid back about the whole thing being mediocre. I hope that they see this constructive criticism and work towards making their space better because it could be so much more. I hope they work towards this.

Amazing experience. After checking in we were taken to a relaxation room where we left our belongings and taken to our massage from there. The music in the room was relaxing but I found the room a bit too bright and it was cold. My bed wasn’t heated however my friend said her bed was heated and she wasn’t cold. We both got a full body massage but my feet didn’t get any attention, my friends feet did. They used a nice cream with a lite scent which was really nice. My skin felt very smooth after. After the massage we were then taken to the mineral/salt bath. There was some sparkling juice and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us and we got to spend 45 minutes soaking. It was magnificent. We went back to the relaxation room to find tea, Happy birthday cup cakes, a little fruit platter, balloon and a gift for my bday. All and all it was a great day, beautiful facility, great staff and felt very relaxed leaving the spa. Definitely would recommend and will go back.

Wonderful experience, this was my first massage and me and my boyfriend both had a wonderful time. The mineral soak was also beautiful and so relaxing, the little snacks and drinks they provide you with are so good. Definitely will be back thank you guys for a wonderful experience!

My visit started with a massage from Jessica - she was great. She made me feel comfortable and she was very knowledgeable about my frozen shoulder and provided tips for me. Then I had the mineral bath. At first I was disappointed because I thought it was supposed to be an hour but learned at it's an hour experience - half an hour in the mineral bath/hydrotherapy and half an hour for tea, treats, relaxation. Honestly half an hour was enough for me in the bath. It was super lovely, I just have a problem relaxing lol.

Lovely experience! Booked the mineral pool and massage for two, there was a bit of a bumpy start when our scheduled appointment time came and went without anyone updating us what was going on. Turns out the guests ahead of us left late so we had to wait longer. The staff are very pleasant and friendly, offering tea and light snacks before we started and in the wait time between. Lovely rooms and peaceful music.

I just had a massage with Jessica and it was amazing. I have had serious pain in my back/shoulders for 15+ years that I just thought I had to live with. I’ve tried everything including IMS and ultrasound but nothing worked until today. After my treatment with Jessica my range of motion is significantly improved and I already feel less pain! Great cafe. Opened just recently but their pastries and teas are very tasty, lots of gluten free options. Very friendly staff. There's a therapy clinic as well, which is what we came in to see but haven't used yet. The staff was knowledgable however and we'll be going back to check out their therapeutic options too. The cafe decor was very unique and is worth the trip alone. The owner did most of the work himself and the attention to detail really shows.

A different kind "Date Night" My wife and I had a great time last night @ cave therapies! the Mineral bath and hydrotherapy was exactly what we needed to chill out after a hard week, from the minute you walk in to the end everyone was so pleasant and really trying to make your experience outstanding, the tea and deserts at the end was perfect to cap off a very chilling experience, if you need to relax after a hard day or week! we would highly recommend. If you're not relaxed by the end of the evening?? there is no hope for You LOL!

Went today for the first time and am utterly impressed, right from the call yestetday the staff went above and beyond to service our needs. We both had simultaneous deep tissue masssages, which I've never had with such positive and lasting results. Followed the massages up with a mineral bath accentuating the massages, leaving both of us in a euphoric state of complete relaxation. After the bath, a special birthday treat for her finishing off our visit perfectly. Booked our next visit before leaving, thank you to all for everything.....definitely a regular occurence from here on in. James

I had a wonderful experience at cave therapies. I was treated by a lovely friendly person, had a luxurious mineral bath and a great massage with Michelle. It was a perfect start to the year. I have already booked my next appointment!

I found this clinic while driving by and I’m so glad I did. It was the best massage I’ve had. The atmosphere is amazing and that really helped the experience. I will be making this my regular RMT place to visit. 10/10 would recommend!

Cave has a variety of services at a variety of price points. Whether you need clinical support or some pampering, Cave has it all. It's the kind of spa like atmosphere for a wellness centre you'd expect in LA or downtown Vancouver. I have tried a variety of their services and yet to be disappointed. I will continue to go back and try new services and treatments!

I have had 2 services with Karen at Cave and she is amazing! I booked a full 2 hour Reiki session with her, and started with a 20 min soak in the mineral pool (which is such a treat with the twinkling star roof and lovely decor and candles). She began with some guided imagery which relaxed me even further, and worked on energy blocks in my body. I had been feeling very scattered and ungrounded, and after my session I was completely relaxed and centered, and over the next several days I continued to feel this way. It helped me so much. Karen is very warm and kind, and clearly knows her energy work. I also booked a CCMBA/CCSMC treatment--Complete Cellular Mind Body Alignment treatment. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was also very relaxing. This treatment is mostly lying on a mat with my head supported by Karen. I experienced some kind of shift in my body--very interesting. I have been feeling fantastic. I love this kind of work, and I really feel Karen has helped me when I was feeling a lot of anxiety and stress. I also attended a meditation class that she led, which used guided imagery as well, and it was a simply beautiful way to spend an hour. I would recommend Karen for anyone interested in energy work and soul healing. :-)

Do it now, you will not regret it!

I bought the package that Cave used to have for 4 mineral baths for 2 people. It was a great price and was very excited. 2 out of our 4 visits we didn't get tea/treats - which is unfortunate since it was advertised. One of the visits the gentleman that was working let us stay a little longer in the spa as we were the last appointment of the day. The bath itself was very nice. the water temperature never really got to the warmth that I was hoping for. I believe the original price for the couples mineral bath was more appropriate for what is provided. I will not be coming back due to the almost double increase of the price.
