Horrible service! Ordered via Uber but for some reason the staff couldn't make sure that a straw was sent with the order. Can't drink the bubble tea without straw so I pretty much got cheated out of my money for this purchase. I called in and spoke to Gavin(?). He did absolutely nothing to help other than to say "oh well, guess there's nothing that can be done." Avoid this place. They don't care about their customers so spend your money where they appreciate you.

I have gone to many Sharetea locations and throughly enjoyed their variety of teas while customer service was okay. But this location's staffs were on an another level of disrespectful. They are not friendly at all and when I asked a question, they answer back in an annoyed tone. I thought that this was perhaps a one day thing and that it was okay since they could have been tired. I came again another day and the service was just as bad. The staffs do not show care towards customers and lack a general sense of customer service skills. I don't know how they got hired but the management should take better consideration when choosing their employees and training them.

I ordered a Hokkaido Pearl Milk Tea, normally I'm not much of a tea drinker but this was the absolute bomb. Ice wasn't overkill, wasn't overly sweet (for my taste at least), and the price for a large was fairly reasonable with how much you got. By the time my tea was done, there was still extra pearls which I absolutely loved. They were really quick with my order, waited maybe a total of 2 1/2 minutes. Honestly my new favourite place for bubble tea.

Got an $8 drink only for the coconut milk to taste expired and for it to become seperated within 15 minutes of receipt. Not the experience I’m used to at ShareTea. Tried to exchange for a new one (I had my receipt and original drink) and was told “no refund”. I was trying to exchange, not refund. But I certainly won’t ever buy from any ShareTea store ever again with that attitude and scammy service. EDIT: They were very quick about refunding me via e transfer within 24 hours of me posting this review. I moved my original rating from one star to three stars to reflect this service.

I have had 2 of the chocolate chip bubble teas. They are delicious and just the right size and sweetness. I don't want the chocolate chips, so they give me extra boba pearls instead. So yummy! Thank you, I'll be back!

First time to try at this location which the tea were all good as other locations but I wasn't happy with the service. They should be more friendly and helpful. No smile, nothing and when I asked for the bag because I ordered 3 drinks which I can't carry all cause I also had a lot of stuffs and toddlers so can't trust them to carry drinks. She just looked at me like what?? I had to ask a couple times for her to give me a bag. So I don't feel welcome here when you weren't busy at all. I love the one close to Guildford mall because they were so nice and the best customer service there. I won't go back, not only one bubble tea shop I can visit

I like the mango green tea without sugar and 30% ice with pearls. It is refreshing and not that sweet, it's just the right taste.

I used to live in the area about 2 years ago when this location just opened and although the store was still new, I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of this location. I was also happy being at the first Sheratea with diversity of all races. The staff were so helpful and when my niece dropped her drink, they cleaned it up and made a new one. It was one of the best experience I had. I came to visit this location again a few days ago when I visited my niece and was shocked with how much the place have changed. First of all, the staff were incompetent and very rude. They did not give a care, were on their phones the majority of the time and did not take the time or effort to create an experience. It also appeared that the diversity was nonexistent. Not a single POC. It seems that whoever took management was not only racist but had terrible taste when hiring or training employees. Will not be coming here again.

I went to pickup the bubble tea that were ordered in advance this morning. There was a female employee working there, and negative energy came out just by looking at it. As expected, the attitude of preparing the order and treating the guests was very rude, and I experienced that the manners for the guests were not prepared at all. When I asked for something like this, she was busy rationalizing herself first, and couldn't see any reflection on her actions. Does the owner of this place know that negative employees are like silverfish in the closet and ruin the business? I feel bad all day.

The girl makes good tea there. Winter melon is my favourite. Good stuff.

We love Share Tea. I was diagnosed with Breast cancer this year, and this was our treat on our way home from our doctors appointments many, many times. So delicious and always amazing! We love Share Tea!

yummy bubble tea with lots of great selection! ive read a copious amount of reviews saying that the staff's service was bad, but i dont rlly mind as im not a fan of small talk myself 🙈 and as long as you know what you want, i dont think it's a problem if theyre not "overly friendly" !! favourite bubble tea restaurant chain!

was craving some boba so i went to sharetea (sep 3, 2023 at 5:45). now i understand that they are about to close, but the barista was just chatting with another staff member filling up syrups and didn’t notice i was there until i shouted “excuse me” to them - i only realised there was a bell, placed further away from the cashier until after i ordered. the barista then proceeded to yell something at one of the other staff about not noticing customers and then came over with no smile, no greeting, and an annoyed look. they didn’t tell me there was an extra charge for getting half pearls half lychee jelly in a drink that came with pearls already… (which isn’t extra charged at other locations!) i feel bad for the guy getting yelled at honestly.

I ordered 3 Pearl Milk Tea with pudding, but when I received it, it was taro milk tea and only have pudding in it. When I asked the staff and they agreed to add pearl for us but we have to pay for it. The staff were very rude too

I ordered a milk tea and I didn't realize it would come in a child size cup. For $8 I would it expect it to be regular sized. Very overpriced. I wouldn't come here again.

This is the best bubble tea shop nearby. Customer service was great! Nice flavors and variety of bubble tea. The taste is perfect, Classic milk tea is the best!

I am only leaving this review for the customer service I received at this location. I did not get a chance to try their bubble tea here at this location because the worker refused to let me substitute from Oolong tea to green tea for my strawberry tea drink. The worker noted while jokingly laughing that it was against policy, when I have always switched fruit tea’s from Oolong to green tea at all other Share tea locations. Just moved to Langley and wanted this share tea to be my bubble tea spot, but I will not be returning.

I’m a regular at other ShareTea locations in Vancouver but so far for this store, I have only ordered through UberEats. Our bubble tea orders have been delicious! I recommend the Okinawa Milk Tea with Pearl for those who love a rich milk tea and their mojito series for those who prefer a refreshing, fruity drink. I am giving them a 4 star rating at this time as I would need to see how their service is in store. Happy to have a ShareTea in Langley!

Always get their Oolong creama. Love it.

Not the usual generic flavours. Lots of specialty bubble tea drinks. Wait can be a little long when they're busy. They're in the mall after all so have a little patience.
