Cashiers are rude. This is a holiday place. They can be nice. So, the meal queue is too much crowded because the service is too slow. They served just ready food. It's not a fine dining restaurant. Please check there. The worst google customer star restaurant inside of tropical island.

Very poor quality of food and not a good option for school groups even though it’s the only option for schools…

Fast Food mit gehobenem Niveau und gehobenen Preisen, trifft es in etwa. Die Pizzen sind toll, die Burger ebenfalls. Aber beides eben zum Restaurantpreis bei komplettem self-Service. Dass man dann auch nur konfektioniertes Essen bekommt (bei Burger und Co sind die Pommes obligatorisch), bietet sich auch keine Chance zum Sparen mehr - und da man im Tropical Island praktisch für alles zahlt, wäre das schon ganz gut. Wenn man dann aber beim Burger bemerkt, dass noch nicht einmal alle Zutaten drauf sind (einer der drei Burger hatte wohl keine Tomate verdient), ist das leider auch nicht so sehr toll.

Its okay food if you got small kids. However the serving could be improved.....i stood in line for 20 minutes because the dish washer apparently was making the pasta dished. (no joke) He could only make one at time...As soon as the regular staff took ever dishes flew out of the kitchen

Wir kamen ohne jegliche Erwartungen an gutes Essen. Da nicht viel los war, wurde die Pizza frisch gemacht und geschmacklich hat sie uns schon geschmeckt. Die Preise sind für komplette Selbstbedienung und dennoch mindere Qualität viel zu hoch, wie eben bei allen Speisen und Getränken im Tropical Island.

Very expensive and bad taste, I had to try many dishes cause there are not a lot of options in Tropical island. Very pricy and bad service. Food looks old and without any side dish so I ordered fries for extra. I ordered half a chicken and they only put it in a plate without anything else, it was very dry and the taste was horrible.

Very tasty pizza, but the currywurst was awful and barely eatable. The staff had trouble with English.

The food is comparatively expensive. But inside of Tropical Islands it leaves you no choice but to dine in. We have been eating lunch and diner at the Mondial Food Court several times. I recommend you to ask for "chrusty" and "well-cooked" meals. The stuff does not understand much german but is very kind and will grant you every extra wish and special preparation. All in all the burger, noodles, pizza and fries such as pork and chicken meals are kind of dry and seem pre-cooked and just warmed. Often, meals are served cold. I recommend to wait for a dish to be sold out and then take your chance to order a fresh meal.

Reviews aren't fair to this place. Yes, it's a cafeteria type restaurant with food that's more expensive than if you were to get it somewhere else. But for a place like tropical island that's perfectly acceptable. The burgers are good, as are the chicken nuggets and fries. I also recommend the pizza. Pasta portions are a bit small so I never got any. Don't listen to the haters, give this place a chance! Edit: I revised my rating because I want the average star count to go up. In "the wild" I would say 3/5, but considering the fact that tropical island has limited options, I'm amending it to be 5/5

Mein Kind wollte gerne einen Burger mit Zwiebeln aber die Kinderburger gibt es damit nicht. Auf Nachfrage das Sie ja einen neuen machen kann, bekam man als Antwort das keine Zwiebeln verfügbar waren. Sie wollte mir ernsthaft erzählen das es nirgends etwas gibt....Sehr fragwürdig...hintergrund war dann wohl der das Sie die Burger weg haben wollen die schon länger in der Ablage liegen...Sehr sehr schade. Allgemein war das Essen eher Durchschnitt und viel zu teuer für die Qualität...

das mit ABSTAND schlechteste Essen, für das ich jemals Geld bezahlt habe!

Very expensive, Very low quality food. Better eat junk food, than food prepared here.

Pasta with pesto was way too salty and I’d rather eat Dr Oetker’s pizza than what was served here.

I got a cheeseburger, and it was undercooked, and tasted terrible. I spend 9,90€ for it, and didn’t eat it. The fries are soaked in oil, theres more oil than potato, I don’t recommend going there, the other restaurants are much better.
