Die Bedienung war nett und freundlich, es gab eine große Auswahl an Eissorten. Leider hat es meinen Geschmack nicht getroffen. Daher nur 3 Sterne.

Terrible service, very rude behavior and ice cream was tasteless. I asked for a Cup for my kid, lady asked for 30 cents extra. Never ever again.

Ladies and gentleman I officially present to you Berlins worst customer service shop. The lady that’s serving you has no mask on and is spreading her germs all over all the ice cream flavors. And for a little extra you might even get to see her sneeze over your ice cream

Ice-cream should be the reason for happiness but not the reason for sadness. It’s simply the most disappointing ice-cream ever! The portion is super small and it doesn’t worth this price at all.

Anti sanitary: they serve wafflecones with icecream and take/give money with the same bare hands, no gloves or napkin what so ever. After mentioning it to the employee, that it is not healthy, the reaction was just ignorance. To top it up the tiramisu icecream was rather watery than creamy. There are better choices for icecream places around!

Tasteless

Das schlechteste Eis was ich in den letzten Monaten gegessen hatte. Leider schon mal angetaut und kaum Geschmack.

A covid bomb! On a sunny day with a big queue the guy did not use mask, gloves touching money and cones with his bare hands, clapping to get attention of the costumer asking to decide on the spot on the flavors. I would not be surprised if the authorities closed this place.

Visited today. Busy day due to hot weather. Really bad hygiene, even during covid. Taking money from customers with bare hands and then touching with the same hands the ice cream cones and serving them to you. Also bad attitude, not allowing the customer some time to think which flavors they want and making faces. On top, the icecream is not creamy at all.

War jetzt 3x dort. Jedes Mal war das Eis lecker und die Bedienung soweit freundlich. Ausgehend von meiner Erfahrung kann ich den Laden bedenkenlos empfehlen.

The ice cream 😋here was absolutely delicious — creamy, rich, and full of flavor! Enjoying it in such perfect weather made the experience even better. A great spot to treat yourself and relax. Highly recommended!

Freundlichkeit beim Personal muss definitiv noch geschult werden. Eis ist geschmacklich sehr verbesserungswürdig, da wurde an vielem gespart. Auch wird nicht gefragt, welche Sorten man in seinem Becher haben möchte, es wird einfach etwas fertig gemacht. Auch die Größe der Kugeln könnte kundenfreundlicher ausfallen. Einmal da gewesen, reicht fürs Leben. Dann lieber Fertig-Eis aus dem Discounter...

Eis ist qualitativ schlecht, tut euch selber den Gefallen und geht schräg gegenüber ein besseres Eis essen.

Neuer Besitzer aber perfektes Eis! Für mich das beste Cookies Eis, was ich bisher gegessen habe. Da ich kein Fan von zu viel Sahne im Eis bin, fallen viele Eisdiele bei mir raus. Die Mischung ist hier einfach perfekt. Für alle Leute die Cookies mögen: Hier seit ihr im Paradies 😄

leckeres Eis Sehr freundliche Bedienung Ich komme bald wieder

Freundliche Bedienung, doch leider hat das Bananeneis nach längerer Zeit immer mehr nach vergammelten Bananen geschmeckt, zudem hat das Walnusseis ziemlich künstlich geschmeckt. Sie sparen offensichtlich an Zutaten, und das spürt man auch, beide Sorten schmeckten mehr nach Wasser, mit Geschmacksstoffen und Zucker, und es ist einfach nicht so ein gutes Geschmackserlebnis, wie ~50m weiter. Ziemlich enttäuschend ehrlich gesagt, denn für den ersten Eindruck, kommt alles erstmal gewöhnlich, wenn nicht, sogar ziemlich positiv im Vergleich zu den anderen eisdielen vor. 2 Sterne und nicht 1 Stern, denn die Bedienung war ziemlich sympathisch.
