I had the best experience today and will definitely be returning!! I came in to get some more information on getting a lip flip done and was able to meet with Diana on the spot. She was kind, funny, and super helpful throughout the whole process!! I even got a same day appointment for about 10 minutes after I came in. I love the results already and I would recommend young med spa to everyone!!

I have a fear of needles & years ago I had a terrible experience at another site and never went back. I decided after all these years to give it a try again. I went to the Lansdale office & boy what a completely different experience! The staff was so warm & welcoming. Everything was explained step by step & the Nurse Practioner was SOOOO gentle, that I felt NO pain at all! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Absolutely exceeded ALL of my expectations! I will definitely be back for other treatments!

I recently received RHA fillers for the nasolabial folds and marionette lines. While I was incredibly nervous as a first time patient, the staff was amazing at making me comfortable and relaxed with great communication and bedside manner. I am so happy with the results and I wish I had done it sooner! Brielle, Dr. McGinley and Diana were all amazing. Thank you!

I wanted fillers but not my lips. I wanted the area between my nose and mouth. Apparently the lips have to be a part of that. It wasn’t explained at the consult. I proceeded, but would never do that again. All the lines are still there and I can’t properly eat my food or apply lipstick as my upper right lip is still numb. Super nice staff though.

At Young Medical Spa customer service isn't bad. But the lip filler results is very poor it's double zero is really waste of money. It was unsuccessful. Young Medical Spa wants customer money...

Very comfortable and actually pleasant experience. Dr. Young is extremely knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and warm! He has it all in my opinion… A bonus to Dr. Young is his experienced team which is critical to every good Dr’s outcome! I’ve not yet had a facial CO2 procedure done yet… but I’ve been here a couple of times for the preceding consults and even skin care treatment before the procedure is done, which is a very important step for laser therapies, and one that I have come to understand not everyone in this profession does! I am very confident and grateful moving forward with Dr.Young, and looking forward to this! I am pretty darn good at routing out the good from the bad or even in between… And I’m saying… so far… all great here with Dr. young AND his team! *** UPDATE following TOTALFX CO2 procedure done by Dr. Young… Again, and even more impressed with all the professionalism, knowledge, and support I continue to receive. The effects of this procedure will not begin to show for a few months… and from all I have researched, it will only get better as time passes, but I am so happy I decided to do this! The type of heart and professionalism of Dr. Young’s staff/girls… Was an extra bonus… each and everyone of them! Believe me… While I am aging, and my skin is declining and being one who is very careful with what I do in regards to maintaining as much youth as I can in the process… I know I picked the right place With Dr. Young and his amazing team!

Second time visiting this location for a Groupon botox (20 units). They met my needs and expectations. Visit was maybe 15 minutes. Great staff. So I used to get more units, but discovered less gives me the same results. I've had a couple frustrating experiences with injectors: 1. Disagreeing with 20 units being enough. It won't work, I will be dissatisfied, etc. 2. Insisting 20 units must be injected all in one area (20 units in glabella, crows feet, or upper forehead ONLY) 3. Refusing to spread units in areas I desired despite my forehead muscles not being symmetrical (During a sale, I bought 10 units I hoped to use for a touch up. Went to Young's Wilkes Barre location and was told that wasn't possible and must be evenly injected). I tried the Lansdale location since I've been disappointed finding a med spa I feel comfortable with. The patient/client experience is what I value most. Anyway I was surprised when I wasn't told differently on just 20 units, AND that the units go where needed - which isn't evenly across. Wasn't pushed into other services, however my first visit they spent time questioning my esthetic desires.

All the staff here are kind, patient and very knowledgeable. They truly listened when I spoke and I never once felt rushed.They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. Even when I had a question the next day, I was able to talk to the Doctor instantly. I am now five days after my procedure and I am feeling great. Out of all the places I could have gone, I am truly happy I choose Young Medical Spa.

My hydra facial was amazing! My face feels so wonderful afterwards and even the next day. I can tell it truly did something! My face seems brighter and more plump, which is what I asked for! Whitney always does a great job, she is professional, knowledgeable and personable. Can’t wait to get another facial!

I've been so pleased with the Botox and fillers I've received at Young Medical Spa in Lansdale. They know exactly what I need based on our consults - the staff know the exact approach to treat me - without over-doing it. People will look at me and see something's different, but they're not sure what. The difference appears subtle to others while it's so substantial to me. The staff, ie : Vanessa, Natasha, Kelly, Diana (along with everyone I've failed to mention) are all so friendly and helpful. I've just scheduled my fourth appointment and I can't wait! First time experience and definitely not my last! These beautiful ladies made me feel so comfortable and less anxious about trying Botox out. It was painless and I’m already loving my results! Vanessa made me feel at ease and I really love how she explained everything step by step! All her ladies working there are so nice Kelly, Whitney and Natasha. Can’t wait to come back in the spring!

My botox actually took this time! I was a little skeptical after my last Injection (different place) because I didn't see good results. I'd love to come back next time in town.
