The food was fresh and delicious and even though it was busy we had fast service. I ordered the cheesecake Belgium waffle. I went back a second time and got the strawberry cheesecake French toast. The French toast option is AMAZING

Very busy place. Walked in it was 2 other families ahead of us. I asked how long the wait he said 10 minutes 😒 in my head I was like yea ok. We waited 15 minutes 😱 not long at all. Seating was pretty quick for a busy restaurant. Restaurant was clean. Service was great. Golden bear is a pricey restaurant. I ordered the Philly steak omelette add spinach with jalapenos on the side, avocado, side of wheat toast and cheese grits. I also ordered the crab cakes small but delicious. My nephew ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie which wasn't blended well turned out to be a regular drink. He ordered a Philly steak omelette with cheese grits and strawberry banana waffle. I went to the restroom it was clean but I had a hard time with the automatic soap dispenser and paper towels. They also have a police on duty so don't go there on BS. By time I went back to the table all the food was there😱 quick service everything was delicious. Gratuity is automatically. My bill was $81 😭 never paid that much for breakfast but it was good. I left a satisfied customer.

If you were looking for a sign telling you to try them, this is your sign. Go there! I love breakfast and they do breakfast well. Even the orange juice is amazing. It tastes like a real orange. I’ve dined at this establishment more times than I should admit and I’ve never been disappointed. There’s always enough to take home as well. Don’t wait, make haste on your journey to this cute restaurant.

Incredibly charming and clean place for breakfast/lunch. The crepes outta this world and you have many choices in either sweet OR savory category. The meat lovers skillet was incredible. We both had so much food leftover we boxed up and had for lunch on our road trip continuing across the midwest. Highly recommend!

This breakfast place is the bomb everything is SUPER CLEAN AND NEAT. The food was amazing 👍🏾 We had apple pancakes cinnamon roll French toast, garden omelette, meat lovers omelette and the grits are so creamy 👍🏾 The coffee comes in a tall mug which is two cups. The man came around with a cordless vacuum I've never seen that before they don't play about this restaurant being clean it's so clean you can eat off the floor😳🤣I'm definitely coming back here if I could give this restaurant 100 stars I would 👍🏾

One of the best breakfast restaurants within a 5 mi radius of Lansing! Portion sizes are fantastic, staff is super friendly.

PHENOMENAL!! Came up from LA (Lower Alabama) and decided to stop here for breakfast on our way back home. Hands down beats any of your retail breakfast places! We had the Mexico City skillet and the Golden Bear omelette, potato casserole, strawberry cheesecake french toast, blueberry cheesecake pancakes and it was ALL delicious! Wish we had one of these back home!! When we find ourself back up here we will most definitely be returning!

Fast seating, fast service. Relaxing vibe. The food was good. I loved my Fruity Pebbles pancake, eggs and potatoes with a side of fresh fruit. I got the Mango smoothie. it was Real fruity.
