When we first moved in, it was not to bad but after the first year it became HORRIBLE. Management, up keep, staff, tenants, it all went downhill. Maintenance half fixed EVERY work order we requested, staff who was named Carla always answered the phone when I needed to speak to a manager was HORRIBLY rude and disrespectful. On our move out day she even had an attitude with me. Janet had her moments as well. I do not recommend living here until the management changes. Apartments inside was not to bad, spacious for the price and location which was my reason living here. But the neighbors were another story. Loud music blasting on their patio, another neighbor yelled numerously and daily in the hallways to his guest, just no courtesy for others. Riverfront apartments also need a bit of updating and monthly bug prevention as a lot of spiders and insects were in the doorways and hallways at time. I sprayed my apartment and exteriors with raid and did not see many but outside my house it was a few especially during the summers. Overall, I will never think twice about living here again and I would not recommend living here.

I have not lived here long, but it's a very nice place to live. I'm in the senior high rise. I wasn't sure about being so far up yet the views are wonderful. The ball park had fire works last Friday night, it was wonderful, almost like you could reach out and touch them. Just about everything I need is right here or they will get me there.

I just moved away from Riverfront Apartments after living here for a year due to needing more space now that I work from home. I had an excellent experience. The price of rent can't be beat for the location ($600 for a 1 bedroom with a riverfront view) - note that these prices may change. The maintenance staff were always incredibly helpful and keep the landscaping looking beautiful. They have a weekly cleaning staff who comes to clean the common areas once per week. I also had a positive experience working with the Property Manger. The apartment was spacious and very clean when I moved in. I loved the location right on the River Trail. I did have to be on a waiting list for a few months before I could move in, so if you're interested - be prepared to wait a little bit. Pros: View, location, price, friendly neighbors, amenities (coin laundry, gym, and pool) Cons: Corporate outdated pet policy (cats need to be declawed - I would encourage corporate office to redo this policy as it is cruel to the animal to be declawed), not the thickest walls so it can be easy to hear neighbors sometimes (this is beyond the property manager's control so I don't mean this as an insult to them). EDIT: Corporate has updated their pet policy! YAY! Cats no longer need to be declawed. :-)

I moved here two years ago this coming June and I have experienced nothing but great customer service and attention to requests of all kinds. The maintenance crew has a challenging job keeping everything up and they succeed. The property always looks great, all lawn areas and parking lot. I really love the wide parking spaces. I definitely feel safe here and the neighbors are very friendly.

I have lived here next to the Towers for over 8 years. I can fully rest, entertain, be myself. Any issue I have Riverfront fully takes care of. You can count on the partnership between the leasing office & maintenance!

We lived here for 4 years and absolutely loved the experience. First of all, what a location. It gives you direct access to the Lansing River Trail for biking, hiking and kayaking and to all the events in down-town and old town. The apartments are clean, well maintained and the rental office is responsive and responsible. Definitely recommend!

Riverfront was our home for more than 4 years until we have our own. The apartment is spacious, affordable, and well- maintained. It is a wonderful location for enjoyable walk in the evening and many special events in downtown areas. Special shout-out to management team, especially the manager Mrs. Furr and the maintenance team for always listening to the tenants’ concern and solving related issues in timely manner. We enjoyed our time staying there.

I've lived here now for 1.5 yrs. I have 2 tiny Chihuahuas ESA registratered. I love living here. I have most things I need right here. The dog walking area is great, they even offer a fenced in area for off leash. It's generally quite, unless there's a Lugnuts game going on. People are friendly. Even with the shelter across on Larch I've never had any problems with the homeless or anyone else. There are activities and evena Fresh Fruit and Veggie Mobile Market that comes. I recommend this place highly.
