Do not move here. The housing they offer will backlash on you horribly, the apartments mold very quickly, and they have a lack of response and reacting to maintenance. Each year a new manager takes over. I don’t blame them, these apartments are terrible to manage. So much problems to take care of.

When u have a issue with something in the apt they havent came and fixed my faucet its been over a month. The maintance people suck.....

Horrible place to live, management will retaliate against you for standing up for your rights as a tenant, they will try to change your locks on you, they will enter your unit without permission, they hire maintenance men that smoke meth and steal your medication and money. They have no respect for tenant rights or landlord responsibilities. They are a major lawsuit waiting to happen. Do not move here, it will either be retagged soon or sued to the point of being sold or shut down. They harass and intimidate tenants into leaving if they express their rights. Edit: our buildings are now pink and red tagged. Do not move here it is a scam!

Need fix apt have mood in the apt we move out become it do not get fix we all way get sick all the all time and not have r kids at the apt the door do not work not good Apt

They have a lot of mice issues and they don't fix anything also the office is never opened.

I want to say 1st the land Lord Trys her very best and deserveds a pay rises big time from her boss. But These buildings are falling apart every apartment has at least one or more thing wrong with them. Like one might have bedbugs, or mice, rats, Nats, fleas, black mold, and or have a crazy neighbor. So far I have had problems with bedbugs, black mold bathroom tube leaking,kitchen sink backing up crazy neighbor above me and under me. The landlord Trys her best to keep everyone happy she had to deal with maintenance that don't have a clue half the time what they are doing the tall white guy dose his best but the dark skin guy I swear he is just lazy or just doesn't have a care and Ineeds to be fired. These apartments need to be eather torn down or gutted and have everything redone also have a washer and dryer in every building that works right and every one has a key for I found out when these building had one people would live in there or use the washer and dryer as a bathroom

Now. I don't live here. But I delivered food here. And it looks sorta like a post apocalyptic standard of living. Literally had 3/4 pallets just on the sidewalk and grass and by the dumpsters there were 2-3 couch's a couple recliners and a smashed up TV. Kinda looks like a homeless camp. This place should definitely be investigated by the state. Whatever they're charging to live there. It's too much.

I moved into the complex and instantly caught covid the units are not cleaned before given to you if they have been vacant for and extended amount of time terrible communication from the office would not recommend

Great place apartments nice and clean the property manager Hazel is very polite and makes sure all your needs are met I haven't had an issue since I been here!!!

Essence is great, had a few hiccups which felt out of her control and she tried her best to fix as fast as possible.

Essence is the bomb! She accommodated me & my family so well! Absolutely love love my home!
