    Ordered nacho bellgrande. Asked for extra meat. Add black beans, red sauce and onion. There was no meat or red sauce, very little cheese, 3 or 4 tablespoons of onion. This was late night. Come on people! How hard is it?

    This has to be the worst Taco Bell experience I have had. The young lady who took my order had great customer service however my actual order was terrible. I ordered a Mexican pizza no beans extra beef. First off there was hardly any beef in the inside of the pizza and no cheese on top. The food was just thrown together. When I’m not understanding because there was no line at all. So Once I got home I called and spoke with the manager who stated we put the extra beef on the top of the pizza. Why would that even be an option? Then he states you can come back and we remake it for you. I’m all the way home I’m not going back out. Then he proceeds to say well next time you’re in the area say my name and I’ll get you another one. There was no apologies or offer for a refund. I’m very disappointed. Especially being charged for extra and not receiving it.

    Th night crew is just terrible, ordered through doordash. The app let me know it was done, I get there and the door was Iocked. I go through the drive-through and I was told him my order is not there was not there they never made it. I showed them the order. Try to explain it on my phone that it shows that you guys excepted the order that the order was made that the order was done and they just wanted to argue about it so I had to call Doordash to get them involved and only when I pulled back up for the second time in the drive-through did they finally decide to make my order and go ahead and give it to me. There’s an old lady that works at the window. She was like angry upset everything because I only wanted my order that I had already paid for and she acted like it was just a pain in her butt to make sure that my order was made, and for me, and knowing it was paid for it, she treated me very poorly. I don’t know what the problem is in this Taco Bell, it’s just seems to be at night that the crew is absolutely terrible.

    I ended up leaving simply because I ended up not being able to get my "FREE"🙄 food items in the app, because I didn't have a working debit card with any money available on it. According to the employees, you Have to use Google Pay to be able to be able to redeem it free food items😞

    They gave my Doordash order to the wrong Doordasher and now I have to reorder my food that I ordered almost an hour ago. 😑 Also the cheese in my quesadilla is never fully cooked, however the nacho cheese is always hot. Multiple times of missing items like sides or even drinks. So I’ll be ordering from a different store. Don’t know why I waited so long, I got 2 other locations near me. 🤣

    I order a couple of things which turned out to be fineit was the chicken chalupa meal I ordered with no lettuce that was utrey disgusting! When i started to eat I realized it was off the texture so I took apart my chalupa and realized the chicken was old as hell. It was very discolored and extremely dry. Nasty as hell. Don't know if I'll ever be able to trust eating taco bell ever again.

    Listen, I never used to eat Taco Bell, but this Taco Bell right here is absolutely fire! I’m speaking from the night crew perspective. Never had the day shift. Taco Bell most definitely stepped their game up for sure! I can respect the prices because they are not cheap anymore.

    The people here are great, but the food is consistently worse than any other taco bell out there. Always disappointing when eating the crunch wrap or a burrito. The tacos are ok, but still not quite up to spec.

    Good food. Nice order taker. Drive through line was a bit long, and seemed to not move as quickly as I would have expected. Over all, good experience.

    Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful! Not sure why this location is still operating…. Lady at the drive through was rude and as I bit into my food, not only was it cold but it literally had bugs in it!!!! I’ll post pics but the bug (not sure what kind but that really doesn’t matter) fell out of my crunch wrap (a steak crunch wrap supreme was ordered but that isn’t what was given) after I had taken a bite 🤢. This was at 5634 S Cedar St Lansing, MI approximately 12:15am just so y’all know if you want to avoid eating insects with your tacos. I’ve had bad experiences and poor food from restaurants before but out of more than 40 years of various questionable restaurants this, by far, was the absolute worst. $47 in food that family is afraid to eat…. Do better Taco Bell staff, as management you should be extremely ashamed and I hope embarrassed!

    This is what my chicken looks like after I took a bite out of it. They said that it is pre cooked and there is nothing that they can do, but I don’t think my food is supposed to look like that pre cooked or not. Will not be getting my service anymore. 🤮🤢🤢
