The food here was delish! I got the fried chicken with rice based on the other reviews. It's not super seasoned, but it is nice and crunchy. I also Got the spring rolls which were crispy and delicious. Both came with sweet chili sauce. I paid 100k total which also included a big water. Enjoy!

TRUE LOCAL food experience! Amazingly tasty with good portions and very cheap prices. Highly recommend all the menu,close your eyes pick one dish;surely won’t disappoint you. Make sure you walk a bit out of town to get to this restaurant. We ordered the fried chicken with steamed rice and the papaya salad. Potentially the best fried chicken and papaya salad I’ve had. All freshly made with a nice atmosphere. Lots of locals so you can tell it’s well liked in the community. One woman taking orders and making food while a fair few people were there yet service seemed quick and she was very friendly.

The spring rolls and crispy chicken were fantastic. Red curry is very mild, vegetables okay. Prices are cheap. Good for a simple lunch or dinner.

Dear future visitor, this restaurant is very hidden. If it would not be for all of the previous reviews I certainly would have missed it. Prices are more than fair, the food is great and it compleltly family owned. In that regard, - if you want to eat great food in Nong Khiaw visit them. The chicken is perfectly crispy but be careful with the spices on the table. They are spicy. You have been warned.

Everything was good. We had 7 different dishes. Our favorites were the larb, Lao beef salad and the hot fried chicken. It’s worth the walk, it was the best food we had in Laos so far.

The food was amazing! Me and my boyfriend have been there for a dinner and we have ate the best Lao food we had in our vacation. I ate spring rolls and fried rice with vegetables, I can’t choose which one was the best. Moreover, it’s really cheap!! I think everyone that goes to Knong Khiaw should try this place!

Don’t know what the food tastes like, but the environment is quite horrible. There was only one person working there, and by the time I arrived, most tables have no people but are piled with dirty dishes, with lots of flies crawling around. I sat around for 10 min and waited for someone to clean the dirty dishes or to take order, no one did. So I left.
