It's a smallish hotel about 10mins by taxi from the airport. Rooms are comfortable with WiFi. The hot water wasn't very hot late at night but good in the mornings. The staff are friendly and promptly attend to your needs. The free breakfast is next door. There were only about 6 choices mostly in Tagalog but the waiter translated them into English. There's no American/Australian style breakfast. They do have a full menu which is expensive. There's a Gaisano mall about 5 mins away.

One of the worst experiences I've had when traveling. Never have I've been treated with such disrespect as in this hotel. The manager tried to charge me 50 euros for no apparent reason while also screaming at me when I refused. Absolutely no sense of respect, wont ever come back to this place.

I stayed here one night with my fiancée after traveling internationally to Cebu. PROS: The airport pickup team were really great and patient. Friendly and professional staff all around, 5 stars to them! The breakfast was decent, which is unusual for hotels in my experience. Wifi worked, and everything was clean. AC worked. MIDS: The room had decent decoration, but no window is a downer. Hallways were also very plain. CONS: The room was cramped and small; if I had a longer stay, I would not have liked it. Couldn't get hot water (apparently, there is some kind of heater unit under the sink). We don't have them in my home country, so I didn't even know what it was. My fiancée paid P2500 for this place, but based on my experience at places like St Mark and Dulcinea, I would not pay over 2k for a windowless, small room; and I wouldn't stay there except to sleep one night after a long flight.

Lovely! They arranged a shuttle even though it wasn't in their normal schedule. We got there and booked a room, affordable and comfortable. Tv options not great but everything was lovely. Supplied good soaps and shampoos and nice location. Would recommend

One of my best places to stay in lapu lapu. Rooms unbelievable. Staff incredible. Close to airport. Free shuttle. Love this place. 😀 I have traveled far and been all over. Here you come home.

Hotel is small & quaint. Recently refurbished so most of items are fully equipped and in working condition. Front desk staff, Geneva, provided a personalized touch, good job! Located in busy main road, just ignore the sound of constant traffic. Had a pretty good sleep. Good location as it's near to airport & slightly further from the city. Saves the time stuck in peak period traffic.

Shower leaked a little into the mail room. If you don't pull down the blind in the shower you can see people on the toilet. Staff were exceptional. Very friendly and approachable. Helped with all inquiries. Location is near the airport. About 110pesos by taxi. About 20minutes+ walk to the nearest shopping area/ jollibee

A fine hotel, we used as a stop over between our island hops. Staff were excellent, and the rooms were very clean, but nothing exceptional. It would be great if not for the mundane location, for a vacation visit. I assume this is more oriented for business travellers or conferences.

Always my favorite hotel to stay while visiting. All staff and security guards are professional and friendly. The Rabbit Hole restaurant serves great food, and the menu has options to suit different nationalities. Only thing that could improve is brighter lighting in the rooms.

Everything is perfect except for the shower is not safe does not drain properly and the TV 🙃 only works sometimes. People working here are the best and the Cafe gives you what you need and want. Location is perfect for airport 🛫 arrival and departure shuttle service is top shelf 👌

I recommended this hotel to our business partner. They gave her the penthouse room as they said, no other rooms available in time for booking. The guest was unhappy since she paid d 3x and the water from the shower was murky! Had unpleasant experience myself too joining her in breakfast at the Rabbit Hole... Water fron the AC vent was dripping to my head and down to my plate. WHAT A SAD EXPERIENCE!

The staff and service at this hotel were good. Location was good for us as it’s nearby the airport and their free airport shuttle was a really nice feature. If you’re wanting to walk / tour around, the location is not the greatest as it is situated on a busy road, but it worked good for us as we were just needing a place close to the airport. Breakfast selection was good but the space is pretty small and congested. Was not overly impressed with our room as there was NO window which made it feel very dark and like a dungeon. The floors were dirty and our sheets had numerous stains on them. Though we addressed this with staff and they changed them upon our request.

This hotel is a really great find, it has big, air conditioned rooms, a good rainfall shower and a good selection of buffet food for breakfast. The staff are brilliant, really lovely friendly and helpful and really do their best to make the stay enjoyable.

Staff team are very welcoming and warm, ever so obliging. We were picked T 04:30 by tour guide to Bohol, b/fast was packed as takeaway.

For me, this hotel is fine. Not too horrible nor too good. We requested an additional bed when booking a room with a king bed and a single bed. Late at night, the hot water wasn't particularly hot, but it was fine in the mornings. The staff is friendly and responds to your requirements right away. The towels had some pee marks on them, so I didn’t use them. The free breakfast is located next door. The rooms and hallway are not lightly, so it’s dark during night. More, brighter lighting is required. The air conditioner is quite bothersome and noisy. The rooms on the side of the building don't have the best balcony views. The hotel's location is not ideal because there are some unclean areas close by and it is not very safe, especially if you are alone at night. Although there are nicer hotels in Cebu that I can recommend, this hotel is fine if you're staying there for a holiday and it is close to the airport.

Stayed here during the aftermath of the Typhoon Odette. It was good. My only complaints were it had no wifi, weak cellular signal, and the TV was small and had no USB function to play movies. Otherwise, it was ok.

The air-conditioned room is not cold. Location is just 10-15mins drive from the airport.

This area is sefty any security 💂 for bad person. Nice to travel you can fine some you need.

This hotel is a work in progress. Stuff is still being built. The rooms are decent, clean and relatively modern looking. The balcony view from the rooms on the side of the building are not that great. For the price you get, this is a good deal. Layover at Mactan? do yourself a favor and book a stay here.

My only complaint is the rooms a bit small but otherwise this hotel has but very pleasant to me, probably the best of our whole trip. Took 10 minutes to get checked in but everyone has been courteous and professional, the guards very helpful. Love the marble walls.
